His faith was so strong, and his love for Allah was so great, that that was greater than anything else, even his own relationship as a father, but then you say, that seems to be well, yeah, this is what the West wants to do. Now they keep showing that these Muslims that could kill their own parents and siblings, their monsters and so on. These people don't understand faith, don't take faith from them. Take faith from the the message of Islam from the pure message of Islam, Abdullah himself refutes what you're saying.
And he told the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, order me to kill him. He said, By Allah on Messenger of Allah.
Our people know that there was no one more respectful towards their father than me.
But when it's going to come to a matter of faith and a matter of being an enemy to Allah, subhanaw taala, then all of this fades away.
So it's not that he was, in some way disrespectful to his father, we know he was the most respectful amongst his people.
But if it came to that level,
and this person deserves that, for his disbelief, for his enmity towards Allah, and I'm going to see toward the Messenger of Allah, then that's all that's all that he sees in front of them. And this is fine. And this is the level that
they read Subhan Allah
Are you believed, Let not your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah, and whoever does that and those are the losers
speaking to the believers.

He warned us of the hypocrites. He told us some of their qualities and some of what they said and what they did. And now Allah subhanaw taala is telling us beware of not having this next quality, also quality of the hypocrites and that is what loving
worldly distractions distract them from the remembrance of Allah SubhanAllah.

Very few people still think about
the afterlife. Still think about what pleases Allah subhanaw taala work towards that.

It has to do with our time it has to do with the lack of religiosity, it has to do with the destruction, it has to do with the distance with the the period of time between us and the time, the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and it has to do with the fact that we, the Muslims, have put the religion behind our backs. I ask you by Allah nowadays, who is not completely distracted with the dunya, from the who's working for
how many people get up in the middle of the night to pray. Now, not everyone will know in the regular days.

That may be a major sin, they would sell all of their pleasure. Just for some instantaneous pleasure here in this dunya whether it involves women, whether it involves men, whether it involves money,
whether it involves
anything that might displease Allah subhanaw taala, or that would make them incur His wrath.
Can you imagine someone for instance, literally,
they're throwing away that
key these are dollars that they are getting, they might throw away their family and their people look at, for instance,
the numbers of informers there are in the world, they sold their religion, they sold their people, they sold the cause that they lived for, because the enemy came and told them here, we'll give you some women and we'll give you some money, and leave all of this.
And so many haven't done that they sold their brothers and their sisters and their honor, and their blood and their religion. For what for something instantaneous in this dunya which Allah will punish them for after wandering.
Dunya is everything nowadays. Though it is asking one and it will never come back.
The commune will not Allah is what you have will be this lead.
And what is with Allah
It forever and yet we throw away that which is everlasting. In order to take that which is instantaneous. What do you say about someone who does that? There's something wrong either here or here.

This is an attribute of hypocrisy, because the hypocrites were only Muslims for the eyes of the Muslims, right? Not on their own, and not all of their their true faith, therefore, nothing to them, as long as they could prove to the Muslims
ostensibly, that they are Muslims, that's all they cared about. They don't care about remembering that while they are with their wives and their children and with their people, that doesn't matter. In fact, they do not perceive.
They don't understand that they're not working for us. It's just a matter of proving to the Muslim Damsons otherwise, it means absolutely nothing to them. So they did not used to remember a loss.
And indeed, there dunya and the women and their children and their families and their money,
it distracted them from the remembrance of Allah Subhana.
Allah subhanaw taala is warning
not to be a one to one.

don't let that dominate your life to the extent
that you no longer have any time alone between you and Allah subhanaw taala for prayer, or for seeking forgiveness, or for resigning, or for doing anything that reminds you of the afterlife, this is not the way to be
not a one on one that will lead to
therefore, brothers and sisters,
because it is when we are with our families, that we may feel
far away from remembering the afterlife.
Why? Because we feel security when we are with our families, right? Our families give us security
be being with one's wife or husband and children. They give you security. They are like a cover for you.
you are like covers for each other. You protect each other, you help each other when you are when you're when your family.
enjoy yourself. You have fun, you enjoy the dunya which is all perfectly fine, but don't let that be a hindrance. And this is why the people who deserve the highest paradise our walls we're still alive even amongst their family and their children. say the true losers are the ones who lose themselves and their families on the Day of Judgment. So when you allow, being with your family, and being with your children, or being amongst your friends and your people, when you allow them to consume you, you are not only causing loss to yourself, you're also causing loss to them.
We need to be
leaders by example. We need to be pious and fearful and going after the afterlife. And we need to remind our family and our children also, there's a responsibility upon us to look after them. And to remind them of this, and to instill fear of Allah, and fear of standing before him on the day of darkness into our families and our children.
This is required of us. But when we allow the dunya to consume us,
then we are causing ourselves to lose and also our families. And I say also to some of our brothers and sisters, there's a responsibility upon you, if you remember a lot more than your husband, or you pray more than your husband, or seemingly, you are going up to the afterlife more than your husband to responsibility upon you to try to advise your husband, similarly in a way that will bring him closer to that and to try to get him to be distracted by the dunya and vice versa, husbands towards their wives to remind each other of meeting Allah's panel with the HANA and to remind each other that
the afterlife is the real life. This that we're enjoying brothers and sisters. It's temporary and fleeting and it's not real. Believe me, it's not me.

