And this is the enjoyment that we get from this time of the year. And Allah subhanho wa Taala informs us about this nature of the world. play and entertainment and also destruction.

he also says that this world is in adornment, and we compete in this world with one another in terms of what we can get our blessings.

But in Allah subhanaw taala also tells us in another verse, he says, Well Maha dill hayati, dunya illa Llah, who will live again Allah subhanho wa Taala says that this world is nothing more than enjoyment and destruction. While in the Darrel era law, he'll hire one, but visually that the next world is the one which is totally which is permanent, and this one is temporary. The next one is permanent, if the only but new. So once again, we have the enjoyment. We have this play entertainment, but in the back of our minds we know that this is but temporarily and it is the Athena which is permanent.

And the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam has informed us that this leisure in itself is a blessing. going on vacations, this is a blessing. In that famous Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad sallahu alayhi wa sallam says there are meta and mcgoon Fie Hema Kathina millionaires, that there are two amazing blessings which we often take for granted. The one is our health, good health.

And the other one is our free time.

And subhanAllah this is what we need to focus on is that this leisure time that we

You have available to us.

And the Prophet Muhammad sallahu alayhi salam in his own nature, you also took time off, you also needed to relax.

And every day, he used to practice his chi Lulu.

He should take a short nap in the middle of the day. And he mentioned that in the snap and in this listing these Baraka in it. today and full of energy, maybe there's some some wisdom in that.

And

so now that we know that Allah subhanho wa Taala has sanctioned these, this leisure in this world, and the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam also permits us to enjoy this world.

We now need to find some guidance and me to navigate through this, this period of time, navigate through this leisure.

And I think I'd bring this closer to me.

So we know that at this at this time of the year, there's an abundance of this blessing, this blessing of free time. And Allah subhanho wa Taala is beautifully guided, guided us in the Quran, through this free time.

And the three amazing songs that Allah subhanaw has placed all the way at the end of the Quran, all the way at the end of the Quran, Allah gives us these three amazing chapters. And what's interesting about this Jews AMA, the last Jews in the Quran is that this is the conclusion of Al Quran. And generally, you know, whenever we write a conclusion, it needs to be something which is profound, something which is important, something that will remind the reader and stick with the reader.

And part of the deal was, We will worship your Allah for one month, or one year over a period of time.

And then we alternate and then you worship our loads, or our gods for a period of time.

So when when it's compromise, you know, everyone wins, everyone is happy.

That should be a done deal. And on top of that,

they offer the Prophet Muhammad sallahu alayhi wa sallam power, they offer him status, women, money, all of the adornments of this world, they offer the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. And one of those people that were part of that click on the Quraysh was Walid Ibn movie era. And this individual is someone that we all should know. Because he was the top poet of the kurush. and this is probably the mic drop verse. The most profound verse in the Surah is where Allah subhanho wa Taala tells the Prophet Mohammed Al Salam lecom, Dino Khun, while the ad

that visually for you, and exclusively for you, is your religion and your way? And exclusively and specifically for me, is the way that I chose and my way.

And why is this verse so important? It's because very often we use this verse as the verse of tolerance for interfaith discussions, it's the verse of tolerance, you know, we we all just living together, and we all one happy family, Muslim, Christian, you know, Jew, this is how we often interpret this verse.

Whereas this verse is the direct opposite of that. And that is that you have your way. And it's exclusive to you, I don't want to have anything to do with the way that you do things. And this is my way, this is the way of Islam, and we're not going to mix and match. We're not going to water it down for anyone else.

This is the message of the surah

and Wallahi. During this time, and this period, we need these verses more than any more than any other time in the year.

Because this is the time when we tend to compromise

and how do we compromise and there's a few written up here a few ways in areas that we compromise it. And these are severe issues.

The first one is when it comes to our salah.

on purpose, you know which one of them is a caliphate and which one of them is not which one is less than the fold of Islam and which is not.

But your mantra Muslim in when we know that Salah is our connection to Allah subhanho wa Taala

How will we examples to our family members when we just leave the salah alone.

So this is an area where we do not compromise when it comes to our salah. And just recently, you know, we were at one of these beaches, and we paused it was dual time and everyone stopped and there were different camps. Lots of Muslims on the beaches. I think we'll see fourth, that was the Muslim beach and I and so many people many camps and everyone stopped Mashallah. Everyone stopped to make salah and the kuffar they looking, they watching us and they wondering, and some way deep down inside, maybe something will will trigger and they'd be like, that should be me. I should also be praying.

But when we compromise when we watered down our religion, it has now this domino effect. We are affected and also the community at large is affected

And there's a few

tips that we mentioned, for what you can do in the vacation, what you can do with this leisure time. First thing is spend quality time with your spouse.

Number one, spend quality time with your spouse.

Number two is also

give some quality time to your children. Discuss with them things about the dean, they have all these questions. But they're not going to ask you who they're going to ask.

So have these discussions with him. Give them challenges to research about the Gambia and the companions.
