and these testimonies are also
very important. When we talk about the issue of ordained punishment. We all know the importance of testimonies in the situation of ordained punishment, especially if we are going to talk about the major sin of

And there are other many other things and situations where witnesses are called on to bear witness to a crime that happened, or an accident that occurred or some facts that occurred, or something of that nature, where truthful testimony will be instrumental in bringing about justice and untruthful testimony

No, this is part of betraying the trust and betraying that testimony. You were witness to it, were you not?
Will you go and will you be instrumental in bringing about justice? Or will you leave it and abandoned and neglected I think if you are in that situation, you are in the situation where someone had wronged you, and you know, that person had seen it and they are the only one who can bear witness. In fact, in that situation, it may become obligatory upon you to bear witness. And this is why when they talk when the scholars talk about bearing witness and testimony
They talk about
being called to bear witness, or after you had seen something
you gave some kind of an obligation that you will indeed bear witness to what happened, then when you are eventually called upon. In that situation, it is absolutely obligatory you cannot refuse.
But in the situation where
you are one of the witnesses, and someone asks you can you bear witness to what happened?
It is not necessarily obligatory upon you, unless you become the only one.
But it is highly recommended, because you will be a tool for justice
to be served in the situation.
you are then called,
will you bear witness to the truth? Because the one who wronged will come to you,
and have asked you,
and he'll offer you a gift, the last caller the bride, because you know, you'll refuse. If he sees that you are religious, he will say, Here's a gift. And he wants you to play around, and not to come and say directly. Will you take that gift? Will you refuse it? Will you insist that justice be served,

And she went to the judge, and she said, My daughter will be a witness. And he said, No, her testimony will not be accepted. She said, Okay, I'll bring you a college student. And he said, Okay, so she went, and she called on a female college student, to bear witness against this person. And she accepted.
when she accepted, they were very happy. And they gave her a gift. And they they
did something nice for her, because she was going to bear witness against this man for them,
when the time came for her to bear witness against him,
and they were called to court. And she was called to the stand to bear witness against this man, and his manners and so on. And the the the judge asked her about this man and his manners, and she said, Wallahi, I tell you, this man, if he saw a woman from some 100 yards away, he would lower his gaze and he would not look at her Subhanallah
she came, she was bribed. She was put on the stand. And she said the truth,
she bore witness to that, which the only thing that she can bear witness to and that is to the piety of this man. And Inshallah, this man's mother's was part of saving him in this situation. And the, the honor and the the piety of this lady who refused except to give an upright testimony, as Allah subhanaw taala mentioned here, even though she had been bribed, but then you may say, why did she accept the testimony?
Because of her religiosity, and her understanding, seeing as how they were going around, they wanted false witness, you can find false witness anywhere, you will buy it for a few films here and there. She wanted to fill that gap
and to bear witness to the truth, may Allah reward her and indeed,
similarly in other situations, my dear brothers and sisters, how many of us Allah azza wa jal has put us in a place
where there may be haram and there may be since
anyone can fill that place and you know anyone can fill that place, but Allah azza wa jal put you there. In order that you do what is required a few of our
mantra of enjoining good and forbidding evil.

It's different. If it was such an environment of sin, that you cannot, in any way, enjoying good or forbid evil, and it is affecting you negatively. In that situation, yes, you are allowed to leave that place with the excuse that you are trying to protect yourself and your religiosity. But if you are in that place, and you know, if you leave, then the next person who will come will only increase that institution in sin, and you could have stood
and it was not going to, in any way affect you or your religiosity. It was just pure shying away from your obligation towards, I'm gonna have a lot of fun, then you are at fault, and you are in sin, because you were there and Allah azza wa jal put you there. So you can set things straight. So you can say the word of truth. But pressure was mounting upon him.
And he wanted to leave.
I told him Allah do not leave. Because you now are doing a very, very important favor
to Islam. And to the people in this hotel, and you are doing a favor to the community, because you are instrumental in keeping this place clean.
But if you need, he told me all that pressure is rising upon me and so on. That's why I came to the point where he could not even keep himself
or he feared for himself, whether it's a different situation, but in the situation where he was strong, and he was able

Therefore, bear witness to that which is true, beware of bearing witness to something which is false Wallahi it will haunt you in this dunya. And it will come back to haunt you in an accurate and you will be held accountable. And when you bear false witness, and you were an instrument to injustice, you will see that punishment in the dunya. And as long as that person
whom you're done injustice to is in that injustice, believe me, you will find it and you will see that punishment in the dunya beware of bearing witness be strong and saying the truth. We like this nowadays My dear brothers and sisters, we are the people who come out and say the truth, whatever it may be, were the people who are saying the truth now about what is happening in Gaza. Where are they a strong stance, not a diluted stance or a malleable stance a straight? This is what is happening. This is pure terrorism. This is pure war crimes.
Our brothers and sisters are innocent.