This is not a real life.
Because on that day, people will say, we were in the dunya, for instance,

You see this such a long time, what on earth would make it seem so short?
Only one thing, the afterlife. That's when this will all seem like an instant.
And if that's the case, I asked you Is this the real life, you will see, it will be like play.
And you might get that feeling upon the deathbed. The philosophy, alcohol and gravitas, a
good death, a slow death where we are, we have the ability and the time to repent to Allah, to remember him and so on.
and spend in the way of a lot from what We have provided you before this approach is one of you and He says, My Lord, if only you would delay me for a brief term, so I would give charity and be among the righteous.
Allah subhanaw taala told us not to forget the remembrance of Allah and that includes so much. And then he told us also about another type of worship, and that is worship, by spending.
Worship by spending in the way of Allah subhanaw taala whether that is the obligatory circuit, or whether that is the voluntary charity
spend in the way of Allah LED which We have provided you notice what he said when
he reminds you always,
when he's telling us to spend in the way of Allah. This is what Allah provided for you in the first place. So why don't you spend in its way? Why don't you return that which Allah gave you to the one who gave it to you in the first place?
Before this approaches one of you and He says, My Lord, if only you would believe me,

Why expose ourselves to this regret?
Why allow ourselves to be in this situation?
that death has come to us. Don't allow yourself to get into the situation
by remembering Allah subhanaw taala. Now, by remembering the last part of Allah while you are alive, while you,
Allah subhanaw taala has still given you a heart that is beating,
repent to Allah subhanaw taala. Now, before that approaches, and before we say what we say,
Go and remember this.
Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said remember that.
Remember and mention it Allah, because it is what we remind people of the afterlife, visit the graves, it will remind you of the afterlife. Remember the dead ones? For the most your friends and relatives? Where are they now?
What are they doing under the saddle? Some people were dead
for so many years, what are they doing in those graves, some people died before you were born. Go and look at some of the data in the graveyard. You'll find diseases before you were born. Sick of them all of your life. Some of you are here. All of the time. They wouldn't agree. What are they doing?
You think they're dead? And that's all.
There's the punishment of the grave when
there is the pleasure of the grace.
It is another life but you are living your life freely doing whatever you want. They are under the soil. They have been there for decades. Allah.
This is if you look at it in the short term in the recent history, otherwise, look even further than that.
Centuries ago, there are trillions of bunnies in the earth, the earth will spit them out on the Day of Judgment.
What are they doing all of this time?
Tourism punishment, or centuries of pleasure, Allah?
Why don't we remember that 60 years compared to centuries of epoch in the sort of short term, and eternity? If we talk about the reality which is the afterlife eternity? Do you choose 3040 5060 years?
Can you compare 60 years to eternity 60 or 70 years?
Then you start thinking, Oh my God, every second I live is most precious, I shouldn't let it go without remembering Allah subhanaw taala or pleasing Allah subhanaw taala in one way or another, this You and I are just drowning.
It's all about dunya.
the follow on the ones who say
that it's only this life. It's only this life, and nothing.
And we are going to die. And
some of the Jews say, life. In other words, life and only, there's no afterlife for them. They don't think about life and glory
in this life in this dunya and nothing else, Allah tells us otherwise, on the way of philosophy, before this experience
is on the way, and that may be minutes ahead of you. And you know it, because you feel that that has gone. And this is a difficult experience. There are so many pieces of evidence to show that the minister the first of which is Prophet Muhammad peace be upon himself experienced experiencing pain and asking Allah subhanaw taala to help him in that experience. And many others have said that. If a slave servant spent his whole life from the time he is born, until the day he dies in sincere worship of Allah subhanaw taala you will regret it and he will look at it in disgrace.
