Abdul Muttalib

the grandfather of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was very strategic when choosing names for his sons, and it was almost fixated on bravery. And so you would have names like Abbas Hamza, and we had names in the family like Osama and all these names meant lion indicative of bravery.

And when Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib Radi Allahu Taala and who arrived in Makkah, on the day when Abu gehele became physical with a Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. This was a game changer to the Dawa of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. He was known for hunting exotic animals. He was known for being outside of the Macan community and even involved himself with politics. And so when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam Dawa started, he never really took a position he wasn't against all for the Dawa of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam but on the day when he enters Makkah, and he sees that his nephew is being harmed physically, he takes a puja, he takes his bow,

hits him on his head, and says, do you do this to my nephew and I am on the religion that he is. You basically accepted the message of the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa sallam without even hearing or listening to the details of the of the message, and therefore, he was schooled. I said Allah, the Lion of Allah, and the lion of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam the Hamza was speaking about today is not Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib. And after the first five years, I thought, No, it's not gonna happen for us. taneous different not gonna happen to us 15 years, not going to happen to us. And so I lowered my standards, and I didn't have my dua, where's my wife?

She thought she's in menopause. And she said, Oh Allah, and now you can reverse this, and you can give me a child and even knew about this. And so, this coaching from Sheikh Mohammed, really motivated and for the past year, she has been making dua for this. One of the two ask strategies, and I'm jumping the gun here. One of the two strategies that Sheikh Mohammed taught his students was to make dua for others, you know, we find this in the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, whoever makes the offer his brother in his absence, the melodica sees Amin and the same to to you. In our Sheikh Mohammed? They were at the conference, they went to a mall, and then he bought two outfits, baby outfits, a girl outfit, and a boy outfit and this is your Mohammed This is for you. See, what am I going to do with this? Is it though? Make dua and believe Allah subhanho wa Taala is going to grant you Allah granted him towards a girl and a boy.

This is the power of dua but even in our response we and we are taught by the prophets Allah Allah set up when we make dua don't say Inshallah, what do we say? I mean, Inshallah, no. We are taught by the prophets Allah, Allah was set up to say, I mean, Allah, accept, we don't say Allah except if you want know, we are pleading we are knocking at the door of Allah subhanho wa taala. And this is so amazing with regards to our relationship with Allah subhanho wa Taala as the Arabic poets It was when a year Adam, you have a double Hina us
