About this episode

A few days back a friend sent me a link to a recent BBC documentary called "Maids in Hell". The brother mentioned that I should watch it as it was very disturbing. The documentary details the plight of maids who travel to the Middle East to find a better life, but many are treated worse than slaves.

I honestly could not believe that a human would treat another human in this way, let alone a Muslim.

Sharing my thoughts on the issue in the Jummah Khutbah. Detailing the amazing rights that Islam has granted an employee.

The Sermon was delivered at As-Suffa Institute on 9 November 2018