We want strong stances. We want a testimony to the truth, a testimony that you are ready to pay your life for a testimony that you are ready
I, no matter what happened, and a testimony that you are ready to defend, and you are, you know that you will be asked about on the Day of Judgment. We want those who are upright in their testimonies. This is Allahu Allah, the,
the obvious meaning of the verses and they are so important. And there is another meaning of Allah Allah even though it is less popular and less obvious, and that is those who are upright in their testimony of machines.
As Allah subhanaw taala said, Shaheed Allahu Allahu Allah, Allahu Allah, that Allah subhanaw taala himself bears witness, that there is no God worthy of worship, but he
and the angels and those have knowledge to the end of the verses. Similarly, in this hadith, when your prayers are good, all of your deeds will follow suit. Your prayers in these verses are protecting your deeds, or fashioning your deeds or proportioning your deeds. The number one deed is prayer, those who are constantly in their prayers
in the other verse, and hear those who carefully maintain their prayer, and they are not the same, my dear brothers and sisters.
When we talk about constancy in the prayer, that's talking about always
performing the prayers as Allah subhanaw taala commanded in their respective times, and not being preoccupied from the prayer with anything that's okay. This is the meaning of constancy and prayer. No, he's talking about the value of the prayer itself. As you are doing your prayers. You're doing them with constancy. Nothing preoccupies you from prayer no matter what it be. Not a wife or husband or anything. You're constantly in your prayers.
Now, how is the prayer itself?
What is the value of that prayer? Are you praying it the way you should,
this has to do as the man to be said that this has to be, or this has to do with everything that relates to the prayer such as the wudu. Beginning with
this is a prerequisite to the prayer, doing it with perfection, right? And praying the prayer on time, and fulfilling all of its obligations all
of the prayer, and perfecting it with humility, and perfecting it with all of the Sunnah, all of the recommended parts of the prayer, and all of the manners that concern the prayer, and always doing it in such a way and fearing that Allah subhanaw taala may not accept it, or that it may be nullified by something we do. All this has to do with maintaining the prayer, doing it in the best manner and preserving it in the best manner. And we are lacking this, my brothers and sisters. Look at our prayers today. What's the value of our prayers as Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu wasallam said that a person may pray their prayer
and finish their prayer. And the only thing or the only part that would be accepted is 110 110

They will be in gardens honored. Those are the ones my brothers and sisters who will be honored in the gardens.
Those who have done all of these things, all of these beautiful attributes, they will have what they will have the gardens the gardens is enough. What gardens the Gardens of Eden, what will happen to them there they will be honored, you will be received likely best
guests, honorable guests
we're so used to living in this dunya to be thrilling to be treated like the common folk No, here you will be honored. These are the guests.
These are the VIPs would you not like to be treated like VIPs not with other human beings with Allah subhanaw taala these are the very important people. These are the most important people. Those are the ones who are honored. These are the guests of ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada and you can imagine being entering into jail
From these most beautiful doors, and being closed in the best clothes, and being given the the the bracelet of gold and silver, and being given the best thing to drink, you are the guests of Allah subhanaw taala you are other than Jana, Allah subhanaw taala makers of those go after these attributes, if you seek to be of those, those who are honored by Allah subhanahu wa Tiana.
And this is why
he said without a future nothing walked through the moon, they will be honored by Allah subhanaw taala in the highest of paradise. Indeed, my dear brothers and sisters.
If we look at let's read the attributes, so we remember what they are, except the observers of prayer, those who are constantly under prayer, those within whose wealth is unknown, right for the petitioner and the deprived and those who believe in the Day of Recompense and those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord. deeds, you say to yourself, Glory to Allah subhanaw taala, how he has mentioned in these attributes, everything you need, He has
one of the archives of iman, and that is believed in the Day of Judgment, right. And he has given you the most important organ of Islam, and that is
So he's given you one of the pillars of iman, and he's given you one of the pillars of Islam. And these are both part of the category of fulfilling the commandment of Allah suada. Then he gave you the other category which is avoiding the prohibition of Allah subhanaw taala Allah,

everything, all in these deeds Glory be to Allah subhanaw taala the most wise
those indeed will be honored in the gardens where Allah subhanaw taala makers of laws.
Then, Allah subhanaw taala
after mentioning all of this
speaks about those disbelievers who come and surround Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, what is the matter with those who disbelieve he's singing from before you all heard that?

chastising with strength.

What is wrong with them? What is the matter with them and with dogs? Meaning why are they so keen about having dogs and possessing dogs and bringing dogs and things like that? Okay, similarly here

He's sending to you, to what? To come and hear what you have to say, to hear what you have to say of the recitation of the logo.
Right? This is one of the meanings
at the same time. They're coming to listen, but they are then immediately turning away from it. They are racing to hear what you have to say.
And then they are turning away from it. And they are looking at it. It's almost like they're racing to it. Not to listen to it sincerely, but to look at it well.

Another meaning that they are Hastening
They are Hastening towards you and they are coming to you
and they are and then they are immediately leaving you. So they are hastening to you, but they are not listening to what you have to say. So Allah subhanaw taala is chastising them. You are hastening to him and coming and racing to him to hear what he has to say. And then you are not implementing it. Okay, and this is another meaning Hola. Hola. Hola. And therefore, as they were you can imagine the situation Prophet Muhammad, Salah, guiding people reciting the Quran, teaching them, they come, they race to you, they come to hear what they have to say, okay, like people without internet, and then leaving you and going somewhere else sitting in separate groups, walking, laughing. unprofitable is firm.
One law who my brothers and sisters were like, We do not experience a fraction of what Prophet Muhammad did for the sake of Dawa. Yet we shy away from it.
Imagine you sitting in such an environment, the disbelievers coming and listening to what do you have to say? I've been walking at you and going and sitting in their separate groups and laughing Oh, look at them, these people claiming they are on the right path claiming they will go to paradise. What is he teaching them? What is this, that they claim is the word of God? Allah He we shy away from something which is not even a fraction.
