Because you know, a lot of people think with their tongue, but they don't think with their hearts, right? They don't show any gratitude with their hearts. So the point here being is that number one,

at the very least when someone does something for you say thank you as a courtesy, the way you thank the prophets, Isom is merely sending Salawat that's the bare minimum of courtesy is simply invoking the peace and blessings of Allah subhanaw taala upon him.

But on top of that,

if even in those moments, you will not remember the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and invoke Salawat upon him, then how do you expect to live by his example, or be granted His intercession on the Day of Judgment, if you can't even bring yourself to do that.

So it's a quality of pride, or laziness that you don't feel inclined to say sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, every single time you hear his name mentioned in your presence, and in fact, you should be proactive in something Salawat on the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salam. But if even when someone says his name in front of you, you don't bring yourself to do it. It's either pride or extreme laziness and procrastination. The second one, a person whose parents lived to see their old age in His presence and he does not enter Jannah through them.

If not now, then when. So once again, the quality of ingratitude or the quality and or the quality of procrastination, that last one,
