Allah Subhana Allah says in the Quran, Oh you who believe fear Allah as he deserves to be feared and do not die except in a state of Islam. And Allah says, Oh, mankind Fear your Lord who created you from a single soul and produce from that soul it's

made, and made from their combination many men and women so Fear your Lord whom you ask each other by and by the ties of kinship, verily, Allah is Ever Watchful over you. And Allah says, Oh, you who believe fear Allah and say that which is correct, he will correct for you your deeds, and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, then they are indeed victorious. To proceed.

I want you to

think back to how it seems like just a few days ago, that we were anxiously awaiting the month of Ramadan. And then in the blink of an eye, the month of Ramadan passed, and we might have had goals this past Ramadan, and we might have accomplished them. Or perhaps we might have bid farewell to the month while hoping and asking Allah azza wa jal for another chance next year to make up what we weren't able to achieve and Ramadan.

The beauty is is that there is a season of goodness that comes after Ramadan.

And as popular and as well known as Ramadan is, this season of goodness is less known.

And that is the 10 days of their hijab. In fact, the Prophet sallallahu wasallam he says

that there are no days he says my main aim in Amarillo Salafi hidden Habu Illa min Havilah, Yama lash, he says that their own there are no days

in which good deeds are more beloved to Allah, than these 10 days, the 10 days that begin this month of their Hijjah that we are now in the 10 days that begin this last month of the Islamic calendar, the 10 days that conclude with the day of either filter, these days, the province Allah, Allah Allah was setting them said, are so unique and so beloved to Allah, that there are no days in which good deed is more beloved to Allah, the Sahaba wanted to test the limits, they said, what else you had to feast?

I mean, what do we what are we talking about here? Are we talking about like, how great are these days, they said, not even jihad in the path of Allah, messenger of ALLAH and he said, not even jihad in the path of Allah, except for a person who goes out with their wealth and with their self and comes back with neither, ie a person who goes and acquires martyrdom. Other than that,

there is no days in which good deeds are more beloved than these days. And so we are in an incredibly unique circumstance. For those of us who wanted another chance that Ramadan, we have something that Allah Subhana Allah gifted us, you know, Ramadan, I want to compare with Ramadan a little bit at the beginning here because Ramadan for us is the it's the apex of, of our, our worship. It's, it's, it's the, it's the it's the yardstick for our energy and our commitment and we try harder than we, we try at any other time of the year and we give more than we give any other time of the year and we strive more than we strive any other time of the year. That is when we go

the hardest and yet

there are no days in which good deeds are more beloved to Allah subhanho wa Taala than these

10 days, these 10 days that we have, and whereas Ramadan is 30 days, and it's long, and we see always every year, our community comes together, every community comes together. And the massages are filled on the first couple of days, but it's 30 days, it's a really long time. And so commitments begin to wane and people begin to falter after the first week and the next next two weeks, and then it comes back hard in the last 10 days. Allah subhanho wa Taala shortened the duration of this experience. It isn't 30 days, but it is only 10 days. It's not a marathon like Ramadan, it's a sprint, every single day is special. And it concludes on the 10th day with the day

of aid, Allah Subhana Allah, Allah made these days, the most beloved days to himself. And so of the things that we should do

in these 10 days is simply take advantage of them. The prophets of Allah, they send them left it as absolute. Any good deed is more beloved to Allah in these 10 days. So what are the good deeds that you and I can do? In these days, Allah says, will fetch while they are in ash, Allah swears by the failure. And by the 10 days of the ledger, according to the majority of them have a city that what Allah is swearing by here are the 10 days of their tragedies days that we're experiencing, because of their greatness and how much Allah subhanaw taala loves them. And so your reading of the Quran, during these 10 days is more beloved to Allah than your reading at any point in time. What's your

And so in the second part of this cookbook, I want to be able to just highlight a few of the actions in Charlotte data that we can

But I wanted to share with you in sha Allah, just a few acts of worship specific to this time of year these 10 days. The first of course,

is the Hajj itself. The Hajj itself, the Hajj begins on the eighth the eighth day of the hedger and the great day of Hajj Day of Arafah is on the ninth. And on the 10th day is alone, Yeoman hedges Akbar to the day of of a nap, the day of the sacrifice and the day of wear the hijab go through so many of the rites of Hajj. And so, this is the unique act that is done the most unique act that is done. And it is only done at this period of time in the year.

