Another Ramadan has come.

And another Ramadan is ready to depart.

Another opportunity came in our lives.

And another opportunity

is ready to leave our hands.

And so we need to ask ourselves where we stand? And did we take advantage of that opportunity when it came? Where did we let it to go to waste.

It's not something easy.

It requires effort.

It requires sacrifice. It requires dedication.

the reward for it is great.

And so as Ramadan

there are those among us

we shouldn't wait for our reward from anyone

in chasing after your desires your wings in not respecting the sacredness of this month of Ramadan

who all they care about

is this life of the dunya.

enjoying it, living it to pass

in sleep in enjoyment.

They don't care about what comes

after this short life of yours.

But there are those

who they care because they value and they know the true value

of the life to come as compared to this present life. And so that is why they dedicate their lives. And that is why they sacrifice these few moments

in this life, because they knew they know the value of sacrificing

these few moments

later to look harder

is a night as Allah subhanho wa Taala tells us that

is better, more virtuous, more rewarding

than 1000 months.

Think about

more than 80 years of data

if you stood up one night.

And so there's no doubt that the one who is truly deprived

is not the one who has been deprived

of something of the dunya of a certain fortune of a certain

amount of money of a certain

material gain in the dunya. But rather, the one who has truly been deprived is the one who could not exchange a few hours

for a lifetime of data.

And so there are those among us.

Who would prefer sleeping in these nights,

giving their body that pleasure of sleep,

rather than exchanging them for seeing up in the event of a loss of Hannah with data,

in exchange for the reward of a loss of Hannah, who, what data. Finally, my dear brothers and sisters,

remember that what matters

is not our hard work.

And our a bad day.

What matters is not how much effort we put into it.

But rather what matters above everything else,

And once we have given our exams and the semester comes to an end, we are not satisfied and we will not be at peace until until the final greens have been announced.

So this is how the true servant of Allah subhanho wa Tada. He lives in this life.

He should never be content and satisfied over what he has done until the grades have come in. And the report cards have been given out and that won't be in this life. But rather that will be on the day in which the books will be distributed. We ask Allah subhanahu wa tada to make us from among those whose deeds have been accepted

as we wind our way down to the last days of Ramadan, and it's last night and it's last hours.

We are reminded of the fact

that we will be enjoying our aid

in the comfort of our families. And while we have nice clothes to wear,

and we have food to eat,

there are those from among our brothers and sisters who don't have that fortune.

And so this is why Allah subhanho wa Taala legislated at the end of this month

to give the cattle fitter, along with the fact that it is a purification.

It purifies our shortcomings

that were made in this month of Ramadan.

On top of that, it is to bring joy to those less fortunate.

And so there are certain rulings that we must be aware of regarding as a cattle fitter.

And so, first and foremost, the cattle fitter

is mandatory. It is obligatory, it is not something optional. It is obligatory upon each and every single member of the household.

Not just the adults, not just those who have attained puberty, but also the children.

Every single household, every single member of the household, some scholars, they even see the fetus that even hasn't come out of the womb of its mother.

And so every single member of the household

is a cattle fitter is obligatory upon.

Secondly, the one who has to give it is the Wali

and the guardian of the household, the Father, the husband, even for his wife, even if she may be rich, it is not her responsibility, but rather the responsibility of the husband. Thirdly, the cattle fitter must be given

as staple food

whether it be rice flour, whatever it be.

It must be given as food to the poor and the needy, and not as cash

and not as cash. Fourthly,

you are allowed to delegate someone

by giving him money,

asking him to buy that food on your behalf and distribute it to those in need.

Which is something that we do here in this part of the world by sending our money abroad overseas.

And so what we are sending is not cash that will be handed

over to the poor and the needy but rather

food that will be given to them. And so there's nothing wrong with doing this. As long as we make sure that what is being given is food and not cash.

Also, we can give the cattle fitter locally if we if we want to

For we can send it abroad wherever the need is more pressing, that is where we should give it

And finally,

the cattle feeder must be given

And so, this is why
