today is the 17th day of the month of Ramadan and shalom law we go through this 17th Jews as well together. What's it going to be like? And we know that these are things that we need to plan and prepare for. And usually Usually when someone is in the hospital, that's when they start to think of the end of their life. But when we are out and about and just moving around freely and Hamdulillah we tend to forget and when I go visit people in the hospital, sometimes they're there for something not so bad, you know, they're just there for maybe a day just sort of routine, you know, surgery or some sort of
procedure was done, but still they feel like supine a lot. I was put under anesthetics, you know and I was helpless. And what's it going to be like the day that I returned to Allah subhanaw taala and and helpless and unable to do anything. So that's usually a wake up call or a moment of reflection in people's lives but the moment that we come back out of the hospital caught us welcome fee of reflecting martyrdom we are back to it back forgetting about the time that we returned to Allah and just enjoying the luxuries of this life. So Allah subhanaw taala enter then says whatever new reminder comes to them from their Lord, they only listen to it jokingly welcome Yeah, boom, right?
It's just like, ya know, we're gonna, when we get older we're going to pray. Right when we get older we pray five times a day when we get older, we're, you know, we will calculate our zakat. And when I get older, I'll go for Hutch. And people always use that one right and when I get older, I'll go for Hajj. But going for Hajj when you're older is not easy. It's a lot better and easier to go for Hajj when you're younger. You know, when you have energy when you have the strength and you have more time, right and the ability to actually go and look after yourself and look after others as well.
And then Allah Subhana Allah says with their hearts totally distracted, the evil doers would Converse secretly saying, is this one right? Is this one, not human like yourselves? Would you fall for this witchcraft, even though you can clearly see the Prophet sallallahu alayhi salam responded My Lord fully knows every word spoken in the heavens into the earth For He is all hearing all knowing, while almost semi ill I mean all knowing yet they say this Quran is a set of confused dreams. Listen to what the machico would say about the Quran. This Quran is a set of confused dreams. They're just dreams and visions that Muhammad said

This is what we call the royal we. It's a linguistic term linguistically. This is found in many languages. Even in French, I know you know, growing up, we learn French because I was born and raised in Montreal, in French out of respect, I don't say suit, I don't say do you write even if I'm talking to one person, singular, it's respectful to say Vu, which is the plural of you means like all of you. That's respectful. So even in Arabic and you'll find in many languages, you know, it is preferred to say,
or to use the plural out of respect for whoever you're talking to or addressing now less Penwith Allah uses that for himself. Right he uses it for himself. You'll see even in people statements like I know I remember researching this the Queen you know she as well uses the royal we says we we we referring to her right? But she says we because that's the royal we it's used in linguistic terms. So almost Palitana says we did not send messengers before you will profit except men inspired by us. that this idea proves that. So this is used for two things, one to prove that ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada sent only men, but it is also used to show that Allah Subhana Allah has sent messengers who were men. But the argument is still made, maybe there were female prophets.
However, that is refuted by this ayah as well, right because Allah subhanaw taala says that we sent men inspired by us. Now this isn't to show that men are better than women. People always like look for one thing and then like, hone in on it and focus on that and say, Oh, men are better than women because all the prophets were men.
No, every Allah Spanish, Allah has given responsibility to everyone, both men and women, as a gender, but then also from the men and from the women. Each person has their own responsibilities. So we don't say that men are better than women because Allah subhanaw taala only chose prophets and messengers from the men.
That's a last choice. He's the one who chose it. Leave it as his decision. Like we don't go and take that in and then derive other you know, sort of arguments and conclusions to arguments from other aspects of, you know, statements that almost kind of like data has
As revealed to us in the Quran but also things that we see within our deen right so every single thing Allah subhana wa Tada has brought in justice he chose men from amongst the prophets and messengers from amongst people to be prophets and messengers. hamdulillah right Hamdulillah we leave it at that have a boss of 100 100 chosen women, okay.