One of the things that we should do

is we should intend to go for hutch, you know, a lot of times, especially with people who are have have have built up the capital, the don't entertain the idea of going into hedge and I know so many people who they ended up going to hedge only because someone told them, why don't you go for hedge

it's not that they didn't have the capacity. It's not that they didn't have they couldn't have made it happen. But simply because the thought hadn't been entered into their mind the seed had been planted into their heart. And so they didn't see the opportunities in front of them because they weren't looking for them. And so the first step

In making the journey to Hajj and may Allah subhana, Allah grant us all the ability to visit his house is to simply think and commit that, Oh Allah, whenever I have the ability to do so, I will not hesitate and I want to go on the journey to fulfill this obligation that you have placed on me. Number two, the second act of worship that is specific to these days is the decline of Allah Subhana Allah to Allah, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said, Shall I not tell you about the best of your actions were skaha and dimiliki come and the most pure in the sight of your Lord, and it is better than us spending that have been filled by gold and silver, it's better than you giving

a charity and better than you fighting in the path of Allah and all of these things. They said, yes, they are. So Allah, He said, It's the secret of Allah. The dhikr of Allah is that act of worship, that Allah has made so easy, and yet he has made so beloved to himself. Your tongue can literally go nonstop in the remembrance of Allah for the next nine days. And of the beautiful things that the Sahaba Villa and him used to do, it's reported of Ebola, and it's reported on the live note is that they used to go out into the marketplaces during the 10 days with their head, and they used to make beer. And they use the people used to be inspired by their take beat and the US to channel alongside

with them. And so making it the the sounds the soundtrack of your days and nights of the hija with your family, in your car, wherever you're going that you're reciting that that could be a lot you're saying Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. Ly Allah and Allah Allahu Akbar, Allah Akbar the different variations of making the tech be a lot as well as the Delila Allah and Allah Subhan Allah Hamdulillah, all of the Dhikr of Allah that you increase in your remembrance of Allah during these 10 days. And of course, the greatest dhikr of Allah is the recitation of the Quran.

And so that a person dusts off the Quran if they haven't been reading it recently, but at the same time continues to increase their re citation of the Quran and have a go for themselves during these 10 days of the acts that a person can do in these days was fasting of course, because the province still alive as Adam said, Any good deed is more beloved to Allah in these days. And so fasting is legislated throughout the next week, but especially on next Friday, because next Friday is the day of Ottawa, it is the ninth day of the job. And so next Friday inshallah to Allah make the intention to fast because the province of Elijah is setting them said that it expatriates two years worth of

sins the year before and the year after. And so taking advantage of next Friday in Charlotte to Ireland fasting on the day of alpha, specifically, of the 10 days, the only day that you're not allowed to fast of course is the 10th day because it's the day of eight. But beyond that every day is an open opportunity for you to fast especially recommended is the ninth day of the hedgehog. It's considered a pseudonym aka an established sunnah by the majority of scholars, and it's a considered obligatory by a minority of the scholars. And so for each household if one's able to afford a sheep

that they offer it, and again, these are acts of worship that are incredibly beloved to Allah subhanho wa Taala Ireland, so taking advantage of a feeding and giving in charity in these days, which leads me to the fifth one which is giving in charity, of course, if you don't pay him, he says specifically about the day of Friday. He says that the day of Friday compared to the rest of the days is like Ramadan compared to the rest of the months.

And so giving in charity, specifically on Friday, if a person wants to design it out, and they say you know what, today's Friday and next Juma on Friday is going to be the day of all of us. So I want to make sure that I give some sunblock on that day especially because I'll be breaking my fast and all of these different things. I mean, that's the strategy that is required for a person to be successful and taking advantage of any time period in their life, especially days like this, that Allah subhana wa Tada has gifted us this, this short sprint of the 10 days of the hedgehog.

And of course, lastly in Charlotte out of the 60s is the satellite itself, the Salah, increasing the quality of our salah, and the quantity.

The Salah is this pillar of the deen

and the Salah is something that in these days, when actions are more beloved to Allah, that we try to do that which is most beloved to Allah in the way that is most beloved to Allah and the Prophet Elijah send them said that the most beloved prayer to Allah is the prayer at its earliest time and so let me make a commitment that I pray earlier that I don't delay a lot of Lord that I don't have a slot that also that I don't delay so lots of money. You know when people love, they are propelled that love to race. They are propelled by love to race. You see people get in lines to get your latest iPhone, iPad whatever technology camera what have you because they want to be the first to

have my young people they know that anytime one of their favorite streamers or someone who releases a video, everybody comments on their channel and they say one word is a first first first why to indicate that I'm first and the province of Allah and as the name says in the Allahu

He was walking with his feet, but he just couldn't wait to you hurry to Allah Subhana Allah to meet Allah, to have that conversation with Allah and he said, I raised you, my Lord, that you may be pleased it's natural instinct, and so propelling ourselves by love that we don't wait when it comes to the actions that Allah has obligated especially an act like Salah that you know what, let me commit in these nine days in sha Allah that are remaining, that I pray every Salah on time I pray in the masjid if I have the ability, Let me commit to federate an

issue in the masjid. Let me commit to more than that if I, if I commute, next to the masjid that I swing by the masjid for law sort of covenant, all of these things, whatever acts of worship, in conclusion, whatever acts of worship that we can offer in these 10 days, then let's increase it Let's magnify it. We ask Allah azza wa jal to accept from us our actions and to accept from us our charity and recitation of the Quran and the COVID Allah and may Allah Azza didn't make us of those who experienced the best of these days and protect us from the worst of these days.
