Juz By Juz – Juz #9

Bismillah Alhamdulillah wa Salatu was Salam ala Rasulillah. While early he was so happy he H Mehreen. Another salam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh.

In the ninth juice of the Quran, or the ninth para, we continue from where we left off in Surah Al Roth. And so this juice begins from the stories where Allah subhana wa Tada mentioned the Stories of the Prophets with their people. And so Allah mentioned several stories of prophets. And then Allah moves on to the biggest story

that he has mentioned here in surah. Roth, and that is the story of Musa alayhis salam, and Pharaoh

and the people of Musa salaam Bani Israel. And the story is very long here in this particular place. And Allah subhanho wa Taala goes into detail mentioning several events that took place.

And perhaps one of the main lessons that we can learn from this particular story in this particular Surah In surah. Roth

is that

the Musa alayhis salam,

he faced a lot of difficulty and opposition from his enemy for home. And we all know Farah hyung was a powerful tyrant.

But yet Musa alayhis salam,

you know, he's resolved in our weekend, even though, you know, in front of him was a huge tyrant

who had so much power.

What he kept on what Musa Ali salaam, kept on reminding his people of is to, you know, attach themselves to Allah subhanho wa Taala to basically direct their hearts to Allah, and put their reliance and their trust in Allah and His victory, and not to rely upon themselves. And so this will work Musa Islam would always remind his people have to be patient, to be steadfast, not to weaken in your resolve to put your trust in Allah subhanho wa taala. And he Subhana water will grant you victory, if you, you know, remain strong in your Eman and your Tawakkol, and so on, and so forth. And so this is a huge lesson that we can learn, especially today, especially for our Muslim brothers

and sisters who are suffering at the hands of tyrants today, who are oppressing them, and doing them injustice.

Among the stories that Allah mentions here, in the end of Surah Roth is the story of

Hubble Correa,

the inhabitants of the town that was on the seaside, basically, who transgressed regarding the Sabbath,

who basically were forbidden to go out and fish and catch fish in the sea on Saturdays.

So they tried to find a way around that. And so Allah mentioned their deception, and they're cheating here in the Surah. And Allah mentions regarding this story,

the those who basically

those who commanded the good and forbidding evil, who basically forbade their people from you know, cheating and transgressing.

So this is an important lesson to learn that there should always be among,

or in the society, those who will command the good and forbid the evil, otherwise, that society will basically become destroyed.

Also, we have here

towards the very end of

Surah Rafi, in fact, the very last verse of Surah, two are off is a verse of Sajida sujood, which is, you know, the very first place in the Quran, where we are supposed to make such that upon upon hearing the verse of,

of sujood and then after that, we move on to Surah two, enter Surah two and Val,

which basically means the spoils of war, or the booty of war

or

Why subhanho wa Taala begins the surah by saying yes, a luna candle and fat, they ask you concerning the spoils of war. And this was right after Surah to better or this was right after verse what but right after the Battle of better, and so the Muslims had all of these spoils that they had collected from the enemy after being victorious in the battle a battle. So Allah subhanho wa Taala mentioned Yes, Aluna cannula and fell. They asked me concerning the booty, but Allah does not answer the question right away. But rather, of loss of Hannah with Allah changes the subject to something more important. And that is the issue of a taqwa and upholding the ties of kinship. Why? Because when

people start thinking about this, the spoils of war, they're thinking about the dunya. And so they will forget about the taco the Taqwa of Allah, and their ties of kinship. And so Allah subhana wa Tada reminds them of this, until the very end of this juice. And then in the beginning of the next Jews, that is where Allah subhanho wa Taala answers the question of Yes, Aluna Kahaani MFAT they ask you about the spoils of war, what do we do with these spoils? Allah answers that question there

in this surah In Surah, Al and fell in this beginning part of the surah

Allah subhanho wa Taala basically

mentions several or he mentioned first of all, the story of who has what the battle, the battle of better how it took place, how the Muslims went out, and what happened and so on and so forth. And Allah subhana wa Tada also mentions some

rulings pertaining to, pertaining to the rulings and the legislations of jihad. And with that, we come to the end of this juice, the ninth juice of the Quran, and in the next session, we will move on to the 10th juice until then was Salam alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
