The meaning of this hadith

And if you remember, in the previous episode, we said, chosen the cabinet, the government and the advisors and the ministers, for the king or for the ruler, is entirely the responsibility of the ruler himself.

Many people have the bad habit of blaming everything on the ministers, or the Prime Minister, or the government and they perceive the ruler as infallible. He is not liable. He doesn't do anything bad, because he doesn't know about it. We proved last time with the references that he's in partly responsible. He's also responsible for the ill doing and the injustice and the bad conduct of his advisors of his consultants and of his cabinet. That means Allah Almighty wants to do good to him, because he has advisors or ministers, who fear no blame of a blamer who do not fear but Allah Almighty, they do not fear the king that if they advise him, or if they remind him, he will get angry with them. Rather the fear lagging behind in the responsibility

of reminding the ruler of advising him and giving him the sincere advice. In the Hadith the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, in most Ashara Muthana every time you consult somebody, the one who's been consulted, now is entrusted. It's an Amana, he should be trustworthy, it should be honest enough to give you the sincere advice,

that if you consult somebody or some people every once in a while, but when you hire somebody, he did indicate his time simply to advise you, because you cannot encompass with your knowledge, all the affairs of the entire state or the OMA. So you have to have assistants, helpers, ministers, deputies, now they are appointed advisors, they shall not wait for you to ask them, whether what I did is right or wrong, they shall pay you rather than sincere advice, they shall not hesitate to tell you, Your Honor, this decision was not the very right decision, or this decision is kind of worn and oppression and somebody whom you order to be executed, this person is a real scholar and

his innocent, the old man would lose a lot. And this person whom you threw in jail for years now is supposed to be released. And the people are suffering of severe poverty, we need to provide them with some financial help, and so on and so forth.

So if the ruler finds himself surrounded with good advisors, they will remind him whenever he forgets, and if he remembers, and he says, well, we want to maintain this want to do this want to honor this person. When I build like

you should perceive as if you are before two of the righteous people, honorable people of your family, what would you do? You would not dare to do anything wrong before them because you feel shy.
