Ramadan 2020 – Nightly Reminders #9

Bismillah al Rahman al Rahim from amongst the people of the Sabbath was a group of people who are preventing others from doing the evil deed. You see Allah subhanho wa Taala didn't protect those who are not engaged in it, but did not prevent others from doing so. The reason being, because if we all keep quiet about a crime that is being committed, then general corruption will spread in the land. When you see a man being beaten up, and you don't stand up for

him, you don't defend him, you don't protect him, then what you are ultimately telling society is that this is okay. You can do it, it doesn't matter. But when you stand up and you protect that man or you try to protect him by words or some means, whatsoever, then Allah subhanho wa Taala will save you and protect you not only as a whole, but individually as well. May Allah subhanahu wa taala protect us and grant us the ability to be courageous enough to stop the vices that happen not only against other human beings, but against Allah subhanho wa Taala as well.
