Explanation of Surah al-Kahf #1

Stick to those and read them as often as you can to treat whatever anxiety or lack of Sakina in our lives. So this is Surah Tilka. The last thing we'll say about the virtue of Surah tikka is that he said Allah is Salatu was Salam. Allah, Ki Moon Allah, meaning it sustains and provides an overseas so that in relation to other books, it's oversees them and corrects them. In relation to humanity. It guides them and completes them. So they say, who are can we learn more can mean that it's perfect. That's when it says no crookedness, perfect clay, Yemma, it completes you. It's perfect and it perfects

you, it's complete and it completes you. So, how do you become complete?

What is that one is the only thing that you have that is complete around you.

But is in the book of Allah azza wa jal How do you become complete and whole? You will go to the Quran and it fills you. Right? So all of us feel this gap in us, right? The things that we don't have the things that we wish for you want to be complete, the Quran complete you complete to in terms of everything, how do you become a better husband, a better wife, a better child, a better parent, a better Muslim, a better neighbor? How do you follow the truth? How do you surrender to it? How do you stay away from falsehood? How do you find it? How do you stay patience? So my house is my house forever. My car is my car forever. These kids are my kids forever. You don't know that. You have to lose all of that. And that's terrifying. And that is saddening,

But how do you get this eternal life if you obey Him?

So Allah azza wa jal, he wants to contrast this to the dunya which is going to come

The heavens simmer what these mighty structures of Allah oxygen, they want to break asunder. Because of all these things that we are saying about Allah azolla, you say you don't understand how how terrible their thing is

to somebody, you know, pollutes an ocean and all of us rise in

objections or rise in arms against them, you polluted an ocean, or you polluted water, or you polluted the land. What about a person who pollutes people's minds and hearts?

We don't care as much about that right? But this is the greatest pollution because it stands between you and Allah azza wa jal What if on the Day of Judgment, a person comes and says, I believe that you had a son, you say what proof you have of that?

Who told you this? Evidence came to the contrary? Why didn't you follow it? The greatest corruption is a person to lose himself, not the dunya. The dunya Allah azza wa jal can compensated but to lose yourself. This is what Allah is saying. They are not saying anything except a lie.

So when you hear it, don't be intimidated by people who may actually passionately believe it, or argue for it. Believe Allah Azza did when he says this is nothing but lie baseless.

And demand as he demanded subhanaw taala Where's the proof for it? Right. And if you have no proof, then they have no argument.

and invite them and they would reject it and keep trying and they reject it. And they're very being very stubborn, and very argumentative. And it would make him so sad that Allah azza wa jal has to intervene and say, stop being so sad. You're going to kill yourself.

Right? And then the way that he consoles him Alayhi salaatu wa Salaam is in the next area. But here it's important to realize how eager the Prophet Alayhi Salatu was Salam was for people to be guided. And he he wasn't the only one of the early. He said, When you give Dawa, you could be disappointed just because your efforts did not work, meaning you failed. How come I failed? How come I spent time and they did not listen to me. So that is your sadness. And you could be sad because they did not hear the truth. Or they did not accept the truth, whether it was your effort or not. So you disappear. It's not about me and my effort. But how come they don't accept it? What will happen to them if they

don't sadness over them, not because of you. So the sadness of the Prophet alayhi salatu salam is not I put all these hours and it did not work. It was how what will happen to them if they don't get guided. So it's he's worried about them. So how does Allah azza wa jal kind of mediate this, this pain take it away from the Prophet Alayhi Salatu was Salam. It says with the next Aya

That it is not up to you anymore. as eager as you are to guide, some people will not be guided.

And that breaks your heart when you can guide other people but not one closest to you cannot be guided. So you either gonna kill yourself over that or realize that Allah Azza did said what this is all a test, some will fail it. And it's not up to you to decide who will win and who will fail. So they are going to fail.
