so Salam aleikum, everyone to be very honest, I don't consider Valley Ranch Islamic center a masjid that sounds like a horrible start with Hear me out. Valley Ranch. Islamic center is so much more than that.
as it leads in my belief and in the belief of so many Imams all around the country and massage management all around the country, a movement, a movement to disrupt the masjid model,
in a very careful, respectful, visionary way that actually restores and optimizes the role of the masjid as it should be, you know, I would assume it would be correct to claim that there was like a message in the air in the time of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in his masjid, that allowed a masjid whose Earth whose ground was sand and palm fibers for the roof for the ceilings, to produce the greatest community brought out for humanity. And that message was, Come as you are, to Islam as it is, as one of the scholars said. That is, that is a beautiful concept, how to actually do that, how to come as you are, how do we make our masajid welcoming to everyone I entered Valley
Ranch Islamic center for Juma or football or night lecture, there are non Muslims there, almost guaranteed and so many of these occasions
that doesn't happen out of thin air, there has to be a certain spirits that makes it so welcoming. And there also has to be a certain standard of service
that makes them feel like this place isn't weird, this place isn't out of touch. This place isn't beneath me. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would facilitate that feeling for people through giving them gifts through the way he addressed certain people from certain classes in a way that would facilitate the current state of consideration of faith. Many times as you know, it's not even about Muslims being present in our message. We may not even want
Forgive me non Muslims. We may not even want people to come in just yet until we get our act together a little bit more. Valley Ranch shows us what that looks like. To a great extent, our masajid sometimes struggle to even keep the Muslims inside and not and not drive them out. And so Valley Ranch is something that many look to to see what does it look like to have an Islamic center in today's now here
and so I ask Allah to preserve your community preserve you and protect you from every evil and to allow you to consider continue to not stagnate not settle not get stuck, because getting stuck at any one point. Fixed Mindset is the killer.
Even if you have the money for a beautiful structure, it still won't serve the function.
And so may Allah allow you to make it that place that the environment invites people in for their well being whether it even be emotional well being they're looking for social so that you can give them something they may not even be looking for which they need far more which is their well being in the hereafter we continue looking and so continue giving us your A game and continue supporting your Masjid May Allah allow the the exponential ripple effects of the played here and the respecting of religious scholarship and the respecting of professionalism and sophistication that balance
to allow you to be in good standing to be mesmerized by its reward on the Day of Judgment walk hola hola. Come sit on a come
Salam alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
so it's Valley Ranch, Islamic center,
masha Allah boric Lo and I think of Valley Ranch Islamic Center of your I see. My personal beliefs are that VRSC is the prototype machine within the DFW area
Hamdu lillahi rabbil aalameen being led by the likes of Batman and boy wonder, Al Hamdulillah to have the likes of shakes us up of jazz and Omar Solomon. It's amazing and to see that Al Hamdulillah the support that the board has given to them that working together as a team under that their leadership. The mission is and hamdulillah although it is one of the youngest and newest of communities, it is perhaps one of the most dynamic, it's and Hamdulillah we see leadership on almost every front engagement outside of the Iran Center at many different levels. I mean, what more can be said it's basically Valley ranches mashallah to Baraka Allah.
Number one, if I could say that number one
and Al Hamdulillah the hopes are that so long as the team is recognized and the VIPs continue to be cherished, and work with, then inshallah who has a
Tell the Batcave there can be an continue to be essential with regards to what the Justice League has as a whole in this area and insha Allah Tala so long as the dynamic duo continue to have the support and that they deserve, rightfully so then inshallah who has the agenda we can only expect to see many more wonderful things happen and Allah has ordered most best, which is located on a Salam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakato.
