Because it gets us out of our kind of over an analysis mode, right, which we can, especially as women, sometimes we can we can go into right?

And you probably read something that will kind of spoil your mood for the rest of the day and bleed into the next things that you're going to do. So I would really stay away from the phone. First thing in the morning and last thing at night.

So if there are things that are musts, that we must get done things like cooking, for example, or shopping, you know, dealing with homework or certain important tasks that need doing early on in the day, we should get those done early on in the day rather than leaving
