you go way beyond

the issue of management worker relationships, because the root cause is somewhere else.

Similarly, for anything else, if you look at a business or any business and you say, you know, why is this business making loss,

then the root cause of it can be something which unless it is addressed, the actual problem won't go away.

And for that, we use a technique we call it the five why's

to ask why five times.

So, there is lots happening with a Why is the loss happening?

So, you come to the next way, because there is pilferage, why is there pilferage?

Then you come to the next one, and so on to go to the last one which takes you to the actual root cause of why something is wrong.

If you apply that to our lives,

then there is actually Islamic it simplifies matters very much. Because islamically there is only one root cause for all our issues.

In a business, there can be many different root cause when it's likely the only one root cause. And that one root cause is lack of your training data.

That is not the root cause it take anything the root cause why do we not have Kuru and Salah because of lack of your cleaning data?

Why do we do why do we commit sin because of lack of India? Why are we chasing the dunya? Because of lack of in India? Why is there stress in our life because of lack of India?