In fact, we can go even more than that, verse number 19. And onwards, while at home and facility will have to Him belong all those in the heaven and the earth. And those nearest to him, are not proud to worship him, nor do they become tired, as in they're not arrogant, and they don't become tired of worshipping Allah subhanaw taala. They glorify him day and night, not
wavering. Verse number 21.
Or have they taken gods from the earth?
Who can raise the dead? Right? A question is asked, right? Have they taken gods from the earth? Who can raise the dead? Like, it's a rhetorical question, right? They obviously can't raise the dead human beings can't do that. So Allah subhanaw taala is asking this question like, okay, they worship people from the earth, and they can they can bring people with passed away back to life, right? Obviously, the answer to that is no. So Allah subhanaw taala is probing thoughts in the minds of the mushy goon and the non believers in general. And for every single one of us, that a loss of habitat is the one who can resurrect, who can bring the one from death back to life. Right, and that will be
us as well, that we are alive now we will die and we will come back to life, Allah subhanaw taala will bring us back who can do that? Who else can do that? Not only a must have had which.
Had there been other gods besides Allah and the heavens and earth, both realms would have surely been corrupted. So Glorified is Allah, Lord of the Throne is far above what they claim? And so here Allah subhanaw taala is showing us that had there been any other gods, then there will be a clash who is going to be the ultimate gods? There is no gods there's God. Right? One Allah subhanaw taala worthy of worship, none other than him, had there been more this is Allah subhana data explaining to us as human beings, you know, if there were multiple gods, then which God is right, and which one is wrong? And if there are more than one, then one is surely wrong. So how are you going to prove that
one wrong? Right. So these are things that we need to keep in mind.
He cannot be questioned about what he does, but they will all be questioned every single one of us and every one of the false gods use this term false gods for anything other than a loss of harmony to it that has been worshipped, right? We consider them false gods
or have they taken other gods besides him say, oh Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, show me your, your proof. Here is the Quran. The reminder for those with me along with earlier Scriptures, the reminder for those before me, but most of them do not know the truth. So they turn away and then Allah subhana wa Tada continues here talking about Allah and the Oneness of Allah subhanho wa Taala how they, you know, claimed that the angels are the daughters are the children of ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada and ALLAH SubhanA wa, tada, you know, clears that up and says that they are simply his honored servants, right? The angels are creation of Allah Subhana Allah, and they are His servants just like
us. We are not the children of Allah, whether he has a beloved May Allah Subhana Allah protect us from seeing or thinking these things, nor are the angels, the children or offspring of Allah subhanho wa taala.
Then if we fast forward through this surah, you'll see how, as I mentioned, Allah subhanaw taala, it goes through many different stories of the prophets of the past, right? So he brings out the story of Prophet Ibrahim, and then he's set up from verse 51 to 70. Prophet Ibrahim Ali has said, you know, the day that the people went out and they celebrated, he went with the axe and he destroyed the idols, and he left the biggest one, the largest one there. Then the people came back and started to question and they said, all we heard him was Ibrahim, right? And so if anybody has sent him, he says, Why don't you ask this angel? Sorry, this idol? Asked the statute. If if you claim that they
are gods, then surely this statue should tell you the truth of what actually happened. Right? And so he left the X there to show as well that that is the one that was guilty. Right?
so that they can think it'd be like, hey, wait a second, why does this idol have the x? And everything else was broken by the X? Maybe it was the one that did it. Right? So we use Ibrahim and Sarah was telling us this island, right? He's the one with the X, why don't you ask that one and see if that is the one that actually or what actually did happen and take place.
