My dear brothers and sisters.

In the last hotbar we spoke about

what awaited the disbelievers

and those of the believers who deserved punishment, what awaited them

of punishment in the era,

the punishment of the Hellfire.

And so although the believers will not be there forever,

they will eventually come out

after having served their time in the hellfire.

But the Hellfire for who Allah prepared for it to live forever until eternity,

or the disbelievers

those who refused to accept Eman

having departed from this dunya

without having testified

to the Oneness of Allah subhanho wa Taala without

having entered into Islam.

My dear brothers and sisters,

the question is

what has me and you done

to help such people to escape that eternal punishment of Allah subhanho wa taala.

And so this is a serious question

that requires a lot of pondering a lot of self reflection.

What have we done

to convey the message that ALLAH SubhanA who were to Allah sent

the message

that is the source of their salvation.

What have we done to fulfill this responsibility of giving Dawa?

And so it was because

of this feeling that the prophets Allah, Allahu Allahu wa sallam did what he did.

It was because of this, that he suffered the way he did.

All in the path of Dawa.

All in the path

of making sure that this message is conveyed.

But not only that,

when the people would not accept the message,

when they would refuse to accept what he brought from Allah subhanho wa taala.

It was not

that he didn't care.

But rather, this would cause him grief

as Allah subhanahu Atana he mentions, I look at Berkeley or enough circa Allah.

perhaps you will kill yourself out of grief, because only because they are not becoming believers.

This was his care for humanity.

And so he left this world, having fulfilled

his mission, and this task that Allah subhanahu wa taala

appointed him with.

And then he passed this task on to the sahaba.

And they pass it on to the next generation,

to the next and to and to the next, each generation, fulfilling that responsibility

of conveying the message of Allah subhanahu wa taala

to humanity

until the torch was passed on to us.

And it is sitting in our hands. The question is, what have we done?

What have we done,

to make sure

that this message is passed on to others?

My dear brothers and sisters, we live in a unique situation unlike

the generations that have gone before us.

For us,

we live

in a majority non Muslim country.

For us, we came here by our own choice, no one forced us to come here.

And for us, we have no restrictions.

We live among non Muslims and yet no one is restricting us, no one is preventing us from seeing what we want.

From conveying this message from giving Dawa

of this Deen of Islam as it was revealed without having to change it

without

having

to hide some aspects of this Deen.

Others in other parts of the world, the restricted even when living

among Muslims.

And so my dear brothers and sisters, this is why the scholars of Islam they say

that one of the conditions

of it being permissible to live among non Muslims is

that you are giving dower

that you're conveying the message of Islam. And so we are sinful if we are not.

If we are not fulfilling this obligation.

However, most of us, we live passive lives.

We live passive lives not doing even the least that we're capable of.

The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, Billy who I need to

convey from me.

Even if it be one, I have one verse.

And so this is a command. What we learned from this hadith is firstly, it is a command from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and the commands of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, they indicate that it is obligatory.

Anything that Allah or his messenger commanded

is an obligation.

And so it is an obligation on each and every single Muslim

to teach to convey the message of Islam.

But this Hadith also teaches us

that everyone is different.

And some people are more knowledgeable than others.

And so just because you know little,

just because your knowledge of Islam is little, it does not excuse you.

From this obligation of giving Dawa. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said teach convey even if it be one

in which Muslim can say he does not know

when I have the Quran, or one concept of Islam that

our job that Allah subhanahu wa taala has placed on our shoulders

is to convey

to pass on the message

Allah subhanahu Attallah says that when

who say we are righteous.

But who among these three groups are saved? It is only one and it is those who take on the responsibility of conveying the message. And what did they say?

What was the reason? The reasoning behind them conveying the message? They said so that we have an excuse before Allah?

Meaning that ALLAH SubhanA who were to Hanna will not punish us, because we have done our part. If they don't listen, that's a different story. But at least we have conveyed the message. And so that perhaps our message will affect them. Maybe, maybe they will change their ways. Maybe they will, they will fear Allah subhanho wa Taala we don't know

the changing of the hearts that is not our responsibility. And so our job is not to change the hearts

our job

is to only convey the message

What we learned from this is that our job is to convey the message. As long as we have done that we have done our part, the guidance of the hearts, this is not in our hands, but rather this is in the hands of Allah subhana who were to hand it alone.

He guides who he wishes, and he allows whom he wishes to go astray. Our job is to convey our job is to make sure that the message has been understood, not just to convey the message and leave it at that, but to make sure that the people have understood it.

And then our job is to make sure that the proof of Allah subhanahu wa Tada has now become established on these people, such that if they refuse to accept Islam now

they now deserve the punishment of Allah subhanahu Medina

because the message has reached them. They have understood it, they are convinced of it. But if they refuse now, then they deserve the punishment that awaits them.

The punishment of Allah subhana wa Tada in the era

and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salam did that.

giving dower is a responsibility on each and every single Muslim,

some of us will excel more than others.

And so some of us may have more no

which then others,

but others among us may have skills that others don't have. And so everyone is different.

But what we each and every single one of us what we need to do and put an effort into doing

is to learn the very basics that will help us to give dower

to learn the very basics, starting with the very basics of our deen

so what are we calling to? We are calling to nothing other than that oh hate of ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada

we're calling the people to learn this very basic, fundamental concept in our deen

that only Allah subhanahu wa Tada deserves our worship.

