There are multiple descriptions related to that there is that Prophet sallallahu sallam was an angel.

what has been narrated about profit or loss tell them what has been narrated about his blessed hair. Alright, so, that's the next chapter, what has been narrated about his hair like imagine being able to go through how the promises here look like what was the color of their hair, all of that, that is very important for all of us to know descriptions of like each and everything if you look at chapter number four, what has been narrated considering to consider concerning the combing how it progresses on comb his hair, chapter number five, what has been narrated about his blasted white hairs chapter number six, what has been narrated concerning the die How did he color his hair that narrations

Now, if you look at today's lifestyle, everybody's all talking about like,

oh, one meal a day diet keto diet, this diet that diet right all of these diets like you know soon inshallah I'll be able to explain further about a particular project that I've been working on myself but you know, I'm not there yet inshallah. But I will share that that lifestyle if you just take this example don't need your fill, there will be no obesity in this world. Right just don't eat to your full that's for nonprofits. So loads of them in his lifestyle. So that is just one science about chamomile. Inshallah tomorrow I'll give you more examples about the falafel of Nabi salatu.
