set of lectures that we've been doing over the past few months, which is talking about the whole earth era, or the journey of the hereafter.

Up until now we've spoken about

different aspects of the reality of death preparing for death

will happen happens at the time of death.

And we said that,

or the journey of the soul as well, when talking about the hereafter, we can essentially put it into two sections. And there's different perspectives, of course,

there is the life of the grave, which is essentially what we spoken up spoken about up until now. And then there is the second part of that, which is the major resurrection. And some books call it the minor, and the major resurrection.

And so what we're going to talk about now Sharla is about the Omen pm itself, the Day of Resurrection, the day of accountability. And the logic of Allah mentions many names

concerning this, striking of the hour, the coming of the hour, the day of accounting.

And it's very important for most of them to, to understand this, because the life that we have now is all in preparation for that.

That every statement, every action, everything that we will do will be brought forth to us will be shown to us. And we will be judged by that.

So

this is a subject that Allah subhanaw taala speaks about in great detail in the Quran.

And this is something that the kurush that they denied.

They denied that there was a life after death. Their understanding was what that we live when we die, and that's it. Yeah, one goal. However, we know that's not the case. And the Quran is very clear in refuting that false idea.

And

even logical arm arguments are given not just just to believe.

Because even if a person, you know, is or has the belief that there is no he said, there's no accounting, then where is justice? Or where can justice be found? Justice in those people's minds really can only be found between themselves. So if there's wrongdoing on a pressing,

pressing, you know, to other people, you're relying on other people for justice. The reality of the matter is that so many matters go past. And so many issues occur where there is no, if you like, Justice now, but as a Muslim, we know that ultimate justice will be on the Day of Judgment. So this is this will impact the person's actions.

Knowing that maybe I can do something now. But there was a day there will be a day where I will be taken to account for that. So but if in the hereafter has an impact on one's actions as well, and people who deny

the, you know, the accounting the last day, will be more inclined to get away with what they want in this worldly life because they have no account. There's nothing there's no comebacks on that. So Iman, or having faith in the Last Day has and this is one of the many positive impacts it has on the Muslim knowing that justice will always be served, and that Allah subhanaw taala will bring that to every single individual.

So

Allah subhanaw taala because there are so many matters for us to discuss in Surah tzoumaz.

In verse number 68, Allah subhanaw taala tells us about the very end of what happens

and how that will occur. We know that the Prophet alayhi salam mentioned and also know the Hadith that it is one of the angels who will blow a horn and a sound will be made.

And he Allah subhanaw taala says we're no fish off his soul that the horn will be blown for so I come and work at woman Phil or

Law,

that whoever is in the heavens on earth will fall dead,

except those whom Allah will spare.

So the beginning of the verse, Allah Baraka tells us that there was a blowing of the horn, which will be the end of everything.

He Allah subhanaw taala says, Whoever in the heavens in the earth, and that's all we know,

our existence and the heavens and the earth, everything in existence will come to an end, they will die, except those whom are spared.

So the first point is clear, there's a blowing of a trumpet that ends everything.

Number two is that whoever is living in the heavens and who is living in the earth, they will come to an end, they will die. It's very clear. And then there was an exception 11 Sha, Allah who is the exception, and is not mentioned in the verse.

And it does not mention specifically from the tongue of the Prophet alayhi salatu salam. But there are different understandings and approaches as to who this exception is or who they are. Some of them, some of them are allowed the amorphous you don't they say that those who are residing in paradise called a lion servants of paradise, they're in Jannah. They don't die in gender because there is no death in Jana. So everyone outside the Jana because as part of our belief as well, that both the hellfire and the Jana, the paradise are existing. Now, as we are sitting here we are speaking out they have been both created.

And it the gender that is has its inhabitants, from Coraline and also the servants.

They won't be killed or they won't die, if you like because of the blowing of the trumpet. This is one view. Another view is that the angels, they won't.

They are not subject to this def, it's another view. Some are a bit more specific to say that there are only certain angels like the angel in the one who is blowing the trumpet, because he will be commanded to make a second blowing of the trumpet.

And for him, that these are some of the views as to who are an exception, and who won't succumb to the first blowing of the trumpet. Nonetheless, we know that there is a blowing of the trumpet.

The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said on the sound Hadith, how can I feel secure when the hold of the horn meaning one of the angels, who has placed the horn against his lips and has been to his forehead, and the meanings go about to blow the horn for the time for piano to come? He listens carefully awaiting the command to blow. So it is then blown.

And this is something that the prophet Elijah some said how many centuries ago, more than 14 centuries ago.

