existence, because we feel that we experience them we know them, and we know people have knowledge who understand them. So therefore this is our understanding of all right, it is whatever Allah subhanaw taala described in his Kitab in his book, and whatever So Allah is Allah Allah Allah Azza wa sallam told us about

in his a Hadith, and in his teachings, even though a lot of that or some of that we may not understand we believe in it, and we know it is true.

So therefore, Rasulullah sallallahu Sallam was sent as a mercy to all of creation to all of mankind, to all of humankind. And this is why all of humankind is the oma of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam. Now, this oma is divided into two which is the oma which accepts him as the soul of Allah, as the Messenger of Allah, which is called the Ahmed of ejabberd. The Ahmed that accepts and there is another part of the oma which is called moto

Which is to be invited because this oma is that is, is those people who either don't know about Mohammed Salah Salem or even though they know for whatever reasons they know best they reject him they do not accept him as the Messenger of Allah and they do not accept his message. We do not hate them for that. It is not called the oma which should be destroyed. they must only get good from you.

They must not get any harm from you.

Even knowledge, even learning is for the purpose of implementing it. In Islam, there is no concept of the non practicing Muslim in Islam, there is no concept of a person who knows about Islam and that is sufficient for him or her know, that may be sufficient for somebody who's studying Islam who's not who's not a Muslim yet, and who was studying Islam, fine, okay, so you have learned something, but for the Muslim, what we learn, we practice, if we don't practice it, then that learning is not only worthless for us, that learning will become the witness that knowledge will become the witness against us, when we meet our laws, and I asked a law to protect us from that.

So, when you are listening to the lectures, please listen to them with that understanding that this lecture is not meant for you to just listen and go away. This lecture is meant for you to reflect on your own life, for me to reflect on my own life, and then to compare it with whatever you hear in the lecture and say, how well and properly do I confirm to what I am hearing in this lecture is my life like this is my life the way it is supposed to be? Is my life the way the life of Rasulullah sallallahu Sallam was, and if my life is like that, then Alhamdulillah I ask Allah for his mercy, and I try to persevere in that and I try to maintain that and I try to keep that. And if my life is

not like that, then I first and foremost make the intention to change and then I make the change. And I don't wait for some opportune moment or I don't wait for some auspicious occasion, I start making that change right now.

That is the purpose of the lectures. And that's why I tell you at the end of each lecture, sit down and say what will I start doing what will I stop doing? What will I continue to do? What is it that I am not doing till now what now I realize I was doing so I start doing that? What is it that I'm doing currently, which I realized I should not be doing so, I stopped doing that and what is it that I am doing currently and I now have confirmation that what I was doing is right and therefore now I do it more consciously and with greater perseverance and confidence and

that is the purpose of the lectures. And therefore I thought let me begin with reminding myself and you about this because if you are not clear about why we are sitting here, then our sitting here is a waste of time right? So let us not do that. A lot of Maradona said in

He has denied his belief in La ilaha illAllah Muhammad Rasul Allah, he said, I believe that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah subhanho wa Taala. gone back on my witness. I say I shall one now Mohammed Rasul Allah, I bear witness that Mohammed Salah Salam is the Messenger of Allah, what is the proof of that? That I follow that message? authenticity and congruence consists of thinking and feeling something which is the same as what we speak meaning what is in my heart is on my tongue and what is in my tongue is in my hand is in my actions.

Right? If I if I truly believe that you are my brother or sister, I say that and I treat you like my brother and sister.

This is the meaning and therefore this is what Islam teaches us. Islam teaches us truthful lessons app teaches authenticity, Islam teaches us congruence

So she said, Why don't you go and ask my father, Mohamed Salah, sell them for a servant for me, so that I can have some help my housework.

needs somebody to help her. She's getting tired with housework and so on. So, she came to ask you, if you could give her one of those slaves, which have come as a servant, to be employed with us,

as well as on a solemn said to Fatima, he said, I cannot give you a slave.

He said, I cannot give you a slave. But what I can do is I can teach you something which will do what you want the slave for which is, which will take away your tiredness and will take away your exhaustion.

Think about this, he is not teaching or something he didn't say I will teach you something which will give you agenda. Season jam anyway.

He didn't say I will teach you something which will give you some reward in the hereafter he is teaching her what he's giving her a tool for this world.

And then he taught her this does be and that's the reason why it's called a Fatima because this is the genesis of that. He said, read this before you go to bed.

And the way you used to do that was he would read these accountid on his fingers of his hand. And then he would blow in his hand he would say,

you know that you're not spitting, but like

air blowing. And then he would

boss has blessed hand over his whole body. This is our daughter. He said, do this. Blow in your hand, pass your hand over your whole body. And he said it will take away your tiredness. Brother and sister asked you this question.

Many of us including myself, we try to

do all these scans. Right. And one of them is this. Before we go to bed, we do this?

Does it take your time?

Right, right. I just tried asking you until what last night? You must have done it. Did it take away your time? Or why you still the same? You are doing it? Because this is because there is a reason I'm sorry? Because you are a Muslim. But did it happen?

And if it didn't happen?

Whose fault is it?

Is it that what rasuna said was false?

Or is it that there is something in the way that we are saying this? There is something there's a miss?

There's a disconnect and dissonance between what's in my heart and what's on my time

which is making it ineffective? Which one?

I know the the favorite answer to that. Don't worry about the

actual answer.

Right as a Muslim you will say all by for no No, no. Please.

That is the purpose of these lectures.

This is my gift to you. My gift to you is the gift that Rasul Allah, Allah gave to his daughter, say the Fatima does be a Fatima

and this is my gift to you to say that if you read it, the way Rasulullah sallallahu taught his daughter

and you passed your hands over your body. It must take away every bed

it must take away all the tightness, it must take away your exhaustion. It must give you total peace and tranquility

and a feeling of total good health and must give you the most beautiful sleep in the night.

Try it out.

Try it out with a complete and total conviction that the formula is right. Because Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam gave it to us

and then work on it until it works for you. The way it worked for Fatima to Zahara de la Juan.

scenario that said I have not slept is single night, no matter in what condition I was, no matter how exhausted I must I may have been without reciting does be fit because this is what the VSA lesson taught us. And of course if I am most exhausted then even more reason to decide. Right?