So he tells, you know, the people ask that biggest one if it speaks, and obviously, the people know that the idols don't speak, the statues don't speak. So they admit that their gods don't speak. And they actually tell Ibrahim right, instead of you know very well that they don't communicate, you know, very well that they can't, you know, give us the answer to that. And so it's like, hello, you know, if you are saying this, then something's wrong with you. Right, you know, very well, that it can't speak for itself, it can't defend itself. So why do you worship it? But this is just the way that the people thought, and you know, subhanAllah it's really interesting, because even our time we
find that Muslims, Muslims within our own Ummah, like, we can't think for ourselves, sometimes we just do what our parents did, or what was always done, and we can't think outside the box, we can't think like, maybe is this according to the dean? Is there a better way in the dean to do this? Can I do something differently? Right, is there something I should be knowing about this action or these things that we talk about? And so even within the Muslim ummah, sometimes, you know, we

Now what happens is as Muslims we say, Oh no, but we have to do it 10. They're like no 10. And so exam set doesn't have to be 10. But we should be making intention to do every tick of whenever we enter the masjid, that my time in the masjid is going to be spent in Nevada,
that I'm going to stay in the masjid. And the entire time I'm here is going to be a time of worship. Even though like we're sitting here with him for so long. We're sitting here we're learning and then we might stay in every thought. And then we stay and pray. So the whole time becomes a time of
But people say it ends on the 29th. And we started on the night of the 21st then we've only stayed for nine days.
So we didn't complete 10. So our take our take half is void. This is what some people believe that if we didn't do 10 talks, there's a problem. So they start hurting. And I remember even in 2019 We did that here and I was like no, we're starting on the 21st. And I'm like no starting on the 20th. Okay, that's your thing.

One of the two parties is not a believer, so we never say okay to use your deen and to use my team. No, it's our deen as Muslims, we need to learn together. But if someone wants to do something, okay, that's your call. That's your decision. So what happened? 2019 They did their intake if people started on the day of the 19th, the night of the 20th
and ended up being 30 days, the month of Ramadan. And on the last day, no like half not knowing but half of the people who did the articles were gone. I was like where did they go? How can they that stuff? What time did they go there?
We finished 10 days,
finished 10 days
is not about the 10 days. It's about like doing erotica, if for whatever your intention is. And time, if you want to do three days, three days, you want to do five days, five days, sometimes the profits are one where it was like the Sahaba, the whole month, right can be a time of air decaf. But we do see the trend of the last 10 days being a time especially as a Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam said, you know, tie your bow in cloth like now's the time for just strict data, like it's time for a bed and everyday that alone, and search and hunt for labor to a cut that in the last 10 days, right? More particularly odd nights of the last 10 Nights. So even as Muslims, sometimes we're like,
ignorance kicks in, where it's like, okay, we're going to start a date early, in case it's only 29 days. And then if it goes over, and there's an extra day, well, I already finished 30 days, so I'm going down. It's like, Wait, why are you going home finish the month finish the 10 days? Technically, the 10 Day started like no, then it would be 11 days. So what? So what if it's 11 days? And yes, I could say so what if you leave before that as well. But your intention was to do the last 10 days. And it's because of lack of knowledge that people feel it has to be 10 days. So now like Serena was saying that we have calendars or people that have calculated when the moon should be born
and seen. So backtrack and be like, Oh, if this month is going to be 29 days, so we're going to start one day early. And do 10 days there? No, we start on the 21st. Right. This is technically the sooner the last 10 Nights starts on the 21st night. Why? Because 2120 220-324-2520 620-728-2930 That's 10. But in our minds, we think 20 is the beginning of the last set of 10 days it is. And so if by chance, it's 29 days house is 29 days, Allah chose that you did your erotic, if you had your intention to be there for 10 days, if it was nine days, it's often you go home and celebrated. And that's like an example of how even as Muslims a simple example, we sometimes hold on to things of
the past things that our forefathers did, or a cultural thing like 10 days is 10 days. Now that we use calculation or we see calculation being used, or we know that it's we we feel right I shouldn't say we know because it's never known for sure we feel that based on the calculations it'll finish early so we should start early. No you don't start early. You start when the last 10 days starts. That's just an example that we can use to show how as Muslims we need to follow our deen based on the deen and not follow culture and think that that is the deen