Salaam aleikum wa rahmatullah. I believe that the Valley Ranch Islamic Center is one of the most important Islamic centers in the western hemisphere. And due to all of the good that they have facilitated around the world of knowledge and our and education which has helped many people preserve their faith, and other people come closer to Allah subhanho wa taala. And that is a priceless continuous charity, as well as due to all of the amazing work that they have done locally of relief works and PR work and humanitarian efforts. May Allah subhanaw taala accept from them and all the people who facilitated their height. May Allah subhanaw reward all of the organizers and
staff and volunteers throughout the many years. And most importantly, on this note, may Allah subhanaw taala reward all the donors as well and will grant all of them a share of that continuous charity. These types of Islamic centers are crucial to our Ummah today, crucial to the world today. So join the mission be part of the continuous charity legacy of the Valley Ranch Islamic Center, and may Allah subhana wa Tada accept from you Aloma Amin was salam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa
Well, I think of a model community, I think of the Valley Ranch Islamic center. You know, oftentimes in the past, we have people who may have seen that their needs were not met in particular communities. But hamdulillah Valley Ranch Islamic Center has risen to the occasion and tried to fulfill the idea of what it means to be prophetic Masjid Alhamdulillah, one of the most beautiful things is that every person is catered to, in the sense of being heard and listened. And I think at that level, is where the prophesy sends message, it actually started listening to people and building a message which was based on meeting the needs of everyone that came there for their
spiritual needs, as well as the communal social needs as well. And hamdulillah there's even a joke in America amongst Imams and duat and students of knowledge that Valley Ranch became the Hijra of America and 100 I think many of you have definitely seen that as well, where people have actually moved to Valley Ranch in order to find that prophetic community as well as the message that scholars pilots increase and bless everyone who's involved. The Imams, the volunteers, the people who work behind the scenes, people who may not even have mentioned, we ask Allah Subhana Allah to bless everyone, and every individual is what makes up the community in and of itself. So may Allah
subhanho bless all of you and increase this beautiful Masjid to really be showcased as what a prophetic mosque should be like, and how we should all aspire to. Of course, there's always improvement and that's where we ask everyone in sha Allah Tada to help and lend not only their hands but their voices as well. They will spend time with us all of you will say Allah subhana Hungary savage me so I want to go
which is the physique but Ramadan last year, which was the first Ramadan officially for us here in the masjid. And you'd be the first quarter official in the business and the dismissals of hon Allah. Now, obviously, do we get in this room? And behind you there's a green screen, obviously, or, and then just reciting to an empty room. How is that different for you? How, what's the feeling? What's the difference between last year and this year? Well, it's a lot different. And it feels, it feels a lot different than than the normal obviously. And one of the, I guess the best things about it, which is a little bit funny, but we don't have to review anymore, because you have the iPads in
front of us. So you'd have to review our, our parts before you recite, but it's really hard to kind of like get in the zone, you know, because when we're because if you're praying, it's kind of easier to have for sure. And it's easier for you to like focus on what you're citing. But I feel like that kind of a one good thing about reading on the iPad is that we have the translation in front of us. So you can actually read along the translation while reciting the verses and we're able to mix both both the Arabic and the English as you read. Yeah. Think about that. Somehow that would be that'll be interesting. If there's any advice you give to the people who took Ramadan for granted, took them
as it for granted took the her father and the chorus for granted. Well, we're still all the brothers and sisters who have been watching with us, they were hoping that they would be here but they will not. So what would you tell them?
I say really realize and kind of be grateful because this year you see how difficult it is and like how much you depend on the masjid normally for for Ramadan. And I feel like next year in sha Allah when inshallah if Quarantine is over and Coronavirus. The situation gets better. I feel like everyone should be very grateful and really not take this for granted and show Calaca Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
Thank you again brother Hamza. It was fantastic. What you did. So again, does everybody for tuning in here at VRSC for our Hutmacher Ron. It's been a pleasure having all of you tune in obviously under very different circumstances, as we've said. So I'd like to bring on our our second volley. Masha Allah He also did a fantastic job. So brother Omar Hamid, please come on up.
Hi, Carla. Hello.
Thank you very much.
Now it's your turn. It's Mila.
We want to hear from you. This Ramadan is very different. You try that hamdulillah you're one of the maybe the only Imam that I know or carry for us that led in the three massage.
