And he will smile and celebrate because he won the case. You shouldn't be celebrating. You should regret and feel remorse, because of what you're going to hear from the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam. So if there is a case that is presented before me, and I judged to anyone based off on what I hear the poor

If that is presented, that is because I am a human being, I do not know the unseen

according to the available evidence or judgment rule. So if anyone managed to deceive any judge,

even if the judge was Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, and he charged for him for his benefit, and he gave him this property, or he freed him from any charges, it doesn't mean the person should enjoy that. And it doesn't mean that he is actually free from the charges. And he should be dismissed. Because there is another court, the court of justice, the ultimate justice, the Court of Allah subhanho wa taala. So he says, Salah, Salah, if it is dunya man, property or wealth, and two people are disputing, somebody says, Well, this property is mine, and another person claims it. So somebody, one of the two opponents hired false witnesses, or got some connections and for some

documents, I looked into the documents, they seem okay to me, they seem original and genuine. So I judged the property is used, and the other person doesn't have any proof.

And he avoided having false witnesses, even though the property is his. So I gave it to the person and it is not his, what I actually give him not a property, but rather a similar share in hellfire, for a number of Tata, Allah Who could have thought a min Allah. Judges are supposed to remind opponents, whenever they look into the cases, that this is a case, it should not celebrate that you took something which does not use, or you're free from charges which you actually committed.
