He starts boasting to his other companion, the other person that's there and the example that a lot of that is getting. And he says,

he says, I'm greater than you and wealth, have a mighty or entourage, right? I'm greater than you. And wealth has more in terms of all of this that you see in the gardens, right, and you have the garden behind us. You know, he's saying I'm working and all of this, and

because of because of the wealth that I have better than you, and I have a greater entourage, by this Qatada hangover, he says, this is by Allah is the wish and the moral.

Sorry, the wish of the immoral to have a lot of wealth and the large entourage, right, those who just enjoy this dunya they just want to have lots and lots of people around them who admire their wealth. Right? And you'll know that you'll notice that when you look online, look at the online world and follow people who

you know are well known either actors or actresses.

You know, they enjoy having that entourage they enjoy having people around them, they enjoy being seen by us, they enjoy that attention, they enjoy getting likes, enjoy, you know that and so on. And that's really you know, a sign of someone whose heart is not pure, right that you if you have a large gathering and hamdulillah if you don't have a large gathering, you should be happy.

With the small one that you have, right, be happy and pleased with whatever it is that we have. So he says, internet and what as soon as

possible.

What does

Right, and we are not happy with it, that's when we try to seek approval from others, we start to seek that fame, right? The people people are supporting, supporting my thoughts, supporting my words, supporting, you know, the way a person dresses or supporting the things that they do. And they start to gain that traction, in terms of wealth and fame, and so on and so forth. But in reality, what they may be doing is harming themselves, because, you know, they are then going to show off more to get more attention, right,

they're going to use their wealth in ways that they maybe shouldn't, in order to get more people's attention, right, they're going to harm themselves by speaking rudely and unjust and being unfair to people that they consider to be less than them, or lesser, or lower than them in status, and so on. And so throughout that process, a loss of handling data, showing us what different agenda to avoid. So he's got everything around him. But in fact, he's harming himself. He's doing an ingest to himself. Like, he's not caring for his soul, his spirit, his connection with his creator.

And then he says, gone

He says, I don't think this will ever perish, I don't feel that this will ever go away. basically allowing himself to be deceived, because of the plants and the fruits and the trees, and the wealth and the land and the people that he's around him, he feels like, you know what, I'm better than you, this is never gonna go away. They have, you know, I could live off of this forever. And sometimes we think of it that way. You know, the other day a brother was saying about his parents, he's like, you know, if they sell their house, they'll have enough money they can they can live in, you know, rent a place, right? So he was giving example, his parents, and he was saying if, if they sell their

house, they'll have enough money in the sale of their house to rent a place like a condo, for example, an apartment with a couple bedrooms and so on, whatever sufficient for them is an elderly, you know, old retired couple.

And they'll be able to live for the next I think he said 60 or 70 years off the wealth that they will make from selling their have their house.

And you know what, sometimes as human beings we plan that way, but also cantana doesn't make that happen at times, right? So sometimes we think that you know what, I'm gonna, I'm gonna live forever, I'm going to have this and I have, I'm going to buy this land and invest in this. And it's good to do that. It's very good to do that. But we should always remember at the end of the day, as much as I can plan and prepare a look and take it all away. So there's nothing wrong with planning for the future. There's nothing wrong with investing. There's nothing wrong with you know, someone going in selling their house afterwards and saying, you know what, I'm gonna live off this forever. Yes. But

don't think that you're invincible. And that's what a loss of habitat is showing here is like, it can all be taken away. Bless you with it. And he bless you with taking it away. Right? Because it may bring

our family, our friends, and we're just so frustrated. There's no time for anything now. illa Billah

if you want that peace of mind, that peace of mind come to us from a lot we can chase after Trump to find peace of mind our whole life and we won't find it. Because if we're not going to please Allah, why would Allah want to give that to us? Why would I want to please my mind and please my heart, please? You know myself, not talking about the soul? Why would a lot what to help me in that if I'm not doing what Allah subhana wa Tana wants.

And the dangerous thing is, when we cut ourselves off from a wall,

he starts to give us that.

And I have a practical I don't want to mention, I have a prime example that I can use someone who cut themselves off from Allah subhana wa adad. And all of a sudden they're like, Wow, look at this, like immediate big financial, you know, you guys always saying it's haram to do this, how I'm interested.

I left with guys saying his hair off and I did what I wanted to do. And look, I'm wealthy now. Now I can use my wealth how I want. I was like, Yeah, but your wealth is tainted.

Your wealth is tainted, right? As long as we're doing what we're doing for the sake of Allah. That's good. And if Allah makes us wealthy and rich, don't get me wrong. I know lots of wealthy people under the law, right really, really wealthy people around the world, multiple different countries, but

they don't let the wealth get to them doesn't get to heart. And so you know, one thing interesting is, as human beings we might race for this dunya

and we never get it

and we tire ourselves out so much that we miss our solemn Miss budget we miss, you know, prayers, we become late. You know, at Juma I forget I gotta make some money.

On the flip side, we have people who Allah has blessed with wealth and the raising after seeking the pleasure of Allah. They're weak super early for fighting for missiles on the left.

miss a day versus recitation. They sacrificed so much for it. And I know people will say it's because they have so much wealth, that they can kick back and relax a little bit. But that's never really the case. The more wealth becomes the more you know, there's always that that struggle to keep keep earning, keep earning keep happening more and build and increase more and more or less how we are as human beings, Prophet sallallahu added a subset us, you know, in the Hadees, more fitna to Almighty filmen. It's just a reality. And so if we embrace it and understand it, we can navigate through it. Right? If you know that there's going to be an accident on for one, you can navigate yourself through it. It's just like a little thing this big. Right? It looks like you know, the thing you put before in your clothes on top of like the cool and then you know, you put the hood on it, incense and smoke comes up, it looks like that. But he's got a little, a little kettle on top running up water to make tea. That's how he makes tea with a small piece of coal that's burning, you

know, might take some time but it's there.