so Prophet Ibrahim add a custom you know he makes them think for themselves and gives them the opportunity to realize that what they're doing isn't right and true. Then Allah subhanaw taala shows us in verse number 71 to 74 Ibrahim Allah has set up and looked at a Salam they leave together right they leave their people behind and they go what is the relationship between Prophet Ibrahim Allah has sent him and Prophet Lord
very good prophet loot Alayhis Salam was the nephew of Prophet Ibrahim alayhis salam. So they leave. Then Allah Subhana Allah to Allah and vs. Number 76 to 77 gives the example of Prophet nor how Allah has sent out which we took already as an example and remember nor who cried out to us, and we responded to him and delivered him and his family and saved him and his family from the great distress which was the flood, right the water and rain that came and we made him prevail over those who had rejected our signs. They were truly an evil people, so We drowned them all. Then Allah subhana wa Tada from the next verse 78 to 82 is a story of Deadwood at a Hassan and so they not only
and ALLAH SubhanA, Allah gives examples of their wisdom, and how they were father and son, and they were always together and how the son would learn from the Father, but how the father would also learn from the son right at times where there were examples like the story of the sheep eating the crop, right? And the story of
90 Sorry, yeah, the 99 sheep, and the 100 being the other person's and the person who's being unjust. Also the story of the baby, right, the two sisters who went out and they left their babies. And when they came back, there was only one baby that was there. And so the two of them were arguing and fighting over this one child saying it's my child. It's my child down with it, his Santa being the father and being older. He says, Well, you know what, since you're the younger sister, why don't you take the child
Right, you've keep the child. And you're sorry, since you are the younger sister, you're able to have more children and your older sister, she may not have children because she's much older. So she will have the child give her the baby to keep. And you can have more children. This was the wisdom of the Buddha has set up. So the learner has pulls his father aside and tells his father,
that's not fair. Let's do something to try and figure it out. All right. So he says, Why don't we take the baby and cut the baby in half, and give half a baby to each of the children to each of the sisters?
Okay, let's do that. So they turn around until the two sisters, what we're going to do is cut the baby in half, and each of you can take half of the baby that's fair, each of you get half a baby, immediately the mother of the child is like, no, no, no, no, no, don't, don't do that don't harm my child. So that was a way of of getting the true emotions of the mother to be highlighted and brought to the surface to show this as the true mother of the child because no mother would want this to happen to their child. No one in general would want that to happen to anyone's child. But immediately upon hearing that before even listening to the rest of the sentence, the mother
immediately jumping in saying no, no, no, no, no, we're not going to do that. And who was it? It was the younger of the two. So that shows that to tell without a hitch set ABS decision for the baby to be with the older one was actually the wrong decision. And so he learned from his son, wisdom heckler, how to deal with people. And this is why ALLAH SubhanA wa, tada also tells Deadwood ideas, don't use your own whims and desires. Don't be quick to judge, right? Think it over, ponder, reflect, use your wisdom, right? And don't don't like just be quick to come to some sort of conclusion or decision.
So that's shown there. Also the, you know, we heard some of these ads being recited to us the other night,

Also, you know, he spoke to the jinn and, you know, beautiful story of how he passed away, you know, he's leaning on his staff, and he passed away while watching the creation of Allah subhanaw taala work for him. And he was leaning there for quite some time, and the termites started to eat from the bottom of his staff, and it knocked over his balance, right? And they realized he was dead. And this is an example that is used to show that the jinn do not have knowledge of the Unseen, had they had the knowledge of the Unseen, then this example would not prove that right. So Allah subhanaw taala brought this about to show that the jinn
didn't know that so the man or the his cell had passed away.
Because it continued to work. Habitat isn't the termites to chew away at the bottom of his staff that he was leaning on when he passed away, but his balance was still perfect. And when they chewed at the bottom of the staff, the balance was thrown off, and he fell to the ground. And immediately all of them stopped working. And they realized it so they not only his son had passed away. So Allah subhanaw taala gives us that as an example, through the Sunnah of the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam that Solomon can communicate with the jinn and with the creation of loss of habitat, but they did not know the knowledge of the Unseen, right? And that's very important for us as believers to know.
