welcome to this prayer workshop inshallah in the next couple of hours we're going to learn about the most important aspects of the prayer. So inshallah what we're going to be covering within this course today is a few points number one the importance of prayer so that's the first thing shallow to cover. So if you go to sleep at 10 or 11 1130, you have to wake up again to pray 12 you have to pray again. 1230 you have to pray again. Even at two, three o'clock in the morning used to crane, every half an hour you're praying. That's
how many prayers ALLAH made obligatory for us at the beginning. And then every time you missed a prayer from those 50, you'd be sinful, you'd be disobeying Allah, and Allah could have made it 50. And then he came down to five is to show us that we should constantly be worshipping Allah, that what Allah wants us to do is every half an hour remember him, meaning throughout the day, and the night more or less, all of the time that you're awake, and even before you go to sleep. And when you
wake up, all you're doing is remembering Allah, you're worshiping Allah, you're coming closer to Allah. And that's why Allah started at 50. To show this is really how much you should be doing, but are at the mercy of Allah, it comes down to five. But really, what you should be aiming for, is to worship Allah so much. And so we have the prayer. And the prayer is one of the best ways to remember and worship Allah subhanho wa Taala. The prayer was the first thing to become obligatory from all of the actions of Islam, the prayer was the first one to become obligatory, to show its importance, to show that it is one of the best ways that you can worship Allah subhanho wa Taala and come close to
him. And that's why the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that the first thing that you will be asked about on the Day of Judgment, is the prayer.
The first thing that you will be asked about on the Day of Judgment, is the prayer. So you won't be asked about your family, you won't be asked about your job, you won't be asked about your money, you won't be asked about what you did with your time, you will be asked about the prayer. Did you pray? Or Didn't you pray? That's the first thing right there. And then depending on your answer, either you've passed or you failed. If you use, if your prayer is good, and you pass that, then everything else will be easy. But if you fail at the first question, then everything else that Allah asks you will be more difficult. And that's why one of the things that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam said, protect a person in their grave. When a person dies, they go into the grave, and some people will be punished in their grave because of their sins. One of the things that will protect you in the grave is your prayer. So when the punishment wants to come, or the angels want to come and they want to ask you questions, it will be the the prayer that will say, No,
don't come and don't have this person, and so they will protect him. Likewise, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that on the Day of Judgment, the prayer will come and intercede on your behalf. So the prayer will come and say, Our Lord, don't punish this person. Because in the night, when everyone else was asleep, this person would stay awake, praying, he would recite the Quran in his prayer. So well, Lord, don't punish them. And that's why in Ramadan, we have the throwaway prayer. And this year, it's going to be really late. It's going to be like 10, half 1011 o'clock, when most other people are winding down, the getting ready to go to sleep. They just like
changing their clothes or getting ready to finish their day. Were in the masjid praying. When everyone else is asleep, we're still praying. And so on the Day of Judgment, the prayer will intercede on our behalf in sha Allah will say, Our Lord might punish this person, because this person stayed awake, praying whilst everyone else was asleep. And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, one of the last things that he said before he died, and when the processor was about to die, the words that he chose what he said to the people was the most important things. And one of the last things that he said before

So, what we want to do is firstly understand what the prayer actually is. What does the word prayer mean in Arabic? The word for prayer is Sunnah. Right? namaz is the old word right? Salah is the Arabic word. And so prayer in Arabic is Salah, which linguistically in Arabic means to supplicate or to make dua. So when you're saying Salah in Arabic language, it is to make dua to supplicate. And that's why when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, when we make salad upon him, when we say sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, or we say Allahumma salli ala Muhammad Allah Allah Muhammad, this is solid upon the prophets of Salaam we're making dua for him was supplicating for him. He chose to be a messenger and a seventh didn't choose to be a king. So there were other prophets who were kings, right? So like, for example, the prophet that would the Prophet Solomon, other prophets of Allah will kings, Allah gave him the kingdom, the prophet Yusuf, they were kings on earth, and they were prophets of Allah. So even though you're tired in the morning, and it's time for pleasure, to be a true state of Allah means that you wake up, you get out of the bed, you make widow, and you
pray, even though it's difficult, even though you're tired, even though the waters probably called being a true state to Allah, is that even when Aisha is 11 o'clock in the night and you're tired, you've had a long day, you really you want to go to sleep, you don't want to pray, you wait until Russia and you pray.