The Oh, the three circumstances the old building. And then the new one. Mashallah. And now reciting entierro, three different circumstances for Ramadan? Tell us what's the difference? So the biggest difference is that Hamza Hamza philosophy pointed out most of them Hamdulillah. But in a way that you, you realize the value of the masjid, right, so they say you realize something's value, the most one is taken away from you. That's true, right? And what's taken away from us is this beautiful house of Allah, whether this would have been the small masjid or this hamdulillah mashallah Pigma should have been right. Either way, the Masjid has its own impact and its whole own value, it brings
you together. Right? The thing about the machine is we're encouraged by each other to do more a bad, I'll say that's the biggest blessing of the machine, you see other people doing it better, and you're encouraged to do it better yourself. But when you're by yourself at home, you have your distractions, your cell phones, your this your that, and you have kids and I don't have kids, but I'm a kid, but you know, it's harder to get in that zone. But when you come here for Ramadan, and the lights are off, and it's just you and your insula, and you have that connection with Allah subhana wa Tada, it's just different hits.
Especially here for you guys, when you were in the room over here, tell me what's your reflection on this, I mean, you'll be reciting to an empty room, having the, you know, the laptop run in front of you, you just reciting not knowing and just to let you know, not knowing that there are 1000s of people on the other end of watching and listening to you only staring at the iPad, and just following with your citation not knowing about all these 1000s many, many more people than the people would attend over here in the organizer. So what's the reflection of this? Have you thought about that? I haven't thought about a month but from what I did get from it. And this is from a
personal heartfelt experience. When I'm reading in there, it feels as if I'm reading by myself Now regardless of the lights it feels like nobody's in this room with me.
nobody's in the masjid with me, because brother Omar, he'll be in his room humble falsity will be gone. So it's just me in that room. And I feel like I'm connected to Allah subhanaw taala I'm reading this, Allah subhanaw taala was watching me read this. And it just was okay. Right? Yeah. And it felt it felt like exactly I was in a cave I would end the echo of the mic Marshall. It was very great. So I would hear my own echo and I would get more into it and hamdulillah it was a great experience. I can tell that you are going into it a lot actually in the dissertation mashallah hunger Allah does that for Lakota congratulation on the Hutton May Allah subhana bless you, and make
you both Yoruba Amin among those who will be called on the day of judgment to recite in Jana and we taught to ascend until the end they referred us earlier but I mean, now Allah subhanaw taala make you among those who will be called to recite myself Orthoptera millibar are the angels you're a Brahmin, may Allah subhanaw taala make among those who will testify the Quran will testify for you and for your goodness, and for your sincerity and be your companion in the dunya and Arthur Brightman Zach Mala here on behalf of the board, that community, myself and even your families, I want to thank you both for being handled out of me in such a great goddess for us and this year, and
Allah Subhan bless you, hopefully Inshallah, next year, we'll do it here in the masjid in much more vertical circumstances in the law as soon as Zach Mala Thank you very much. Welcome to freedom Chun.
hamdulillah Bill Alameen Salallahu Salam wa barakaatuh Vina Mohamed Salah Ali was Samuel Selim at the Sleeman Kathira toma my bad my dear brothers and sisters, as we come right now to the conclusion of the Hutton and recitation of the Quran. As usually we have a handle our DUA and Chef Omar Suleiman is waiting actually online and shallow waiting for to start the draft for us. I wanted to be here with with my dear colleagues and and the board and the board members and shallow data here to just make sure that we still connected with the masjid no matter what the circumstances are, we still couldn't with the book of Allah subhanahu Matana hamdulillah it was a magnificent journey was
an amazing experience with Allah He Tabata Kota Allah, I can tell you, from personal experience of hundreds the first time ever the first time I've get to spend the entire month of Ramadan, really from whom, during the recitation of the Quran. During that era, we as a matter of fact, I haven't left Arabia for the past seven, eight years, was the first time I'm going back to live into we had home for my family, and Subhanallah it was it was an experience. I have done it. I've done it for a long time, you know, with the family, and is the first time to do with Marshall, regular vessel handler of blind I mean, what did we learn from this experience where we learn from this experience?