Right? Because even in the story of Solomon, where, you know, the fleet says, I'm gonna go and get, you know, the throne of the Queen of Sheba. It is, it seems as though the jinn have some sort of, you know, powers and abilities that people believe in that people are like, oh, you know, we can, you know, we should submit to them, we should, you know, believe in them as having these powers. No, we believe in Allah. And Allah Subhana Allah is the one that gives his creation ability to do things like the example of Prophet Isa, etc. Right, he was given the ability to help people become cured. He himself didn't do it. It's Allah who does it. Allah is the One who gives pure and gives health
and life to people, not a prophet, not a human, not a gem, none of the creation of Allah subhana wa.
So that's mentioned there and then we transition off in the SWOT as well a loss of power without it, versus 83 and 84, who Allah has said, um,
you know, a prophet of Allah Subhana Allah to Allah that was extremely patient. He lost his family, he lost his wealth he lost, you know, all of his children, all of his property, everything even his health was gone. And Allah subhanaw taala answers is to our eyes we see in verse number 84, he answered the door and removed his adversity and gave him back his family twice as many as a mercy from Us and a lesson for
devoted worshippers right to show us that Allah subhanaw taala sometimes takes everything away from us. But what he gave to Prophet a yoga and it has sent him in return was good health. Lots of children doubled the amount that he had before. And his wealth was so much that in the Hadith, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam rafati that prophet or Yogananda, his Salam was out showering, washing himself. And Allah subhanaw taala made locusts fall from the sky, but they would go didn't locusts, they were made of gold. And they were falling, and profit or yoga alayhis salaam started collecting them. Right? collecting it and almost 100 Allah tells him like, haven't I given you
enough? Like, you need this too? If you're collecting this gold, as though you don't have enough, like, No, I'm just being thankful,
being thankful for the mercy that you've given to me, right that you're showering down upon me this extra blessings hamdulillah I'm taking it and benefit from it. So it shows us that we can benefit from what Allah subhanaw taala gives us and we should be happy about it as well. What Allah gives us gives to us in terms of wealth, and you know, knowledge and strength, be happy with it, use it. This is why the Prophet said a lot of it was said that he says take advantage of five before five, take advantage of your health and your wealth and your life and so on before you lose it. Right before it's taken away from us. Not every single one of us has profit or yoga and SNL right or you get old
and then the energy and the strength and the family and the wealth all of it comes back. Right? So we know that at times in life, there's going to be challenges, but we'll get over those challenges through the help of Allah subhanho wa Taala or with the help of Allah subhanaw taala. Then we see Surah to Gambia. So Allah subhanaw taala mentions many prophets is now it is Prophet Yunus it was known as the loan the the you know the companion of the whale. Prophet Zakaria Yeah, Isa and his mother Meriam. Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is mentioned right at the end of the surah verse number 107 of us Muhammad, Allah says, one that I've selected 11 Mentally,
right that we have incentives except that you are mercy. So after mentioning all these prophets, Allah subhanaw taala mentions Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that we've sent you as a mercy to all of humankind, all of the world, right? Everything of the creation of Allah Subhana Allah to Allah. And that's why it's important for us to respect the creation of Allah subhanaw taala right, everything has come from him, everything, you know, your eyes, we respect them, we look after them, none of no one can have our eyes replaced our ears, our nose, but also the you know, our teeth and something else tell our children once you get your adult teeth on us, there's no second pair or
a second set of adult teeth that are going to grow in take care of them because you only get one set, but also the things that are around us, like grass, you know, oxygen, air, the environment. This is why as Muslims we should be proactive when it comes to look after looking after the environment. Because it's we've been ordered to look after the creation of a loss of habitat that he's given to us, right we take care of this world, we don't waste the water we don't you know, just throw the bottles around on the floor and leave them outside and in the open to be blown around in the air and you know, things happen to it and it clogs, you know, pipes and damages animals and you
know, the health of animals. These are all things that we as Muslims have to look after. Then we move to sort of to Hajj.
