And because the daylight saving the prayer time change, so it would have been conflicting with us or prayers and whatnot. So we changed the time from 230. And that email was supposed to go many days ago, unfortunately not and it's our fault. So this morning, the email went out. So I'm glad that you all made it here on the left, this program will be recorded and we will be here after four o'clock as well just in case those from the family members may have missed it. And we will always going to be here to answer any of the questions you actually ask God is here and guess something that comes up on that particular regards. But our apology that we missed that part. The program flow is

And he have been he will brief us with the other other logistics and ticketing and documentations and whatnot we have prepared. privately to ask any questions that you might have inshallah. So without further ado, Inshallah, I'm gonna give a curiosity

So with that in mind, you're actually going at a very good time, November is a very good time, the weather is an hamdulillah ideal. And crowd is going to be relatively on the lower side as much as possible, given all of the visa restrictions and lifting up and whatnots what hamdulillah you're actually going at one of the best times of the year to go so inshallah it's a good exposure to the more crowded seasons, which has its own its own dynamics. With that being said, just a brief reminder, the concept of ombre and the blessings pertaining to OMA are in fact, pretty

much all of them same as hedge, ie the blessings of hedge and the blessings of Umbra overlap, except that Umbra is less. In fact, Romera is called the smaller hedge. This is one of the titles of Aurora is the smaller hedge. So all of the blessings pertaining to hedge partially also apply to O'Meara, because O'Meara is a type of minor Hajj, and therefore, the same notions that we have when we go for Hajj, we need to have similar frame of mind most importantly, that aroma is something that potentially expels all of our sins and forgives all of our sins. And our Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam explicitly linked Amara with the forgiveness of sins he said in the famous Hadith, Tabby Rubin

the ease of transportation, unfortunately comes at a negative cost as well. Imagine if we had to do ombre, the good old way. Imagine there's no air airplane and you had to do an ombre. How much you would value that Omura compared

Who? Oh, I'm believing Thursday. I'll be back next Monday. Right? Just imagine the same three days, three days, right? But you had to take three months to get there. Imagine how much you would value that O'Meara is the same overall. But Allah has gifted us with a test, because every gift is a test. Allah has gifted us with the test of speed of travel. So we can leave Friday morning, we'll be back next Sunday, one week and with a quick trip back and forth. And we don't realize that in fact, this is such a blessing from Allah to visit his house, people would spend months going there. And that is why when you read the travel logs of the good old days, nobody went for a week because it would take

a week to get there. Even if you were in the vicinity from Mecca to Medina is one week, by the way, right? One week from Medina to Makkah will take one week. What do you think from Timbuktu from under those from if we had an American Muslim contingent without without air travel, it would take three months something like this by air by by ship. is insha Allah to Allah assign that our past sins have been forgiven and realize that of course we are going to the very holiest places on earth there is nothing more blessing and holy than Makkah and Medina and that's why our Prophet sallallahu wasallam said if you're going to go on a religious journey, there is no religious journey to go to other than Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem, the only holy places on Earth, Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem and everything is extra blessing in Makkah and Medina everything your Salah, your DUA, your vicar, your sadaqa your actions of worship everything so it's not just they'll often say, don't just go with I'm going to do too often say it is every

good deed that you can do it is multiplied in Makkah and Medina and therefore, as we know culturally, and there's nothing wrong with this people go with long lists of do hours. Nothing wrong with that we'll get to if I if I forget to mention ask me but there should be some caveats but there's nothing wrong. Same for Umrah have your do as in your mind. What am I going to make dua for standing in front of the Kaaba, what is my heart's desires that I have to ask Allah subhanho wa Taala all of this you prepare yourself spiritually and mentally, that going for obrah is a blessing that is meant to impact your life. It's not just a vacation that you're going to enjoy you and you

come back. It is something that is supposed to be a transformative experience in your lives. If you're not going with this mentality, then the mistake is beginning from the very first step before even taking it if you're not going with the mentality of a transformative experience. I want this O'Meara to impact my life. I want this to have a market difference in the before ombre versus the after ombre Ami. That's the mentality you have to go with. And if you don't have that mentality, then you've kind of lost the whole purpose of going because getting a trip to the house of Allah being gifted by him. The visa is not from the government the visa is from Allah subhana wa Tada the

