And this is something that we learned from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam because brothers and sisters what happens is that when people who are not fit for leadership, they are given leadership, then that is where people lose Honesty and trust within their leaders. And if the Honesty and trust is lost within the leaders, then then it is very difficult to maintain anything whether it's a country whether it's a city, whether it's a an organization, it doesn't matter what it is, when you look at the Sahaba or the Yola, Toronto did Oba or the Allah Tala, I don't ever vie for the leadership.
