Hey Minnesota, I have a quick message for you. We live in the age of Tiktok, and Instagram and YouTube shorts and short form consumption and our Islamic content is now just snippets from a video here and 30 seconds here and 45 seconds there and we're just kind of, we're not we don't have the patience to listen to something in the long in longer form. Allah demands from us that we contemplate the Quran and I can guarantee you you cannot contemplate anything much less the word of Allah in less than a minute, or in two minutes or in five minutes. The Word of Allah deserves time. The question that is how are you supposed to do it? Like, how am I supposed to get deeper with the
Quran? I am challenging you to take part in this adventure with me. I thought nobody would be interested when I started this program called Quran week to take a deep dive into a surah of the Quran and just contemplated asked questions about it. Why is Allah saying there's a wall between believers and hypocrites on Judgement Day? And why is he saying that wall has a door? What does that mean? You know, why is he Why is he describing new holy Salaam and Ibrahim Ali Salaam? And then these are the Islam? What about all the other prophets? Why is he talking about them and sort of Hadith? Why did he do that? What? questioning what Allah says to explore the wisdom of what Allah is
saying? Why do you use this word? Why did you describe Jana in this way? Why did you describe what does it mean? That light is going to come from our chest on Judgment Day, and light is going to come from our right hand on judgment day? What in the world does that mean? How do we understand that? What do I what do I take away from it? This stuff, the more time you spend thinking about it, the more time you spend immersing yourself in it, the more you'll find yourself in love with Allah in love with his messenger and in love with the word of Allah. That's why I want to invite you to Quran week. It's a week. It's exhausting. I'm telling you, it's exhausting. I spent about 100 hours
studying a surah. A short Surah hadith is four pages. That's what I'm going to share with you guys in Minnesota. But I'm exhausting myself studying disorder. Even though I've studied it for 20 years, I first time I learned this surah but now when I studied I feel like I know nothing about it honest to God. And that humility that dawns on me, I want to be able to share some of those lessons with you and help you start on a journey of contemplating the Quran how we all talk about we should do to the bar on the Quran. We should understand the Quran more deeply. How are you supposed to do that? How are you so let's do a sutra together. Let's work on a surah together. So if you give me seven
nights of your life, we're going to start this Friday, this coming Friday, seven nights, Friday night all the way to Thursday night. We're going to just live inside this surah we're going to enter this divine Castle called Citadel Hadid and try to experience it for ourselves. Please join me for this program. It's going to be a lot of fun and very engaging. And I look forward to actually having to hearing from you what you're getting from the surah as you read and as your perspective on it gets deeper and deeper and deeper. I pray this journey to Minnesota as a successful one. And I'm able to do some service to this beautiful Surah of the Quran. And I pray that you're able to join me