real the real visa. This is the technicality the real permission is from the one up above. If Allah blesses you to go then hamdulillah What more do you want? It's a blessing from Allah subhanho wa Taala so we go with that frame of mind and when we land we are in our travel package we are landing in Medina first of all I'll briefly go over Medina because logistically that's where we are beginning we're beginning with Medina first and then going to makup and of course logistically, this actually helps us because then we can wear O'Meara after Medina. Otherwise if we did get the first we'd have to wear the Haram sorry, where the Haram from the airplane and that makes it a little bit

difficult. So going to Medina makes a lot logistics easy for us anyway. And it also helps us accommodate with the timezone any package I take I performed with the universe anyway, it's better in every sense to do that. So in Medina, obviously we know that this is the city of the Prophet sallallahu I said and when we get there, I'll give you a lecture is about the blessings of Medina and we'll go on a tour of the sights of Medina and you will see some of the original places of the incidence of the Sierra taking place over there. And of course, in Medina, of course is the messenger that the Prophet salallahu Salam, that is why we are going to that place the Most Holy

Masjid after the Kaaba. And it is essentially where the entire incidence of the Sierra in Medina takes place. Every Hadith that you read 90% chance it was said in that place, every single incident from the Madani Sierra, almost everything that took place in that masjid, all of the houses of the process and we're inside the modern day masjid, right all of the houses of the Sahaba were inside that Masjid complex that is there. So the entire Sierra that we study from the Medina and phase you are walking in that location and

Place and anybody who's been there knows and I lived in the city for 10 years, I will tell you, it really is magical in the spiritual sense not a negative sense a positive sense. It is something that impacts you and you cannot help but your Eman goes up to the skies. Alhamdulillah Medina is a beautiful place and it makes us love our religion so much more and I'm always excited to go back to Medina because they're in my city. I lived there for 10 years. And Medina Of course what do we do in Medina, we maximize our time in the masjid of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and in the robot, the blessed place inside the masjid, the older is the most special place inside the masjid

and you guys are going off season. So please take advantage of this you will not be able to do this during Hajj during Hajj, forget about this don't even think is like you just concentrate on protecting yourself and edge you are going off season off season would you take advantage of the things you cannot do during peak season. And the number one thing in Medina, the role of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam they're older is of course it is. In Medina take advantage of the older sisters as well ask your timings when you get there. The sister time is different. So I don't know if I'll top my head I'll find out when I get them we will update you. The sisters have four hours, around four hours of there all the time. So you know your timings and that you can constant chatter on those. And then the brothers it is other than those four hours it is for the brothers and so you can take advantage of that time over there. And of course of the etiquettes of visiting the masjid that the prophets have said and first thing we do when we go there, we pray to here to Mr to Raka. And then after the Al masjid, we then go to the

grave of the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam and we give our Salat and salaam to the grave of the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam. And we understand that this is the most blessed and holy grave on the face of this earth. And when we stand in front of the grave of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, we should have that feeling that this is our Prophet, this is our result. So literally a few feet from us where we stand and there is no doubt that your salawat and you're asking ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada to increase in your love, and you're making dua to Allah to grant you the Shiva of the Prophet sallallahu wasallam all of this should come from your from your heart obviously I don't

need to tell you that. When you go there sometimes some people do things they should not do we of course we make dua to Allah alone. Our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is our Prophet, but our God is the one we ask for things, you know this, this is something that is understood. Unfortunately, some people they go beyond and they ask directly and that should not be done. We ask Allah subhana wa Tala and we ask Allah to give a Shiva of the prophecies and we ask Allah to give us love of the process. And we ask Allah to give us the companionship of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam on judgment day and in gender. And of course when you're in Medina, it is human nature and

it is good. You increase the Salawat upon the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and you may say salam upon him as many times as you want in front of the grave not to problem, you are there temporarily. And so you don't know how many times is going to happen. So you can go and give your Salah multiple times no problem. Also, one of the things that I advise all of us to do that the brothers in particular the sisters will have to be outside is to go to Berkeley,

which is the place they were 10,000 Sahaba are buried, and it is the most blessed cemetery in our religion. And it is the cemetery where the daughters of the Prophet system are buried where the son of the Prophet system is buried where all of the nine whys of the processes are buried where has central the Allahu and is buried and where Jaffa Rosada consented Aberdeen the great great grandson of the great great grandson of the process and are buried where Imam Malik is buried where even Omar is buried work Abu Hooray all of these major names they are all buried over there. And but there is something that is open for the brothers after fajr and after answer. These are the two times it is

open. Right? So another thing you need to do is schedule it in.

