Ramadan Reminders – They acknowledged It, and Allah Still said Perhaps… What About You!

They absolutely forgiving the absolute, the Merciful, the one who perpetually forgives, and the one who is perpetually merciful. subhanho wa Taala. So Case in point brothers and sisters from this ayah because when I heard it, I thought of

some

statements we hear today from people. And I choose my words carefully because I never ever tried to present to you all type of doom and gloom scenario, right.

However, we mustn't sweep cases underneath the carpet, right? If there's issues that need to be

spoken about, because they are issues, then we must speak about them. And there is an issue, whereby we find some people who just don't acknowledge their sense. They don't acknowledge this sense. They try and justify the essence, they blame other people for what they do. Right, in a way,

as if they're trying to

say that we didn't do anything wrong. Why? Because you know, because of the actions of phoolan, and the actions of Allah or the actions of this person and the actions of that person. Right, so they don't own up. They don't accept this is right, they don't.

They don't take responsibility for what they do. Allah subhanho wa Taala here in this is telling us about those who take responsibility for what they do. And then Allah says, as of low a year to bother him, perhaps someone will forgive them. So this is an issue. Another issue, brothers and sisters in Islam is whereby we fatwa shop, and unfortunately, the oma has been tested with a people who went to study Islam, and for one reason or the other, they didn't study well. And then they became a means of helping people follow their desires. We see this today, right? That came to make people worship one online, stop worshiping the desires today we find some quote unquote, chefs, who

give fatwas that help you follow your desires. And then we find a people who have some sickness in the heart, they love to look for these type of fatwas and these type of checks and follow what they say, even though what they say goes against the majority of the scholars of both past and present, and that should be a red flag, right. And even though these shifts are known case after case case after case for coming out with fact was quote, unquote fatwas, that are quote unquote, popular, why? Because they go against the trend, and basically allow you to follow your designs. Despite all this, they choose to follow them. They choose to join the Facebook pages, and then listen to them and then

implement what they say and then go on to declare other Muslims who follow the laws of the majority of the scholars as being extreme

as being backward. This is another issue we have today. So Pamela, so you perform sin right out of love

For doing a thing which the majority of scholars have said is wrong because you've latched on to a fatwa of somebody who is misguided.

To give you that first one has become a test for you. And then you go further. So there's no acknowledgement of the sin, the justification for it, and then you go further to call those who

try and follow the Quran and Sunnah upon the understanding of the majority of the scholars of the Ummah, you go and call them backward, and you go and call them extreme and so on and so forth. This is a another level with regards to this particular Allah says Allah who idea to rally him about those who acknowledge this as they hold their hands up, they own up that look, we did it. We seek forgiveness from Allah, Allah says Allah.

Allah subhana wa Tada, this is a la jolla to brandy, that perhaps of La will accept the repentance and forgive them. So brothers and sisters, what about those who don't own up? And what about those who just defy the essence action point for this evening? Which group? Are you from the group that follows on fatwas? from those who try and help you become a slave of your designs? Are you a person who follows the view of the majority based on evidence? Of course, I'm not saying the majority always right, but the majority are most likely to be right. And so you sincere in wanting to do that, which you will be happy to stand in front of a lot and that you have an answer for. So you

take due diligence in formulating the views that you follow in Islam, which group Do you fall under? Are you someone who acknowledges your sins? Are you someone who makes excuses for your sins and your retrogression? Are you someone who you know, calls yourself out and hold yourself accountable? When

you do?

Why are you someone who points fingers at other people and blames other people for your retrogression and then pronounce yourself as someone free from anyone who needs to seek forgiveness because it's not your fault. I end off by reminding you of the as Allahu Akbar Allahu Allah says perhaps Allah will forgive those who acknowledge their sins. And yes, Allah will forgive because Allah is a photo of Rahim. What about those who refuse to Allah? Protect us? I mean, inshallah, the message is clear. Allah forgive our past and inspire our futures.
