Actually there was there's an original authentic narration that one man came to the mystery of the Prophet SAW Salem. if you have just eaten garlic and onions and there's a smell
even if it's a lot of time you can't come to the masjid
you can't come to the masjid and pray in the congregation you can't

And I know sometimes people really like I've seen people leave the salon because the person, one person around them is wearing really an offensive smell. And our tastes differ. You know, people have different tastes with regards to perfume. But it's good to be considerate.
If you've been what's been brought to your attention, that smell you wearing is really offensive, very intrusive. You even though you like it, you might want to make a compromise. Literally, you might want to make a compromise. So wear it where it's welcome, but don't wear it where it's it's offensive. And cultures differ greatly by way, like this. I remember there was
one of my teachers, he had a bookshop he used to sell, like Islamic books and
other stuff. So
and he used to sell perfume.
And he says there is one sort of small bottle of perfume that remained there for six years, no one bought it. And he says really like I don't know how I got it. But it was like I bought a huge amount. And it was among them. He says, I could not even open it because this smell was extremely offensive, like very, very bad.
And he said, like one day a guy comes into my shop. And he seemed to be a nice guy, really. And I wanted to sort of give him a gift. I said what would you know, I want to give you something what would you like? He says I like perfumes generally speaking. So he started thinking looking, he says, Okay, I have this, I have this I have that he didn't like the smells.
Then he said I looked at that. He doesn't like all these good smells, let me try this. And he. And he says I give him that. He says, Wow, that's beautiful. That's my favorite.
I want to take it, take it 101. And he said like, take it. But when you come here, don't wear it.
So again, these are the etiquettes of the masjid. And again, that probably by by extension.

If generally speaking, you can bring children generally a general you can bring them into the Masjid. You can bring them into the masjid no harm
But if they are going to cause noise, especially if they are too young, they're like less than one year, less than two year less than three years. And still, they cannot sort of control themselves, they're going to make a mess.
You cannot, you know, infringe on people's rights to pray quietly and properly in the masjid, honestly.
But I know we live in a country where the norm is here. You know, oftentimes in Muslim countries, kids stay with the mother most of the time. But here we know, sometimes you have to, you have to take the kids as a father,
because there's not so much family support, so you need to take the child so we sort of make concessions, we don't make a big deal out of that. But it's a general advice is make sure that if you're going to bring a child that your child is the type of quiet child who's not going to run around and play around with people's things
and it's good to educate them if they can understand like a two and a half and you told them listen in the masjid you Don't raise your voice you're quiet etcetera have yourself in case the child makes noise and the Salah by the way, you can leave for Salah
you can take the child leave the Salah and try to quiet them and if they won't be quiet you can actually probably leave the masala area where you don't disturb the rest you can do that some people think I can't read my salah you can you definitely can.
You definitely can. Why because you don't want to miss the salah for everyone I'm telling you that day. Most people couldn't like they didn't just didn't figure out what they were doing in their Salah. So these are just some of the etiquettes some of the things but don't forget that we need definitely need to bring our kids to the masjid get them to get them used to the environment of the masjid and love the environment and we need a welcoming environment for our kids. But still on the other side we need to make sure that our kids don't make a lot of mess. And they don't cause a lot of noise and distraction to others who are trying to pray especially in the gym ah especially during
salaat and Gemma so these are again some kind of reflections on the same on the etiquettes of the of the masjid

so it's just hard for people really to see Islam for what it is. But when people really come to the face to face with the true message of Islam, it's the natural way, just accept it.
