Salam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu Quran Weekly this Abdur Nasir Jenga with another Ramadan pro tip. Allah subhanaw taala tells us in the Quran Shan Ramadan, Allah the Quran, the month of Ramadan in which the Quran was sent down. This is the month of the Quran, the prophet of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he tells us in a beautiful narration, beautiful narration that really brings the point home, he says it grow on read the Quran, read the Quran for India, who yet to milk reality Shafi only as happy because it will come on the day of judgment as an intercessor for its companions for its friends. Now, I'd like to explain those two words very quickly. He says
intercessor that's a fancy word. Somebody might be thinking what does that mean? Meaning that the Koran will vouch for you, the Quran will argue on your behalf, the person will stand up for you. The Quran will give you a recommendation before Allah subhanaw taala the Word of God recommending you in front of God Himself, and leave us happy for its friends for its companions. The more time we spend with the Quran, the closer of a relationship we have with the Quran, we become the best friends of the Quran, and the Quran will have our backs on the Day of Judgment. So this Ramadan, build a relationship with the Quran. Now that usually sounds very overwhelming. So how do you make it
practical? dedicate a set amount of time every day to reciting the Quran. If you can do a portion I will recite one page a day. Then set 15 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes every single day that you will recite the Quran and dedicate that time to reading the Quran every single day. Whatever you read of the Quran every day, then read the translation because the prophets Allah tells us read the Quran not just recite it so try to understand what you're reading as well by reading the translation of it and through this means try to build a stronger relationship with the Quran this Ramadan so it truly becomes a month of the Quran for us and the Quran becomes our best friend during this Ramadan.
That's our long pro tip for today. Subscribe to Quran Weekly for more Ramadan pro tips. Just like Kamala Hayden was Salam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakato.
