Dad? What do you see, rather than unless it comes down to how you really look at the issue a, is the cup half full? Or is it full? or half empty? Of course, right? So yes, there are a lot of fundraisers. And yes, there are a lot of projects. And there's a lot of mosques coming up and measured here and measured there. But there's

always two ways to look at that. And as a believer,

the mindset of a believer is to always see things through positive perspective. hamdulillah Yes, there are lots of mosques. You know, you know, what I find amazing with this is that we never complain if there's a shopping center coming up in our area, yes, because it's going to increase the value of my home. Yes. But when there's another Masjid being built in my area, come on, then another one. And we got, you know, Hamdulillah, this is a good sign when there is a lot of these organizations coming up. And a lot of, you know, fundraising is happening, then this shows that there is you know, that there is an awakening within Norma, the soma is waking up. And the needs of

this woman are great and vast. And we need help everywhere. Yes. So you know, and it's very, it is very unfortunate that we don't have this big body government that is supporting the Muslims wherever they are, and funding them with with whatever it is that I need. So yes, so you do find that there are pockets of believers everywhere that are trying to do good, and they're opening up the doors to giving charity and for you and I as the average Muslim, as a believer, how should I look at this? Do I look at this as a negative thing or as a positive thing? Well, of course it's a positive thing. Allah subhanho wa Taala is opening doors for me. Opportunities to give in charity, you don't have to

help everywhere. You know, you you don't have to give to every single machine. It'd be great if you can, but if you can't, then you choose those that you feel are most you know you choose those projects that you feel are most beneficial. And give you know a believer should always see what is behind the door of charity. Why am I giving? So please Allah subhanaw taala absolutely and Allah subhanaw taala the pleasure of Allah Subhana Allah Allah is something that all of us try to work very hard for. In the month of Ramadan, you find people we can afford, you know, for the hashtag prayer, fasting throughout the whole day. They are praying at night trying to do all these acts of

worship that bring them closer to Allah subhanho wa Taala Of course charities is no no different when it comes to acts of worship as well. Yes, of course. So Paula, you find that, you know, in the month of Ramadan

generally speaking, it's the month of a bird, right? So you find that yes, it's the month of fasting. It's the month of the late night tahajjud Salah it's the month of the Quran. It's not a significant amount of money. But I can tick the box of charity for every single day in Ramadan. What drives you? What would you agree from if I said to you that Allah has given me the gift of the gab, I will definitely

agree. And I think no one on the planet would disagree with you on that. So therefore, look, I feel that I feel that handler that Allah smart Allah has given me the ability to talk. And sometimes I can really encourage people. So you know, look, I don't have a lot of money.

And when when I'm faced with an opportunity to be someone that instigates others giving in charity, yes, then I also get that reward a lot. So it's not only financially giving any air pocket. In fact, I think it's actually a better because, let's say I went to a fundraising dinner. Okay. And generally speaking, averagely speaking not like yourself, you've got a lot of money. But for someone like myself, right, so let's say I went to a fundraising dinner, how much money was I possibly going to give? You know, sometimes when you ask for money, you're in the masjid and asking for money. You tend to pull out the wallet and unmute yourself. But with me, I usually have No, I haven't been order from the biggest note to the smallest note. So you flick to the side. The big ones are the ones that you now want to give. And then you suss out what's left of the small ones? And then you pick it out and you give No, no, he didn't split in half what was in his pocket or his wallet. He gave half his wealth, everything he owned. This is a prophet of Allah, I come to you today with half my wealth.

So he asks an amazing question. He says almost if you're giving me half

What have you left for your family?

I want you to imagine, you know, that you take your kid with you to the shops, and your kid has nothing any. And he sees a lolly that he likes. So you buy this lolly for your child. And really the value of the lolly was insignificant to you anyway. But the joy and happiness you know when the kid got this, and then imagine you left the shop, and your

son or your daughter has this lolly. And then you walk by you know you walk by a kid that's, let's say his pole.

And you could see the kid is looking at the lolly that uses Yeah, in your son's hand.

Now you as a father, how would you feel?

So you now wanting to teach your son a lesson?
