So Toba is a real burst of the heart.
And the signs of Toba is a free flow of tears. That person cries in solitude over what they have done over the time they have wasted all of this life is gone. I could all those people have moved ahead. The caravans are almost at the destinations people who were with me. They got on the bandwagon earlier. They're free so much so far ahead.

If we are constantly talking, if you're constantly talking, can you hear? If you're one of those who loves to talk, do you give time for anybody else? You are you hearing you're talking talking? You know in the acoustics there is something called signal to noise ratio. If there is so much noise all the time, how can you hear the discourses within what is your talking? What is the angel, the room telling you? What is the malarkey aspect of you enough saying suggestion? Because I'm busy? I can't hear those signals because these signals overwhelm those.
So finding periods of silence, talking less thinking before we say something.
What is the criteria? What I'm going to say? Is this going to be beneficial or harmful? If it's neutral, You don't say.

Because it distracts them from the remembrance of the last one from feeling that greatness and that closeness. And then some of them are last month Allah gives them this grace because of that, that even when they are in people,