And if I'm able to we'll have a tour but it depends on the logistics of the timeframe. But if I'm able to take the brothers that are tour sisters, they don't allow sisters inside so I can't do anything but um

You will go outside and you will send your your DUA from the outside but they don't allow sisters to go inside. That's their position, their filthy position. But as for the brothers after Multilib, sorry, after fajr and after Asad, what I advise everyone to do as many times as you can, because you will never get this opportunity as easily as in Medina. And I hope every brother in our group does this is you pray Fajr or hacer, in the front row as much as you can. And then when the janazah takes place, because every Salah has a janazah 99% of the time, as soon as the genetic janazah takes place, you rush outside, and you follow the janazah.

Okay, you rush outside, and you attach yourself to the janazah. When I say rush outside, I mean within 10 seconds, literally, within 10 seconds, you better be outside in the courtyard, because it's like the running of supersonic race from the salam soon if you even wait one minute, I guarantee you you will going to see it in the distance is gone, you're going to pray as close as you can to the exit on the left hand side of the Haram because the back here is on the left hand over there. So if the table is this way, you're going to pray on the left hand side of the table all logistical tips by though you won't, you won't hear them and filthy lessons. This is having lived in

Medina, these are the insider tips. Okay.

gate number 32 is good. But anyway,

I'll give you all of these insider tips. Okay, or 36 is also fine. So you just look at the gate number and the one that's facing the table on the left hand side as soon as you pray close to it. So if that's so suppose this is the door there or whatever. So you pray here and the door should be there for you soon as the Salaam is given, and you pray the the janazah salah, you rush outside, with your sandals, you'll need them and then you just wait when the janazah goes by, then you just get yourself in and you help with the janazah and you walk with the janazah and then you go all the way in into the very back wherever the grave is, and you help very well you will not get this

opportunity anywhere else in the world to see up close and personal how the burial is done in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu Sena, it's a very unique experience. And as you are there make dua that you and me are both very over there when our time comes as well because we want to be buried over there as well. We ask Allah azza wa jal for a death in Medina and a burial and bhakti Allah was holiest of all graves in this in this world. So that's another thing that we do in Medina. Another thing that we do in Medina is that we go and pray in the famous Masjid of Koba, which is mentioned in the Quran, and our Prophet system would go to Koba weekly, every week, he

would go to Cuba, and we as a group are gonna go to Cuba together, we're gonna have a bus, we're gonna go to Cuba together, and try your best to be in the state of will do when you get to cover ie that do will do from the hotel room, if you're not able to keep it or whatever Inshallah, no problem, but I'm saying try your best. Why? Because our Prophet sallallahu wasallam said, whoever does will do from his house and then goes to Coba shall get the reward of a full ombre just by those two rocket. So we want a lot of reward just for those two cars. So we go to Cuba, and that is where Fatima and added the Aloha news to live. So their house was next to over. So we're going to be going

over there. And we're going to be seeing that location and pray in Mr. Koba. And one of the other the sites that we're going to go is the beautiful mountain of wood, which is where the battle of wood takes place. In particular, I think there's four lessons in that or something. So listen to that, before we get there. Then when we're there, I'll give you a 15 minute recap, but I cannot go for hours over there. 15 minutes, I'll recap. But if you know the story in detail is going to be vivid in your mind. And

then the 50 minute is going to be refresher to do that. So if you're able to listen to my especially the third section of my Sera, so that you have a very, very clear idea because we will be on the exact site of word. And we're going to see exactly what happened at the battle of words. And it's good if you know the details beforehand so that we can just, you know, go quickly over what needs to be done. These are the main sites and the main issues of Medina. And the main point here is really just to maximize your time in the masjid of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and remember that our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that one raka in Medina is equal to 1000 or cause

