sad, or they're feeling, you know, very stressed as a result of the oppression of other people. And that's why when someone is in that state, Allah subhanaw taala, accepts that person's DUA and when someone's in a state of, you know, whether they're going through a lot of hardships, and they supplicate to Allah, Allah subhana, Allah accepts that person's dua. And so during the during that time, before you break your fast, even even while you're fasting, tried to supplicate very often try to replicate as much as you can. And that's why Allah subhanho wa Taala when he speaks about fasting,
after finishing the verses of fasting, the obligation of the fast and then the revelation of the Quran in the month of Ramadan. And then later on, he finds out that you know what Hamdulillah He, Allah gave him someone better. And look at the other sister.
If he were to get marry that sister, maybe it wouldn't have been the same. And so sometimes I lost him I think gives you something even better. So when you're supplicating to Allah, either Allah gives you what you want right away, or Allah saves it for you and gives you something better, where Allah subhana wa Taala saves it for you in the Hereafter. And so you never lose and in the Hereafter, you know what you're gonna say, you're gonna say, Yeah, Allah, I wish that you had not you had not accepted any my drive as well. Because when I got in replacement for that it's so much better in the Hereafter, because wherever you get here is temporary. Right? If you especially if you
asked me for the dunya. So also remember also when you're supplicating to Allah, don't ask just for this dunya as for the goodness of this dunya and LTF here also, so don't forget that also. And so, when fasting also, when a person fasts, fasting is supposed to give us Taqwa. But it's it's to help us to be conscious of a loss of habitat. And so you don't do anything that's contradictory to that. Because the purpose of the fast is not just to go hungry and thirsty know, the purpose of the fastest to help us abstain from that which is displeasing to Allah subhanho wa Taala because fasting is patience, and what is patience? So what are the three things that you're benefiting from your way
of fasting? It's all related to patience, patience and abstaining from the Haram patience in the obedience of Allah, and patience, in times of calamity and thirst.
Did hunger. So teachers are that are that also we're thankful to Allah, you know, because when you're hungry, you're thinking about all those who are hungry and thirsty also. it's a waste of time. Like okay, this, okay, today I'm fasting. And, you know, you might you might have like, you know, a very, very interesting basketball game going on. So you like, Okay, your friend comes over and you're like, talking about you know, this person and that person. Hey, look at the bride man. He's like this. No, you just wasting your time. And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said,
maganda, you want me to be late with your Malacca, whosoever believes in Allah and the Day of Judgment? follicle hyaluron, LDS month, whoever believes in Allah and the Day of Judgment, what should he do? He should not say anything, except that which is beneficial. If it's not beneficial, then you shouldn't say anything at all, you should be quiet. And so that's why when you're fasting, you should not have the day that you fast, be the same as the day that you don't fast. It has to be different. How does it how's your day be different? It should be different in the speech, and the actions in everything that you do. The time the day that you're fasting should not be the same as
any other day. Because if you're not eating and drinking there, you're not eating all day anyways. Right? So but the thing is, there should be other things also, you should, you should also be fasting from saying things that are not beneficial. Also, inside Becca huddle. also said, In another Hadith, it's reported by you know, all the major collections of Hadith Sahih Bukhari and Muslim and also the Sunnah. And also, he said, that the Buddha
or the Lord who said that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said manlam yet that poll is over, Whosoever does not leave false speech. Well, I'm gonna be. So in other words, who does not leave for speech and acting upon it, which means what? He who does not leave sins, verbal sins or physical sins, sins of the actions that you do? So if you're trying to, if you're trying to please, you're trying to help your mother out, right? By doing a good deed, and you say I'm trying to wash the dishes, so you're washing the dishes? Why are you washing the dishes? Because you're helping out. And then there are in other ways that I'm trying to help out. But then you push your mother aside and push it. You push her you make you make her mad? Like, what's the purpose? What is she going to say? She's probably take the dishes and throw it at you anyways. She won't even care about the dishes anymore, right? Why and so the purpose is what? So the purpose of the fast it's like It's to prevent or to help you stay away from the haram. And
then you're going to do that which is worse than eating and drinking in terms of in terms of eating and drinking itself is a means to help you achieve
a goal and that goal is to abstain from that which is haram. And that's why you don't eat and drink. But then you're going to do the Haram anyways. And you're going to say that which is haram anyways, Allah says, The Prophet said Allah does not need that. And so that's why you have to focus on on your actions in the month of Ramadan. It's not just food and drinks. It's your actions by doing good deeds, and by abstaining from that, which is haram. And so that's why you should not be sitting down backbiting wasting your time. And as I mentioned, it should not be the same thing. Another thing during the month of Ramadan is
during the month of Ramadan, a lot of people they they feel like you should not brush your teeth, right.

So as Muslims of course

You know, the the, of course, you know, when the rain clouds come everything, the trees until you see the grass becomes luscious, and so forth. And this is the description of a building ambassador as of the prophets of herbalism as that cool breeze that everyone enjoys, and everyone is waiting everyone benefits from. And of course, you should you owe the seller, if they have two types, the scholars and before they usually divided the Ramadan into two sections, what are those two, the first 10
days, the first 20 days, and then the last 10 days. So sometimes we like to divide the three now, the first try to be consistent, consistent, consistent and doing as much good deeds as you can. An opportunity for you to earn great reward to benefit you in this life, also in the hereafter in sha Allah. So that's why I plan the first 20 days and then have another plan for the last 10 Nights. But if you want to get ticked off, that's also sooner to do so. And if you can't make it take off every single night of the last 10 Nights, try to do so at least on the weekends, right? If you can't do it all the time, then maybe you know, do a certain times certain time whenever you're able to Inshallah, but try to make a plan from now. Now you might say, Why should I make a plan from now? Anybody know why? Because even if something happens and you're not able to do so, you'll be rewarded
by Allah, you get the same reward. If you had the plan and the conviction and you are planning to make it take off and you become sick, you will still get the reward of getting
the full reward not just not just one reward only you know why? Because you had the conviction. You were going to do it. You know you have if you're truthful in your conviction, Allah will give you the full reward even if you don't do it, even if you don't do it, and so that's why right now, make your plans for Ramadan. And ask ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada that Allah Subhana Allah will allow you to witness doing the fasting and actions of a badass and worship for this month in sha Allah the month of Ramadan that's coming in Sharla so we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala that Allah subhanho wa Taala blesses in our time, and Allah subhanho wa Taala also, to prolong our life so that we can worship
Him during the month of Ramadan.