If we learn anything from this experience, now we learn that truly and genuinely when it comes to the subject of spirituality, subject of spirituality, there is no doubt it's an individual experience between you and Allah subhanho wa Taala Anna, no matter no matter how how much you thought about the month of Ramadan was for you and experience to redeem yourself after a long year. This is the time this is the time when you recognize and you realize Subhanallah I really needed to have this reminder that I don't need Ramadan to remind me about my relationship with Allah subhana what I do in the masjid, to remind me about my relationship with Allah subhanho wa Taala I can do it
from home. I can pray I can stay up for tahajjud I can stay all night up night as before rabada I can fast I can even I can connect with people online. I don't have to have that physical connection with the people to feel spiritual. spiritually strong. Net is a great lesson to all of us because a lot of people are people. After the month of Ramadan, they have what we call Ramadan dip, you know 100 You're very excited, your demand is high. Your experience mashallah with the Quran is at the highest level. It's amazing, it's beautiful. But then what happens? We feel that Ramadan
Ramadan dip basically is where you start feeling that that's it. It's coming to an end and all of a sudden, I'm gonna go back to my old habits my old self, don't you ever think like that? Because of hamdulillah but I mean, I think this experience being so in such an in quarantine, it's a blessing in disguise. Yes, we had to do social distancing. But at the same time, we start connecting with Allah subhanho wa Taala and I heard a lot actually from many brothers and sisters who private nitec actually messaged me, who are living on their own their own apartments, hon Allah. And for many, some people they felt it was actually a very overwhelming experience negatively because they always
connected with people and others. They thought this was such a very positive experience for them. It teaches them Subhanallah there's a big difference. Big difference between being alone and feeling lonely. Because there are a lot of people might have the full house there. They have their parents, they have their their spouse, their children, but they're still feeling lonely because they're not connecting. And they're paid it people who don't have anybody around them but it's still hamdulillah feeling connected with Allah subhanho wa Taala and obviously, if you have Allah azza wa jal with you and on your side, near in any urine, anybody after that, so Hamdulillah this experience of this gave
us this, this understanding that I don't have to feel spirit I don't have to have the full Masjid in order to feel spiritual. I can be
ritual insha Allah Tala in my own house, I can be spiritual with my own family I can be spiritual on my own just hold the most up on the Quran and just have a My prayer rug at night I can be spiritual then this time of hamdulillah Brahmin what an amazing experience and I hope you guys have enjoyed this experience inshallah terracotta Island. What did we learn from this experience be in quarantine and having our Ramadan virtually Subhanallah we learn that Al Hamdulillah Bananaman are when Allah azza wa jal when ALLAH SubhanA wa Taala closes a door out of his wisdom, he opens another hour of mercy. When he closed the door or wisdom, he opens another hour of mercy. I got this message today
after us or I should open this message on social media from someone sent me says Pamela, you know, when we went through quarantine it was just like a horrible experience not being able to connect with people but then Subhanallah this Ramadan taught us a lesson that for the first time I was able to attend live and communicate live with so many Imams and scholars around not just the country, but also around the world instantly like Allah subhanho wa Taala all of a sudden open for us and hamdulillah Bananaman ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada open for us door for this mercy and this Rama that I'm able to connect with Chef Alana chef Allah Imam philon and this philon from around the country, I
would never have access to them, I would never have access to them without that so that was just for a reminder for me Subhanallah is just a blessing in disguise. We thought that that was it. That's the end of it. But Allah subhana opened lot of doors and hamdulillah has been delighted by Kota Allah we hope for more doors to be opened for us. We are Bananaman mother brothers and sisters. As you can see there is so many hierarchies can come out of this what else they will learn from this experience. I learned from this experience Subhanallah spending a lot of time on my family someone like myself I travel a lot so to spend all the the past couple of months you know staying at home
