Because it's an imbalance and you can't as a human survive with an imbalance in your life.

to give you fuel, or food, if it's not available on the road, meaning you need company or you need strength or you need fuel. So you need assistance.
So, when where and when do you get this assistance.
You get it all the time.
And you get it principally from Allah subhanho wa Taala.
There is you have to feel and I have to feel
that I cannot do this without Allah subhanho wa Taala as my help and aid I cannot reach what I want to reach without having trust in Him and reliance on him that I through him subhanho wa Taala can achieve what I can achieve. So I need his help. And I through him can be protected from what I need to be protected from. It's not only my own effort, you follow
so where is our dependence on Allah subhanho wa Taala we always think it's more just my own effort, my own protection, my own wisdom. And the last thing that I want to say and that is the most delicate of it,
is that you need to understand yourself better.
And it's true that I don't think that we especially in this age, we understand ourselves better because we're busy doing so many other things.
Understanding yourself better beans, what understanding what you really need, at this moment in your life, what is really troubling you and you need to fix at this moment in your life.
I and you are not at the same exact stage in our life, I am you don't have the same exact experience, the path the general path that is taking us to Allah subhana wa tada is the same path.
But within it, it varies a little bit. It varies a little bit. And what works for me doesn't necessarily or is not necessarily the same thing that will work for you at this stage.

Ask yourself first. What do I do when I get angry?

You say yourself, what is the thing that is making me angry?
These words, these deeds? Are these people write it down? Now ask yourself a more important questions. Why are these words and these deeds? Are these people making me angry? What is the thing inside of me deeper now? Because this is just secondary? What is the primary reason why I'm getting I'm getting angry? What attachment to I have? Do I have to this dounia?
Or to my ego?
Right? The Prophet sallallahu Sallam would not get angry, unless the commands of Allah are violated, if he's personally attacked, doesn't get angry? How do you get that? Right?
So he asked himself, what attachments Do I have to this dunya to my past a painful memory, or anxiety of something in the future?
Or something that is deep inside, identified that and then write it down? And when you write it down, then you've identified the real reasons why you're angry.
It's not because someone said so and so yes, that triggers it. But the real reason why that makes you angry, is something deeper, that is the reason or that is the thing on the cause that we need to work on.
And then go to the things your reaction to that anger, and say, How can I change my reaction? So I can change the person in front of me?
Because as long as you let the other person dictate how you should feel and how should you react, they are the person who are in control, right? Now, how can you change yourself and your reactions to that you can change this person directly or indirectly. So this is your homework, whatever that thing that is upsetting you.
The thing that is deep inside that is troubling, you identify.
And again, you need to know yourself and I need to know yourself anxiety, why do I suffer from this anxiety, dig deeper, and ask questions? What am I afraid of? What is this telling us saying about my email and my relationship with Allah, my attachment to this dunya
and then you can treat the root causes, rather than the superficial symptom.
Right. So this is your homework, inshallah. And I would really appreciate it if you can, you don't have to do it. And again, if you actually do it, and you can come back and you say, yeah, this is what I found without divulging any secrets, but this is what I really found about myself. And it really helped. Right, and you can make this into a project, you can write it down, you can have your own notebook. This is my heart therapy notebook. And you can write this right and treat yourself and you need also knowledge of Islam. Not knowledge of Islam as needed. But you can try to treat yourself through knowing yourself better. And if you find that it's successful, you can repeat with
another thing that is struggling.