Being a true state of Allah is that even in the month of Ramadan, and Ramadan is in the summer month and the fasts are really long, and it's hot, and it's difficult to fast and you get thirsty, and you probably have to go to school or do other things as well. go run to people saying you're a slave. You're my slave, right? You don't go around doing that because people don't like it. But when it comes to Allah, it's unreasonable. It's good. Because Allah is the Creator of everything. And to be the slave of Allah is the best thing that you can be. And so even though amongst ourselves, we don't like to be called slaves, I'm not your slave. You're not my slave, but to Allah, all of us are slaves. And so what we compete with one another in is to be the best slave and servant of Allah subhanho wa Taala.
In the prayer, the slave meets his Lord. So we know from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that when you're praying, you're having a direct conversation with Allah. You're meeting Allah subhanho wa Taala, five times a day. So when you reciting for example, Surah Fatiha Allah is responding to you. When you say al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil alameen Allah says, My servant has praised me. When you say Rahman Rahim, Allah says again my servant has glorified me. When you say Maliki or median again Allah says My servant has praised and glorified me. And then when you say er cannot undo what ya can Stein, Allah says, This is for my slave, and there is for him what he wishes. And

And we stay there for as long as we need to, until we get up and we do it over and over and over again every single day.
So we are humbling ourselves, humiliating ourselves for Allah. This is our servitude to Allah, showing that we are slaves of Allah. And that's why when you're in this position, which is the lowest part that you can be, you can't be any lower than your head on the ground.
That's the place when you're closest to Allah. Now, when you're standing in the prayer, now, when you're bowing in the prayer, when you're sitting down in the prayer, when your head's on the ground, that's when Allah knows that you are close to him. And that's when Allah responds to your door. And so a person humbles themselves, we humble ourselves, we humiliate ourselves in front of Allah subhanho wa Taala.
One of the questions that sometimes people have is why do we need to pray? No. So what if we miss a prayer so what if we don't pray today's only one day is only one prayer. Okay, number one, it's a direct link between slaves and his Lord. So we said that when a person is praying, it's as if they're directly speaking to Allah subhanaw taala. So only in other religions, you know, people have to go through a priest or the pope or someone else in order to speak to Allah because they don't feel that they can do it directly. Whereas in Islam, we can do this directly. We don't need an Imam to speak on our behalf. We don't need the scholar speaker on behalf for our parents. other parts of the body. So that's how people are going to be recognized the widow. And the prayer now shows the importance of praying if a person doesn't pray, they've never prayed. How will the person be recognized? How will they be taken out from the fire of how

Every single one of those angels is praying, some are standing, some are bowing, some are prostrating all of them are praying to Allah subhanho wa Taala
that's when you're closest to Allah. So when you're praying, this is the time when you're closest to Allah subhanho wa Taala. Praying until feet would swell so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would pray so much, that his feet would swell they'd become big. Why? Because of how much he would stand and pray. And the prophets also lamb was forgiven for all of his sins. He didn't have any sense. He didn't have any mistakes. But even so he would pray to such an extent. So we're about me and you.

The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that if you were living by a stream, imagine you're living by a river or a stream. And five times a day, you go and you take a swim. You take a bath in that river, would you be dirty after that? Or do you have any dirt left? How many times do
you guys take a shower or a bath? once a day, once a week, once a month? Right? Imagine doing a five times a day is no one that takes a bath five times a day. how clean you'd be the cleanest person ever. If you took a bath five times a day, that's what the prayer does. When you pray to Allah five times a day, all of your sins are removed. And so what sin would you have left if you prayed so much. It's like taking a bath five times a day.
soundness of prayer follows on to other deeds. So the way that you pray, the way that you conduct yourself in your prayer, if your prayer is good, that all of the other deeds that you perform, all of your other good actions will inshallah also be good.
