That's the first thing.

Until he stops doing that. There are people who argue, and they know that

And he knows full well, what he's doing is wrong.

That hadith is applicable to that. It's not just you going to the court of law and your alliance.

But it is even worse in the court of law. Because you're swearing by Allah, you tell him the truth and so forth and so on. You remain in the anger of Allah until you abandon that.