We're calling the people to the fact that we are here for a purpose. Allah subhanho wa Taala sent us into this dunya for one and only one purpose, and that is to recognize Him, and to worship him

upon the way that he wants us to worship him.

This is the very basic that each and every single Muslim must have knowledge of. And then we need to call to these basics. And we need to develop those skills that will help us to convey this basic concept of Islam.

We need to develop those skills. And so it's one thing to have knowledge. And then it's another thing to be able to convey that knowledge in a way that is convincing. with what? What should you give Dawa with, with wisdom with the beautiful preaching and debate when necessary, in a way that is good in a good manner. So these are skills that are required by the one giving Dawa. And so my dear brothers and sisters, some of us we may say that we don't have any of these skills.

We may have knowledge of the deen, but we may not be able to speak, we may not have

those skills that are required to convey the message. And so the least that we can do is that

we can take a book, we can take a brochure and pass it on, without even seeing the single word, at least this we can do, who has the excuse not to be able to do that.

And if we're not able to do that, then the least we can do is to support

with our money financially, those who are carrying out this task of giving Dawa.

And so if you were to give

whatever small it may be. If that money is used, for one person to embrace Islam, you will share the reward.

And so my dear brothers and sisters, all of us each and every single one of us.

We know someone who is an officer,

whether he be a neighbor, whether he be a colleague, whether he be a classmate,

a co worker, an employee, an employer, an acquaintance, a business partner,

whatever it be, we do know someone we cannot say that we don't know anyone

or all of us we do know

people around us

who are Kfar

that on the Day of Judgment.

These people come to us looking for us. Where were you?

Why did you not convey the message of Islam to me?

I am now doing to the hellfire.

And you didn't bother

to share this message of Islam with me.

That will save me from the punishment that now awaits me.

The reality is my dear brothers and sisters, that many of us are passive with regards to a dour,

not bothering

to care about passing on the message of Islam.

The reality is

is that we are passive because either

we don't value this Islam.

We don't care about it, it doesn't have any value in our hearts. Because if it did, then you would want to share it. When you value something, you want to share it with others.

Or it could be

that we are not fully convinced that Islam is the truth.

We're not fully convinced, and that's why we don't care about sharing with others. We think they're living a lifestyle

and following a religion that is suitable to them and me, I find Islam suitable to me. I don't truly believe that this is the truth. Or it could be

that we are not fully convinced

about what is to come.

In the era of reward and punishment.

We're not fully convinced of the punishment of the Hellfire. We hear the ayat we hear that a hadith describing the punishment of the Hellfire.

But it doesn't really affect us.

We don't fully believe in it.

Because we can't see it.

Because if we truly believed in it with full Yaqeen and certainty,

then we would not wish for a single person that we know or even don't know, for them to suffer that painful punishment.

My dear brothers and sisters,

if none of that,

then it means that we're selfish.

If we truly value Islam, and we believe in it, and we believe with certainty about the asker. And we still don't bother to pass on this message message of Islam to others, then it means we're selfish.

All we care about is ourselves. And so it is like

a fire that erupts in a building that you maintain, or you know this building very well.

And so you know where the exits are.

And you know, there's a fire raging through this building, and you run for the exit door, and you don't bother to guide others who are lost, looking for the exit, and they don't know how to escape.

We have Islam, and we live it.

And we find comfort in it

in this life, and in the era.

But we don't bother to pass it on to others. We don't want others to escape the punishment of Allah subhanho wa taala.

This was not

how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was.

But rather, he had empathy.

And he cared for others. And that is why he would fall into grief

when they would not accept Islam.

My dear brothers and sisters, who are the heroes

in a fire

in any kind of calamity, in any kind of catastrophe, in any kind of disaster.

The heroes are those who don't just escape and save themselves, but rather, the heroes are those who help others to escape and to be saved.

And so the heroes on the Day of Judgment will be the prophets and the messengers for this reason, because they saved humanity from the punishment that they awaited the people, those who escaped they escaped as a result of the invitation of the prophets and the messengers, and all those who follow in the footsteps of the prophets and the messengers. And that's why Allah subhanho wa Taala has promised a great reward for those who call to Islam, for those who invite others to Islam. And so Allah subhanahu wa taala said, Well, men send colon, men da et Allah He, well, I mean, I saw the hand walk on it in an imino singin, who is better in speech than those who call to Allah subhanahu

wa Tada and do righteous good deeds, and they say We are from the believers we are from the Muslims, meaning there is no one better than them. Not just who not not just those who do righteous deeds, but those who first and foremost they call others to that. And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said

that this is such a huge reward?

For a person to embrace Islam through your hands? How is it that this is such a huge

thing in the sight of Allah? The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, Men who then

And so the question is, my dear brothers and sisters, what legacy Are we leaving behind in this dunya that will benefit us after we leave this dunya

and that's why the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said in that same Hadith, woman die, Allah

he will share in their sin, without without their sins diminishing, in the very least.

What are we leaving behind in this dunya

And this is the difference here. Not only will they be carrying that sin, but

once they have gone on, once they have died, they won't be able to stop

those sins from accumulating on them.

Imagine that

it's one thing to leave this dunya with sin one's going with you to your grave.

But it's another thing to leave this dunya carrying with you sins and

those sins, to continue to accumulate after your death until the day of judgment.

We ask Allah subhanahu wa taala to make us from among those.

We ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to make us from among those who call to good. We ask Allah subhana who had to had to make us from among those

who command the good and forbid the evil. We ask Allah subhanahu wa taala to make us from among those who pass on the message of Islam