elsewhere. So do the math here. Just take a look at how long is it going to take you to pray 1000 Guys, in Medina, you pray one Raka and that's all that it needs to be done. It is automatically it is automatically going to be there if you do just one raka so pray as many records as you can, and many Sooners enough is and whatnot. And of course, try your best to not miss any farther than that. I mean, that's obviously understood. You need all five Salawat to pray in the masjid of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. The question always arises for our sisters. We're not a

able to pray in that timeframe if they're not able to do that, by the way, obviously, if you're able to it is my position in the position of majority of our modern scholars, there is absolutely no problem in taking medication to change the timeframe of the monthly issue. And if you're able to do that at Hamdulillah, it saves the issue of this discussion. If you're not able to for whatever reason, or it still happens, no problem in normal mode orbignya. Allah will give you the reward based upon your intention and you may go inside the masjid and make dua in the masjid but obviously, you will not pray either in Macromedia and obviously there is no Salah during that timeframe, but

you may go inside the masjid and you may make dua and you may say salam upon the Prophet saw some and you may go to the bouquet outside, of course, that doesn't matter. whatever state you're in, you may give your door out to the people of both here. So from Medina, then we're going to make our way to Makkah. And typically, if you're going into a car, it'll take you three, four hours, we're going in a bus, it might take up to five or even six hours depends on just logistical issues. So keep that in mind. And we will wear our haram we will wear the Haram wear the Haram from the hotel room because it's convenient to do that in our hotels in Makkah, we just take a shower and wear it but we

will bind it there's a difference to do that what is binding it you say I am now in the state of haram it's one thing to where I can wait around right here and now doesn't mean anything. I can go back home bring my firearm and where it doesn't mean anything but to declare to Allah Oh ALLAH I'm in the State of Iran. Oh Allah I'm doing Hajj Oh ALLAH I'm doing Amara. This announcement is done. At the mill cots. It is not done in your hotel room. It is not done in the masjid that the process of you do it at the mill caught right so we will get on the bus and we will be wearing haram the brothers and the sisters of course your usual clothes are fine with the with the Haram The sisters

there is no special haram per se only if a sister is in the habit of wearing niqab or gloves which I don't think we're going to have in this group but if that is the case, then come to me otherwise whatever you're usually wearing, that is your haram. As for the brothers we are all aware that the ROM is too simple garments and the simple here, sometimes it's translated as unstitched and this is I have mentioned many many times in my lectures if you listen to them, the meaning of unstitched does not mean that pins and needles and sewing has not been done. Every cloth has sewing done on it. The meaning of unstitched is that it is not wound bound together like a sleeve for example. This is

a stitched garment and that it has two sides to it or a shirt, it has two sides to it. The Haram is open, you wrap it around yourself. That's what unstitched means here. Not that there's no pin and needles. Or you know, sweet Agha, that's ridiculous. I mean, everything has, you know, has has needles and has stitching done on it. Stitching does not mean that there's no there's no thread in it. No, everything has thread in it. Stitched unstitched means this is a wrong term in English, it means that it should be an open garment. So we wrap it around ourselves. That's what it means. That's the Haram here. And I have a video online how to wear the Koran brothers, you can watch that

video. Okay, I went literally in my Memphis Masjid. I brought in Iran and I showed the brother some techniques but any brother who has a long ghee, you will teach us how to wear the haram. Okay. This is the mother of all the Haram says the longI. Okay, if you know how to do the Longhi then we are your students when it comes to wearing the haram. For those who don't have the luxury of wearing rookies, then they can watch the video and get an idea because what happens, unfortunately, is, brothers don't understand that you need room for your legs. So they wrap themselves like a zombie completely. And then they cannot walk and they fall down doesn't work that way. So they need to

figure out how to wrap it such that their legs can walk right. So there's just a simple technique that and there's many ways but I've just in the video I have that. So we will wear the firearm and the firearm as I said, it is worn anywhere. You can wear it here if you want and we will declare the NIA in the Millport. Now

the issue of praying to God there's a bit of a 5050 issue here. Whoever wants to pray to the gods in the relay for no problem. That's that's fine. It is my personal position and opinion and there are as you know, there's lots of opinions out there. It is my personal opinion that's

I'm not gonna go over all the technical detail list, but the main things that we need to be concerned with anything to do with the opposite gender in a marriage relationship, it is now off limits anything of a romance nature and beyond romance, it is off limits, anything to do with perfume and with four brothers and four sisters as well cutting

of the hair, right, it should not be done in the State of Iran. So applying perfume and applying perfume means you take a cologne or an edited and you put it on yourself and my humble opinion.

