Rain in Makkah is truly rare since it is located in a region where rain comes only a few times a year. If I’m visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj, and it happens to rain while I’m there, is there any special blessing in that?

Well, rain in and of itself is a blessing from Allah subhanho wa Taala the Prophet sallallahu Sallam when it would rain in Medina, the other holy city in Islam he would take off the top part of his cloth and he would put it in the rain and he would say this is mercy from Allah subhanaw taala so yeah, while you're out there enjoy the rain if it's you know, safe for you, inshallah Tada.
