incident
as narrated
firsthand by the one who was involved in it directly
and that is none other than
the wife of Rasul Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, Aisha Radi Allahu Anhu
and this story is well established.

However, I swear I knew nothing of this.

the rest of the army when they had reached the two of them,

She goes on to say, eventually, this coldness of his bothered me. So I asked him, all Messenger of Allah,
if you will allow it, then I would like to go and stay with my mother to have her care for me. Meaning until now she was staying in her house, the house of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, but
she wasn't feeling comfortable anymore. And so she said, Will you allow me to go and stay with my mother? So the process of longer it was said and said no problem. She says, so I moved in with my mother. I still had no knowledge of what was going on.
Until I recovered from my illness, some three weeks later.
So almost a month goes by. And these rumors are going around.
She goes on to say
we would go out a bit far and use the open areas in the outskirts of Medina, to answer the call of nature to use the toilet. Each night. The women would go out to relieve themselves and went out to do so one night, accompanied by Mr.

rumors are expected.
She goes on to say, rasool Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, then
gathered the people in the masjid.
And he stood on the member
and he addressed the people on this subject.
She says,
but I didn't know about it. She says, He prays a long time to Allah that He said, Why is it
that people are troubling me about my family and speaking lies about them?
I swear by Allah I know nothing but good of them.
And they are saying the same about a man whom I have never known anything but good. He has never entered any of my homes without me being in his company. Here it was always all Solomon's referring to so one, probably a lot right.

and Allah knew that I was innocent. But I felt myself as being unimportant,
insignificant for Allah.

She says, I swear I do not know any household that ever suffered so much as that Abubakar.
Through those days, it's all the entire family was suffering.

She says when they were unable to respond for me, I burst out crying again.
Then I said, By Allah, I will never repent to Allah for what you claim. I swear I know that if I were to admit what the people are saying, while Allah knew me to be innocent of it, I will be admitting something that had not happened.
But if I were to deny what they say, then you will not believe me.
I then tried to remember the name of Yahoo. She says, I shall know the Allahu Anhu says, I was young. And I had not
memorize the Quran.
But I knew of the story of Yaqoob and Yusuf.
And I remember the words of Yaqoob What did he say?

his face streamed with droplets like a winter day, he was sweating. And he began to wipe the sweat from his face. And he looked at me and he said, A B C. D, Aisha rejoice or Arusha, and he was laughing. He was smiling. And he said, Allah, the Almighty.

So I said, All praise belongs to Allah.

In a different narration. It says that, when these ayat were revealed

We have to call such rumors what
lies as Allah says.
You should have called it what it is a blatant lie and outrageous slander and not believe in it.
Then Allah subhanahu wa Tada says

And here Allah says, because they haven't produced those four witnesses, what are they? They are liars in the sight of Allah?
Then Allah says, Allah will follow what he Alikum warahmatu who can dunya will You naughty? Now Mr. Cohen, female for up to infinity either guna we had not been for Allah's grace and mercy upon you in this dunya and the next, you would have certainly been touched with a tremendous punishment for what you had plunged into.

But rather we should be spending our time wisely.

We, indeed those who love to see a fascia in decency in morality,
these

those who love to see that this spreads among the believers, those who have a desire to see the spreading among the believers, Allah says, they will suffer a painful punishment in this life and the next. And Allah knows, and you do not know.

Muslims should not
talk about such immoral things and spread it

some Muslim Sikh, and they talk about
the facade that exists in Muslim Societies.
You know, talking about affairs,
even if they're not talking about specific incidents.
They think it's not a big deal to talk about, you know, in this Muslim society in this Muslim country, there's so much that goes on underground.
And so, they bring up all of these examples.
And sometimes beyond what is necessary.
And that's because some people actually enjoy talking about such immoral things.
They have a certain attraction towards.
So ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada warns us, for
those who like that immorality and fascia spreads among the believers.
And it should be publicized
among the Muslims, they will have a painful punishment in the dunya, and the next.
And so
those who like to spread such things, it's not because they want to put a stop to it. But rather just because they like talking about such things, to fulfill this desire of taunting, and all these things. And so it shows us how dangerous that is.
Obviously, if there is a certain evil, you know, that is prevalent in a certain community, and a certain society we should do in car of that. Right? That's part of in car and worker
prohibiting the evil.
But
sometimes, wisdom dictates that
nobody knows that this is going on.
Right? Especially matters related to Xena and other immoral things. Why?
Because
the more we talk about it, and the more people hear about it, the more we start believing that society is corrupt.
And the more the people will start acting
like how they believe the community is.
Especially the youngsters
don't think everything is fine. You know, if I do this, it's not a big deal. Everyone's doing it. Right.

this is from among the wisdoms why we should not spread such things if we happen to know that it's happening. But as I said, there's a fine line between that and forbidding the evil.
Right? If something is going on, we need to
you know, make it known that this is going on, and we need to permit it. This comes under in Cottonwood. And so we want to strike a balance. And then Allah subhanahu Italie says, Whenever we have a blue lock, you have a Komodo to who what an Allaha or Ufa Rahim

Allah is great grace and his mercy upon you.

that these are the footsteps of Shaitan.
Shaitan never comes
to us to the believers directly,

And that's why we find in our Sharia, that so many different laws, Allah has legislated to prevent that final thing from happening.