Anything that is perfumed is halal. It is perfume that is haram. Perfumed means your soap has some scent to it. That's my personal opinion. Opinion many of my teachers as well that people sometimes go a little bit extreme. There are things that have a natural scent coming from them. Nobody uses them for the scent you don't use soap for the scent you so for soap, okay, food has aroma coming from it or you're not going to eat beautiful biryani if you can smell the mashallah Elijah you're gonna say Oh, this is perfume biryani you know? No, that's Halal to eat Brioni at any time when hamdulillah Al Hamdulillah but it must be Mutton Biryani if it's vegetarian. Then I have I have a

filthy position they're not allowed to eat a vegetarian but as a joke by them just saying okay, still vegetarian, but yeah, we've got to be clear about that. Okay, there's definitely a if there's a bit as a vegetarian biryani anyway, so what's the point but Yanni without the meat anyway?

Somebody agree with me what? Ah. Mashallah, there you go. Exactly, exactly. We got to change these modernistic progressive tendencies, you know, they're losing our tradition. There's gotta be that beef there anyway, so we're always with the biryani, what was I saying? Her perfume big difference between perfume and perfumed, open the water.

And what is not allowed in my opinion is perfume, which is cologne aerated all of this stuff. As for an incidental you know, smell that comes from something like soap, which is the big issue. Can I use soap? Can I brush my teeth and hedge for three days people are in their home? say of course you will brush your teeth or else you're going to cause a fitna to the other people, you know we don't want that to happen. So be reasonable the Shediac doesn't want you to with a biller not Yeah, would you be reasonable point is you don't put on any perfume or cologne, some of that in the State of Iran, and you don't trim your hair also nails again, people go too extreme here. The point is you don't

trim your nails. But if your nail hit something accidentally breaks, Allah is not going to call you to task for an accident, you didn't intend to do it. If half the nail goes off, then you have to get it off. Okay, you didn't intentionally do that there's no Kafala to do the point is you keep your state in the Haram and in Amara is only six seven hours and how just three days so it's a bit of a difference and overall you are going to be out of it from within the same day. You get into a haram maybe at 12 o'clock. And if things go correctly, you will be out by 10pm 10 hours that's it. So it's not that difficulty shallow data from when we were the ROM we're gonna get back on the bus drive to

Makkah, obviously will stop on the way you do not have to be in the state of voodoo. I remember one poor guy. He thought he had to be in the state of Google for 10 hours. 12 hours. So if you want to take your home off take a shower because sometimes November shouldn't be

but in June July, generally speaking I would be sweaty and I would want to take a shower before entering the Haram no problem, but you cannot wear your pants and shirt or your shalwar kameez or your throat you cannot wear that you have to wear the same or another one but you have to wear it from when you get out of the shower. You wear your home again, sisters, obviously there is no harmony. If you want to change your clothes as well, no problem. That's all halal. Even the brothers can change their haram, but you have to work around but not you don't have to the same. So from the hotel, we're going to have time zones, two three time zones. And we're going to then tell you at

nine o'clock, 10 o'clock at 11 o'clock, whatever time you want to go or if you want to go on your own as well. This is the way I'll logistically do it. It's up to you. And we will then walk into the house from the cab. Those who did have those of you that have never done Omura

I encourage those that haven't to give them the opportunity to do ombre with me or with one of the guides because I'm not trying to be like me and or harsher and

Asti. But my honest advice to those of you that have done O'Meara before, don't do it with somebody else, do it with yourself. Don't go with a group. Don't go with a group in the tawaf and in the sorry, because you ruin half the spirit of the camera by monitoring the group.