with the family and Subhanallah there is a lot you can learn from being with your family on regular basis especially the kids right now grown up mashallah there's a lot to learn. And just the fact that the humbler we were able to break our fast together every single night at home hamdulillah around the same table around the same the same family together and then reminding each other was Salawat time and getting together to pray Gemma as much as we can handle Allah and also helping and assisting each other. All of that what a beautiful, beautiful family experience that you have 100 out of blind I mean, as a result of this, this experience there is so much you will learn one last
thing for me at least that I learned really, when it comes to this experience I just learned that I really really miss this message it and I missed are lots of people and I mean a lot of people in this community mashallah you know, when you come to them as your regular you see them on regular basis and you say salaam to them, and you hug them and this and that. It just was so hard sometimes to meet some of them and are able to shake hands with them. Or see some of them not able really to give them a hug. You know, it just the feeling is not it's not easy, but it's a lesson learned. Alhamdulillah Bamiyan never ever take anyone's friendship, you know, for granted even the handshake
that we usually take for granted like sometimes you'd be in the masjid and it's you someone few steps away, just wave their hand Your hand somebody can just leave. Now you realize, oh my God, I wish I can you know, be a mile away and just come on, come on and say sir, I'm gonna shake hands with them. We take these things for granted. There's so much we've learned from this experience. And I ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to give us the ability to return back to our masajid to the houses of ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada We ask Allah Subhana Allah to accept from us our fasting, our Riba, our Satish of the Quran, and ask ALLAH SubhanA wa jal for our call is that Allah azza wa jal accept from them
this humble effort they ask ALLAH SubhanA wa Taala to reward them with this regenerative medicine, Allah and their families are blind. I mean, I ask Allah Subhana Allah for our community to stay united to stay strong, and to stay spiritual, Brian, I mean, I want to thank each and every one of you for here for being such a great hamdulillah audience for us in online and virtually for your support as well. And I want to thank the board members are here in front of me actually sitting all over the masjid mashallah fill in different spaces in Hamdulillah, the brothers and the sister Hamdulillah I want to thank them very much for really for keeping the community Alhamdulillah
connected and moving forward and not filling the void in this month of Ramadan. So, thank you very much for each and every one of you as you may Allah reward your Muslim for this. And finally, thank chef Omar Suleiman was here with us at an sha Allah Allah for the DUA with Allah azza wa jal sha Allah I want to thank you very much for being such a great team. Member and good handle of him friend and colleague Zakah chef and I have a local Mala and may Allah reward you and your family for the great work we do for our community. BarakAllahu eco Masha Allah Allah we are going to have a quick recap video we want you to watch this as a kind of summary of what happened in Ramadan to
remind you keeping nostalgic for the month of Ramadan, and then we'll bring chef Ahmed Soleimani
shallow Tala for the DUA and we will conclude for other videos as always

snow icon rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh the brothers and sisters are with US Marine ministry Connors is not a normal human hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen whatever going to learn a lot I mean when people tune in we're talking Allahu wa Salatu was Salam abiotic and avocado suka Mohammed and sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he will sack me will send them to him and cathedra Firstly, I want to reiterate my gratitude to the entire community and specifically Sheffy Asif for his leadership throughout this keeping us spiritually energized, rejuvenated through this all unto the Board for their great leadership and seeing this community through some very difficult times may last Pantai reward all of
you and of course our father, who achieved this great accomplishment despite the circumstances may Allah subhanaw taala accepted from you all it's panela typically in the masjid right now for the Hutton era. We would be crowding in, we would be there would be no room to sit and we would have people even in the hallways, but a lot Isaiah knows best.
And instead we just have a few of us here in the masjid tonight but I just want to remind everyone that there is no barrier with your from the earth to the heavens to Allah Subhana Allah to Allah so when we make them we all say I mean together then Bismillahi Tada it reaches whether our do is are connected in the Amin is in a single physical space. Or it is a sincere heart that says I mean from a place far away. It all reaches to the Lord of the worlds with the nahi Tala.