So it is on the verge of happening. And as we know, in another sound, Hadith, the Prophet alayhi salatu salam, he said that I was sent and the coming of the hour, and he put his two fingers together, Ali salatu salam

that he erased the CERAM is the last of the prophets. No more prophets are messengers to come after him. And that he raised his hand was sent towards the very end of time.

And so if you think about those people,

So we ask Allah subhanaw taala to guide us to true and

authentic knowledge.

I mean,

so, the Prophet alayhi salatu salam warned us that he Addison was afraid, couldn't relax about the closeness of the hour.

Allah subhanaw taala talks about the impact of what happens on human PM, that the G burn the mountains,

So that you will see on the earth no dents, no rises, no valleys, no mountains, be completely flat.

So anything that you may have seen in your life in terms of movies and films where there's an explosion or is an atom bomb make documentaries,

this is something which is in relative terms nothing, because this occurred in one place on the Earth, the rest of the earth will sound the coming of the hour, the entire Earth will be flattened.

Subhanallah

so, after the destruction, after the flattening of the earth,

and every one upon the earth will come to an end.

But Allah subhanaw taala will replace it

with a new

and here Allah subhanaw taala mentions

in Surah, two Ibrahim in verse number 48 for reference purposes,

that there is a destruction of what we know. And then Allah subhanaw taala replaces that. And then people are raised upon the second blowing.

And again

in Surah, to Zuma,

in verse number 68, Allah Tabata, Kota, again tells us

what I mentioned earlier in the continuation of the of the verse after the wonderful coffee store that the corn is blown, and that everyone on the earth and the heavens that they die

And that is, if you like these tiny bones is right at the very base of your spine

is called the cortex, very small bone and this does not

disintegrate into the earth.

One part of your bones that does not disintegrate into the earth, you'll be risen from this bone pot.

And this hadith which is founded again in both Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet sallallahu sallam said in the meaning that the soil eats away all parts of a human being, except for the tailbone, from this bone, he was created and from it, he will be refashioned.

So, every single person will be refashioned, whether they were buried, whether they were cremated, whether they were dissolved into something along Ireland that the many different ways that human beings will die, and the type of ending that they have. The after the second blowing of the trumpet, every single individual

will be resurrected and will stand there in front of Allah subhanaw taala

So Allah subhanaw taala mentions in Surah Zomer, in verse number 67, that the entire Earth will be in his grip on the day of judgment.

And the heavens will be folded in his right hand subpoena.

Abu Huraira rasool Allah to Allah who mentions in the Hadith of the Prophet salallahu Salam, this hadith again is an Bukhari and Muslim.

in surah Taha in verses 108 2011, Allah subhanaw taala describes what happens. On this particular day in the meeting on that day all will follow the summoning of a voice from which that there is no escape. And all sounds will be hast hushed, made quiet, before the Most Merciful. So, you will hear nothing but a faint whisper in your footsteps, people moving on that day intercession will prevail, no one except whom Allah subhanaw taala will have granted permission and will have accepted His word for he knows all that is before them, what is behind them what they did and what they didn't do.

Whereas they cannot encompass that with their knowledge and on that day, all faces will be humbled, before they ever living the sustainer of all

and in loss

will be whom who has carries the burden of wrongdoing.

So known as exempt on this day

non will be neglected.

The first people as I mentioned, to be raised from their graves or when the people are first raised from the graves.

It is said and it is of course we know in the Hadith that people are raised with the garments that they were buried in or that they died in.

when you call a nurse or other candidate family him for the rock, that the people will be standing there on that day, and we'll be at different levels of sweating, because, of course, it'd be hot, no one's gonna say it's not gonna be hot.

But those

who have a better well off, you can say that their sweat will only reach their cap will reach the ankles, others to their knees, others to their middle paths, others to their necks.

Others up to the mouth.

So again, a person wants to have some worldly approach to this, does this mean that they're in a container?

You know, they're in a little box, little glass box and that the sweat is rising, and it goes to the cabinet goes to their

ankles, and the sweat remains there. And up to their knees and other.

All of this, we don't say we say Allahu Allah, how would you come here, you can't insert things, and try to have a worldly approach. The world you know, physics, if you like to do your understanding of physics now will not be the same one human Pm is a different existence completely.

But nonetheless, that there will be people in this existence, and that they will have these trials.

So Allah subhanaw taala will

order the sun to come to this distance to the people

the Last Day, which includes the resurrection, the assembly, people coming together, and then the judgment will be extremely long,

according to what we understand in our worldly life here.

And as Allah subhanaw taala says,

Can I make a dog who comes in alpha Santa

that this day, which is up to 50,000 years,

50,000 years, we live for 5060 7080 90 50,000 years?

And who says that these senators not necessarily say that each day is like 24 hours?

So the muda the time is extremely long.
