But let's keep the reduction of his salary on hold, and let him go on with his existing salary. So now this employee is informed in return, that your salary will remain a $500. Now, this employee, if he is not aware of the context, I want you all to put yourselves in his shoes. How do you think he will think he'll think I submitted a request for an increase I want $750. But they're just going on to pay me only
