Behind me is Qaba Masjid.

The first Masjid ever built by the Muslims

when they arrived to this part of the

world.

But on the top of this historical fact,

this is a message the prophet associated

00:00:54 --> 00:00:56

with it a great reward and a great

00:00:56 --> 00:01:00

benefit. The prophet mentioned that whosoever purifies himself

00:01:00 --> 00:01:01

at home or in his residence

00:01:02 --> 00:01:05

and came to Kubba, came to this masjid

00:01:05 --> 00:01:07

and prayed 2 raka, it would be equivalent

00:01:08 --> 00:01:09

to the reward of Umrah.

00:01:10 --> 00:01:12

Many people sometimes they save a lot of

00:01:12 --> 00:01:14

money, they wait for many years just to

00:01:14 --> 00:01:16

perform Umrah and visit the Kaaba and do

00:01:16 --> 00:01:18

the tawaf and do the sack. And there

00:01:18 --> 00:01:21

are other people who maybe are living nearby

00:01:21 --> 00:01:24

but they are with physical disability that maybe

00:01:24 --> 00:01:26

prevents them from even going to the Kaaba.

00:01:26 --> 00:01:28

Just visiting the masjid.

00:01:28 --> 00:01:30

You know, purifying yourself with the intention of

00:01:30 --> 00:01:32

praying in that blessed masjid

00:01:33 --> 00:01:36

will give you the equivalence of performing Umrah.

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant everyone

00:01:38 --> 00:01:41

to perform the actual physical umrah

00:01:41 --> 00:01:43

or at least, may Allah

00:01:43 --> 00:01:46

grant people to visit this beautiful masjid and

00:01:46 --> 00:01:48

pray toraka or pray the obligatory prayers and

00:01:48 --> 00:01:51

get as many rewards of Umrah as possible.

Quba in particular has this virtue, it's power.

These are Allah's choices which we should not

it's a gift that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala

has selected

and revealed it to his beloved prophet, and

we have

learned it after him. So may Allah

grant us the right understanding,

and may Allah grant us the ability to

00:02:32 --> 00:02:33

accept the gift to make use

00:02:33 --> 00:02:35

of Amin al. Some people may ask, so

what is actually the reward of umrah? Now,

00:02:38 --> 00:02:41

there is no any narration where it specifically

00:02:41 --> 00:02:43

mentioned that if you perform the umrah, this

00:02:43 --> 00:02:45

is what you're gonna get. However, there

00:02:46 --> 00:02:48

is a hadith where the prophet mentioned that

from 1 Umrah to another, Allah subhanahu wa

00:02:51 --> 00:02:53

ta'ala forgives the sins that may

00:02:54 --> 00:02:54

been

committed in between. So if you perform 1

umrah and then you waited for another time

00:02:59 --> 00:03:01

to perform a second one, Allah subhanahu wa

ta'ala forgave the sins committed in between both

umrads. So may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant

forgive grant forgiveness to everyone who's watching me

and everyone who's not watching

00:03:10 --> 00:03:11

Insha Allah Ta'ala, I promise you my brothers