And there is unity. This is the time when all of the Muslims come together, they united, they stand next to each other and they pray. So when you're normally praying the person next to you on either side, you don't even know them. You don't know the name. You don't know where they came from, you don't know who they are. All you know is that they're Muslims. And they're praying like you're praying. And so that's something which unites the Muslims is something which brings us closer together. And there are many other points, but that's all we're going to go through. So those are the important points of prayer.

And he would say to Bilal anishnabe, Sana, let us take peace from the prayer. And so that's showing how a person is close to Allah, that when you're sad, normally when a person's psychological problems, you talk to someone, right? You go and speak to someone, you speak to your dad, your mom, your brother, your sister, someone that you're close to, or your friend, you go and speak to them say, I got this problem. My exams too hot, something's wrong. And so you go and speak to someone. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was
so close to Allah is a man was so strong, that he would go to Allah.
And that's what we have to achieve. Well, that's what we want to be. So when we have problems, we don't need to go to our parents, or our family members. Yes, we talked to them as well. But our first port of call the person that we go, what we do, first and foremost, is we go back to Allah. And so that's what the props of Solomon do. So it gives person a peace and peace and serenity in their heart. Number two, it is the cause of success. So the way that you're successful in this life and in the next life, is by keeping up your prayers. If you miss your prayers, or if you don't pray, or if you abandon the prayer, or if you're one of those people that prays right and like you keep
delaying the prayers, then you will be punished for this. Allah will hold you to account for this. And so when a person is praying, and praying on time, and then praying well, then Allah azza wa jal will give them success in this life and the next, answering of duels. So like we said, when a person is praying the instance that they make,
and when you make dua, Allah will accept you are in that place. So person that like the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that if a person makes Voodoo properly, and then they pray to rock as knuffel, is to option Rockers, and then they make dua to Allah, that Oh Allah, forgive me for all of my sins, Allah will forgive them all.
It won't take you more than five minutes to do that, to make although to pray to, God will take you five minutes. And so just by doing that, and making the right to Allah, all of your sins will be forgiven

It is safety from the fire. So one of the people one of the things that will intercede for you on your multi Yama will be the prayer, it will protect you from the fire, it will
safeguard you and shield you from the fire. And that's obviously one of the greatest benefits of that. And finally, it is a sign of Eman. It is a sign of your faith and your belief in Allah that you pray. Okay. And it's also a very good way of encouraging other people to come to Islam. When people see that you're that discipline. No matter where you are, what you're doing, you will pray five times a day, your other Muslim friends, even the non Muslim friends, even people in society, there is See you, being that discipline will respect and admire you. Even if they don't agree with you. They don't pray themselves. They don't like Islam, they will respect your discipline. No matter
where you are, this is what you do. And so Islam teaches us to be disciplined as well. Okay, moving on. abandoning the prayer. This is an important issue. abandoning the prayer is basically referring to anyone that doesn't pray for whatever reason. Right? So any Muslim that doesn't pray is abandoning the prayer. What happens if you abandon the prayer? If someone gives up the prayer, being ignorant of its obligation, then he is forgiven in general. So for example, just imagine today someone becomes a Muslim.
