So, progress is that which will help us in the hereafter and not that which may feel good in this life but destroys our health.

Every decision a Muslim takes must therefore answer the question, is this good for the heart? If it is, the Muslim will do it. If not, he will not do it. And if he is not sure, he will not he will not do it until he can clarify to his satisfaction