It's because of this that Allah commands the believing men and believing women to lower their gaze. So it could be that
he did not openly say something,
whereas the others, it was proven that they were spreading it.
Number three, he says it could be
that this punishment is only established through witnesses,
or through personal admission.
And he may have been spreading it only among them
in his circle,
and not among the believers. So there is no evidence,
there is no evidence to bring him and to punish him.
And then he says number four,
it could be that he wasn't punished and he was spared for the greater good
to avoid fitna and not to push his people further away from Islam, but rather to bring them closer to it. And then he says, it could also be all of the above.
And so this is the story of the F.
That Allah subhanho wa Taala revealed what he did regarding. And so we'll conclude with just a few lessons that
we can add to the lessons we have learned from the iron act. And so in the ayat that were mentioned, there are so many lessons
that we Muslims can learn from such,
you know, episodes and occasions.
You know, like Allah is teaching us a lesson that this is not something bad for you rather, it's good for you.
The lesson of being careful with our tongues
and not spreading such rumors, thinking good of our fellow brothers and sisters. All of these are lessons that we learned from the ayat that will add to what we have learned from the story. Number one,
Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. What we learned from this incident is that in the end of the day, he was a human being.
And he did not have knowledge of the Unseen
Rasul Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam suffered
the pain of having people to talk about his wife for an entire month
to the point where he even he came to her
and said, Yeah, sure,
if what they're saying is true, then repent to Allah. Right. He had no idea he could not affirm, and believe nor disbelieve.
He had to stay neutral, until there was some evidence or until Allah tells him otherwise.
So all of this shows us that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, if he knew the unseen,
he would have known that his wife was innocent.
But he suffered,
just like the others. And so it shows us them homeless all along, and it was him in the end of the day, even though he is the best of us, and the best of mankind. He is a human being in the end of the day, and he doesn't have
qualities that belong to allow,
like knowledge of the Unseen. Number two,
the importance of protecting the honor and the reputation of our leaders.
And so we see here,
that the enemies of Allah will either
try to assassinate the person, the leader, or they will try to assassinate his character. This is called character assassination, where
you try to bring down the reputation
of the leader so that people look down on him, and that he loses his followers.
And so, we already saw how
the enemies of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam had tried to kill him on more than one occasion.
But because they did not succeed in that, they then resorted to character assassination
and the enemies of Allah.
They will do this until the Day of Judgment.
They will design and make up stories about influential people among the Muslims, like the do hat, and the scholars and our leaders. And so we Muslims need to be careful and not believe in this in these stories. You know, today,
no idea will be revealed
to defend
a certain leader from among the Muslims, or a dahlia or a scholar. So it is our duty to learn from these events and apply the lessons to such incidents when they occur. Number three,
we learned from this incident, the punishment for
a cause of
slander and its importance in protecting the Muslim community.
So, if someone accuses a Muslim of Xena,
they have to produce, how many witnesses did we say? four witnesses. And if they don't do that, if they fail to do that.
And it's not just bringing four witnesses.
These witnesses have to be of a certain level of righteousness, a lighter

he's gonna be punished.
And then they have to see the ACT being done that cannot be any Shubha. There cannot be any doubt that the act of Zina occurred.
It's all
whoever accuses chaste women have that. Then they are flogged publicly at lashes. And they are labeled as facet, as Allah says. And as Allah says, their testimony is not to be accepted.
Why did Allah do this? Why such a severe punishment
to protect the Muslim community?
You know, if such a severe punishment was put in place, then people would take it lightly.
And slanders would go about and people wouldn't care.
So unfortunately, today,
slandering innocent Muslims has become something common.
And, you know, many Muslims don't
look at it as being a big deal.
Whether it's related to Zina or anything else,
you know, rumors they spread like wildfire. And people don't realize that they are committing a major sin that is punishable
in the shadows. Number four,
we learned from this event,
the highest status of the Sahaba radula wiener

especially after the death of the Prophet salAllahu alayhi wasallam, how there was infighting between the companions, and they fought battles against each other.
Right after the death of the process, and after
the Khilafah of Abu Bakr and Rama and Earth man, there broke out wars between the Sahaba a Muslim should never take any science. And we protect our tongues. And we say these are people who Allah has favored over us, and He has forgiven them, their sins, any wrongdoing that they may have commit. Finally,
the last lesson that we learned
is concerning to ruling
