The Quran is not a storybook of fables in mythology. The Quran is not a book that's in a foreign language that does not require your attention of understanding its intricate meaning.

The Quran is the spoken word of Allah subhanahu wa Tada

commit the whole Quran to memory. And if all you memorize is one idea, a day,

one verse a day, and you've said that me that even if you were to return to Allah, if your death was to come before you've completed it, Allah in His Generosity would give you the reward of the one who has memorized the Quran, even if you have not mastered it in its entirety.

But in the same breath that I encourage you to learn the words of Allah and to practice in stitch weed, and to make the NIA to committed to memory, I must say to you that it must be in your heart, and your dreams, and your desire to learn more about what Allah wants from you, and what Allah expects of you, and what the message of the Quran seeks to bring into your life as a light in the darkness, more so than just parroting the sound of the Quran. And as a school and as one of your teachers in our Islamic Studies Department, I promise to commit myself to helping you understand more of the Quran, more of its meaning and how to fit it into your life. In case you forgot, give the Quran more of your attention.

sallam used to make dua for those who had needs that Allah did not fulfill for them in this life, but that they continue to worship him well, so that Allah will give them greater than in the next. One of the dua of the prophets I send them is that he would say, Oh Allah, I ask you on the Day of Judgment, to gather me with the Fukuhara with those who had needs in my OMA that their needs exceeded their wealth and their income. And in case you forgot, your parents work hard for everything that they provide for you. And if there's one thing that you can do, to bring happiness to their heart, is to show just even a moment of appreciation that when your mom has set food for you on the table, or your father has come home with groceries after a long day's work, or that you requested a shiny new bike or pair of shoes, or there's something that you need that

they took you out and purchase for you, that the very least you can do is to say Alhamdulillah be thankful to Allah and make dua Jazak Allah Who Hira May Allah reward you, my father, my mother, for that which you have done for me that Allah may not have favored others we've in case you forget, even when times are difficult, you are in the top 1% of human beings who live on the earth today.

In places like Mumbai, in countries like Bangladesh, in countries like Pakistan and Egypt, where many of us come from, there are hundreds of 1000s of young children who are in refugee settlement camps, waiting for a place where they can come to be able to sit in an air conditioned space, uncomfortable, thick carpet, to be able just to learn not just the word of Allah, but anything that they can, that they've never had an opportunity for, in case you forgot, you are from those who are privileged, and be thankful to Allah subhanahu wa to Allah. I pray that Allah Subhana Allah to Allah continues to bless my home and your homes, our families, in our community, that Allah Subhana Allah

to Allah leads us towards responsibility towards those who don't have what we've been blessed with. That Allah allows you to be appreciative of your parents, of your older siblings and guardians, that Allah Subhana Allah to Allah grant to light in your heart and in your homes. I pray that Allah Subhana Allah to Allah makes the message of the Quran a part of your life for the rest of your life, that not only do you learn to protect its reading, but also its practice. I pray that Allah protects our staff and our students, our parents and our teachers, that Allah leads our board and administrators in principle to that which is pleasing to Him.
