I've been involved in Dua for over 20

years Alhamdulillah and a lot has changed since

then. Trying to commit to a full time

job, managing my own Duaa website, making my

own posters,

setting up and paying for my own debates.

The global dua sector has now raised 1,000,000

of pounds. People now do dua with a

full time job. Alhamdulillah,

this is amazing

and more is needed. Yet with new opportunities,

trials and tests appear. 1 of the greatest

trials

is that of fame and wealth. The Messenger

of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam was clear about

this. He said,

2 hungry wolves

roaming freely among a flock of sheep

are less destructive to them than the passion

of a man for wealth and high status

are to his religion. I regularly remind myself

that the vision for Islam is bigger than

the organization

and the organization

is bigger than the individual. The danger with

brands is that there'll always be a potential

conflict of interest between the best interest of

Islam and the brand's success. The reality is

Islam success

is our success. Following Allah's guidance in what

ensures Islam success is what pleases Allah. This

is one of the reasons why Sapiens Institute

strategic focus involves developing and supporting individuals

and organizations

to intellectually share and defend Islam. This is

logo behind various organizations that we help develop

and support. And this is why we created

the Visionaries

and Lighthouse Mentoring. The Visionaries is a project

to inspire within leaders,

and Allah centric and Aqira centric vision,

and to help

them internalize

14 principles from the Quran and Sunnah to

achieve true success in the doubt. Lighthouse mentoring

that provides private one to 1 mentoring sessions

for ex

Muslims, new Muslims,

people with destructive doubts and mentors preachers,

imams

and influentials

on how to make an impact

in the sector. Many of them are now

succeeding
