I will never forget October 12 1992 at 3:09pm sharp as my mom and myself ran for our lives down my school stairs right before a parent teacher meeting thinking the school is falling down, only to come down and realize that Egypt was hit by a 5.9 magnitude earthquake. The following days were the scariest days of my entire life.