We'll take a few examples of these skip right to verse number 26 of soil to Hajj, ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada mentions the building of the carrabba by Prophet Ibrahim it his setup and the command to perform hajj, okay in the command to perform hygiene.
Know, for those of us who haven't gone, I remember asking this in the first few days, but those of us who have not gone for Hajj, we should all have the intention and be actively working towards going for Hutch. And remember that the responsibility on our shoulders is also there as men to try and help our spouse to go for hedges well, right that we try to encourage that she goes hamdulillah if she's able to look after the payments herself, that's great. That's great, right? But if we are able to assist in some way shape or form then we can assist in that also. But it's something that's compulsory upon the every single one of us to go in to do to fulfill the Hajj. So Allah subhanaw
taala says Remember when we assigned to him, Ibrahim, the site of the house, the Gatorback words to be built, saying do not associate anything with me in worship and purify my house for those who circle the carrabba and
stand in prayer and bow and prostrate themselves. So remember I told you there's the carava and then there is the structure around it? What's the structure around it?
Be more specific.
What's the structure around it?
Yes. Masjid Al haram. Right? Masjid Al haram. So there's the caliber. And then around the caliber, we see that together is the house of Allah. subhanaw taala. Right. It's a masjid in itself, you can go inside it and pray, which direction you pray when you go inside the caravan.
Any direction? All right, you can pray towards any wall or corner. Right? Good. Now,
when you go into, okay, here's, here's an interesting question for all of you as well, there's something to know, you know, the Caravan has almost square, right. And then there's one section here, that's like a semi circle. had teams, right? So this area, it's part of the caravan. So the calendar actually was longer and extended till there. And then that will broke down and stuff. But that's kept to symbolize the actual categories there. So if you're making the wealth and you cut through that area, you actually have not done the author on the camera. You failed to go around it. So that circuit doesn't count. But what if you get you know that semi circle is or what if you get
to go inside that semi circle area? What direction do you bring?
Exactly? You can print in any direction. But most people when they get in there, they just pray towards
the black guy about the cube, right? So that's something interesting. Now obviously, we don't pray in any direction first of all, because it's it's just going to be chaotic, right? It'll be chaotic. And then people will start to be like, what's going on? You know, what are we doing and then some people might fight because people don't know that you can pray in any direction in there because that's technically considered within the karma. So the beautiful thing is a lot of Muslims we say we want to go inside the garden, we never have the opportunity, but that area, they actually do open it up sometimes now due to COVID. You know, still restrictions a little bit, but that area does get
open certain times, especially throughout the day. So if you're brave enough to withstand the heat, you should be able to get into that area inshallah. And you'll be able to say that I prayed within the callback that you got to pray within the camera, but around the counter the outside is another Masjid that's mostly that huddle, right?
The Messiah is not considered the Masjid. The place between Safa and Marwa that's not considered must have worked. It's part of the structure now. But that area isn't why.
Why would you say it isn't? For those of you that have gone for Hydra and have taken maybe
you know, a wife or a sister with you, you might know the answer to this.
Instead of your loved one, when she was doing her Hajj and she had her period, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam allowed her to do say
she can go between suffering seven times, but she could not do that the wharf area there now the masjid has expanded and has become like part of the Masjid. However, still till today, if a sister has her period, and she's there in the state of home, she can go and do her Saturday between fun Lola, but she cannot do her at the Lafayette she has to wait until their period is over. So these are like interesting technical things that you know, are important for us as believers to know. Like, it's about the place that we turn to five times a day. And when non Muslims ask us these questions that we were like, Oh, I didn't know this, it makes us look really dumb. Right? And it's
not it doesn't give a good impression of Muslims having importance or showing that importance for the knowledge of these D and technical aspects of the D. Right. So that's important for us to just keep in mind that we should also educate ourselves. Not only about we need to do but, but the technicalities of, you know, what needs to be done and when we go for how to do when we go for hunger or what what you know, things are done over there because it's a part of our deen anyways. Now as Muslims, we usually leave it off until we're going for 100. And then we say okay, now I need to learn about it. We should already know about it. We should spend the time to educate ourselves
about it because it's a pillar of our deen.
