The only thing that will benefit is those who come with a heart that is studied, selling meaning salad, salad, meaning free from deficiency, free from deficiency, number one, indoor heat, deficiency, indoor heat, meaning any bit of *.

That's the first thing we have to purify our heart with. And then number two, is we have to purify our heart from all of its ailments and its spiritual diseases. And I want you to think about how attractive that is. If you could just be in the room, when the great the greatest leaders in the world, were having conversations about whatever it is that they converse about. And now I want you to think even greater than that. If you could be in the room when the greatest leaders ever are having a conversation.

And fortunately for us, that conversation is actually recorded for us. so when we talk about purification of the heart, the greatest thing that I want you to pay attention to is what is the state of my vicar of Allah Subhana

That is a symptom of a hard hearts. Sometimes

you might find a person who on the outside is very religious, but you don't find them mentioning Allah at all. And so brothers who are religious will sit there and they'll talk about sports for two hours, and no one will will do the if God no one will say Subhanak Allah and what we have Nick shadow Allah, Allah, Allah to stir Federico to we make the things that were taught to say, even in imaginisce, in a gathering, these important as God that were supposed to make, we don't say anymore. But guess what, walking, even though it may be boring, because of how basic it is. It is something that you can do in your teens, it's something that you can do in your 20s you can do it in your 30s, your 40s, your 50s or 60s or 70s. And over the duration of a lifetime. There is nothing that is a single act that more consistently can help a person's health as far as exercise than walking. And similarly, there's no single act that helps a person spirituality

and their hearts and that health beyond or more than they could have Allah subhanaw taala Rasulullah sallallahu wasallam used to give the prescription of liquor for everybody who used to complain that they're too old, that they're too that they're too uneducated, they're not able to learn. The province the lowlight SLM used to give this prescription for somebody who was too busy. then it is said to that person. In the Name of Allah. I rely upon Allah and there is no source of transformation or power other than Allah. Number one it is said who did what Kofi it will teach.