And the mistake that many people make is they wait until they're going for hydrometer. And when they start to learn about it, they realize there's so much to know
that they end up making mistakes while they're there.
A lot of people make mistakes, and then they start to fear. If they're hydro, they're almost even accepted. Now of course Allah subhanaw taala has made it so easy for us. Like there's a penalty that can be paid sacrifice an animal
Right, which is a common very easy penalty that can be covered from the law, you sacrifice an animal and that you know, aspect of the mistake is is relieved from right, that's the penalty for making that mistake.
And then speaking of sacrificing the animal, this is the last thing that I wanted to mention verse number 3636, and 37, Allah subhanaw taala talks about the sacrificial animal that is to be made, and is from the symbols or signs of Allah subhanaw taala his greatness in which there's much good for you so pronounce the name of Allah before sacrificing the animal. And once the animal files on its side, you may eat from the meat as and once you missed it, you may eat from the meat and feed those that are in need. Those who do not beg, and those who do have us pancreatitis does it feed the needy, those back and those who do, meaning the person who comes in says I need food, and the person
who doesn't come and ask, but they might be in need, or out of kindness, you simply feed others, whether they're in need or not, you feed others. In this way, we have subjected these animals to you so that you may be grateful. And then the last verse that will take a loss of economic data, says Liana and along with that development, we're lucky enough to have a talk on income, neither meat nor blood reaches Allah rather, it is the piety that reaches him. So it's not about spilling the blood. Or having the meat of us Panatela doesn't need us to do that. Right? What he needs is for us to submit to Him through our Taqwa that I am doing this for his sake.
Because some people nowadays they say, why do we even sacrifice an animal and he did not had to ritual that we should eliminate? We shouldn't do this is a very common argument nowadays, especially some Muslims who are vegan, like vegan to the court, and they say, oh, you know, we should respect the animals. We're not hungry, we have enough food, we can eat fruits and vegetables. No, but it's about sacrificing this animal for the sake of submitting to Allah subhana wa Tada. And then using that meat only for our benefit for the benefit of others, giving it to others, sharing it with others, people who are in need. And so Allah subhanaw taala wants to see that we continue to submit
to Him, even in ways and times when our brain tells us, I don't need it. I have a fridge full of food anyways. No, we do it. Because if you don't need the food, there's someone else who needs the food. And it's a matter of sacrificing this animal for the sake of submitting to Allah subhanaw taala in a practice that was done by Prophet Ibrahim alayhis salam.
And so last pathway to Allah says, This is how he has subjected them to us so that you may proclaim the greatness of Allah for what He has guided you to, and give good news to the good doers. Remember those animals? A lot of people say, Why are we harming the animals? Those animals know that they're being sacrificed for the sake of a loss of habitat.
Now people say how does that animal know that animals getting mad? Like it's complaining? As a believer, we're supposed to show kindness to the animal bring the animal obviously the animals nervous, right? Like, we know we're gonna return to Allah, we know that if we live our lives in submission to Allah, we have paradise guaranteed to us. Okay, so once you just die right now.
No, no, right? That's escalating now. Like the animal saying, no, no, no, not now. No, not yet. Right? But don't worry, almost apparently to hide is in control of those animals. And those animals were put there for the purpose of us to use it to consume for our benefit not to waste not to waste for a purpose. We ask Allah subhana wa Tada to make us from amongst those that benefit from what Allah subhanaw taala has placed for us on Earth. And we ask Allah azza wa jal to allow us to continue to learn his book and to implement it and to find the truth of what is there within our deen and to live by that and implement it in our lives and try to teach it to others as well. And we