Right? Someone just became a Muslim today. And it's time for the heart in a couple of hours. They didn't pray. He said to them, why didn't you pray, they're like, I didn't know. I just became almost a manual, you had to pray five times a day. And so that person is forgiven because they've been removed. But the vast majority of us know that we have to pray. So we don't fall under category number one, that's only for people that are new Muslims or something like that, right? Someone that's a new Muslim, or maybe if someone's a young child, like someone's very young, and they still don't know, because they're too young to understand the prayer. People like that are forgiven,
because they don't know. But everyone else, the vast majority of us, all of us sitting here, we know that we need to pray, so we don't fall under category number one. Number two, if someone believes that it is not obligatory, without having that excuse of ignorance, then it is disbelief. So that person isn't a Muslim. A person who says For example, I don't
need to pray the prayer isn't obligatory of me. Or he says, For example, there is no such thing as prayer. I don't need to pray over example, he says, I don't need to pray five times a day, I'll pray once a day. That's all I have to do. Anything like this takes a person outside of Islam, it is disbelief, because we know in our religion, that there are five prayers every single day. And if you reject that, you say that's wrong, then you're saying that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was wrong, and that Allah was wrong. And that is disbelief that is saying that you're not a Muslim. And so all of us have to believe that it is obligatory upon us. If a person doesn't pray, because
they're lazy, that's something else. But they know that they have to pray. They know that they should be praying, but they're doing wrong. Pray for someone, someone rejects the prayer outright says it's not even part of my religion, I don't have to do it, I don't believe in it, then they are automatically a non Muslim, and all of the Muslim scholars agree on this. There is no difference of opinion. If someone does so because of laziness, or without a valid reason, playing PlayStation or hanging out with friends, etc. Then the scholars differ. So someone knows that they have to pray. They know that they should be praying, but they're just lazy. Like many Muslims, right? They know
they have to pray, but they just can't be bothered. Or maybe they don't play because they don't pray because they're busy. They're at work, they're at school, or maybe they want to go and hang out with their friends or they're watching TV. They're playing the PlayStation, so they won't pray. They know that they should be praying. They know that if they don't pray, they're sinful. But they still don't pray. So this person is in a very difficult situation. They're in a very, they're like, like the the tiptoeing right there on the edge of a building, and they're about to fall. And so they need to be careful. Every single person should be praying. And if a person doesn't pray, then they should
repent to Allah, they should ask Allah for forgiveness, and they should stop praying, but to not pray, to leave the prayer to be lazy about the prayer is from the greatest sins in Islam from one of the major sins of Islam. And it is something which leads you very close to being a non Muslim. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that the difference between us and the non Muslims is the prayer. That's the major difference right after believing in only a lot that only one God has to be worshipped. The other major difference between us and our Muslims is the prayer, the way we pray, and the way they pray. And so it is something which is very important.
Lots of panel data set in the Quran, so if they repent and establish the prayer and pay this occurred, then they are your brothers in the religion. So how does a person become a Muslim? They say la ilaha illAllah Muhammad Rasul Allah, they start to pray, and they give this occur. If they do that, then now they're Muslims. So it's not just you say la ilaha illa Allah like many of us do. Lai Lai, La La Mohammed Rasul Allah, then we've never ever prayed or we pray only eat, or maybe we will pray Juma prayer, or we pray maybe in Ramadan, and that's it. That is the Islam. Islam is praying five times a day.
Verily between a man and shulchan Cofer is the band of the prayer. This is a Hadith of the prophets of Salaam that I just mentioned to you that the difference between us and our Muslims is the prayer. The covenant that is between us and them is the prayers whoever leaves it has disbelieved. So in this Hadith, the prophet SAW Selim is saying it outright, that if the person doesn't pray, they reject the prayer, then they are non Muslims.
Do not leave the prayer intentionally for he will leave the intention he has removed himself from the production of Allah and His messenger.
And the companions are the Allahu Allah whom they agreed that this is disbelief. So the companions would say that if a person doesn't pray, if we don't see him in the machine praying, then we didn't think that that person was a Muslim. Just because we didn't see him in the masjid because it was unheard of the companions came, and they prayed together.
Okay, there's something that I want to mention to you. That's very important. Just because we said that a person that doesn't pray is in a difficult position, maybe he's the disbeliever, maybe they're not Muslims. That doesn't mean that you go around now calling people non Muslims. If you have a member of your family of friends that you know, that doesn't pray, you don't say to them, you're not a Muslim. That's a very dangerous thing to call a person, a non Muslim is very dangerous. The prophets on a long way He will send them said that if you say to someone that you are not a Muslim, then either he isn't a Muslim, or you're not a Muslim, one of the two of you will become a
non Muslim, just by saying that. So if it's true, what you're saying, then he'll be the non Muslim. But if he said it, and you want to show that it's not true, then you'll be in the non Muslim. So it's something which is very serious. So just because we know that a person that doesn't pray, isn't a Muslim, it doesn't mean that we go and apply that to people. That's something which the scholars do, it's something which the people have knowledge to, but rather what do we do if we see someone that doesn't pray?
Or maybe our family members on praying. We encourage them to pray. Message they're missing. You know that prayer is part of Islam. You need to pray. And maybe we help them pray. Tell them to pray with you. Tell them for example, pray start with one prayer a day and work your way up. Tell them to seek forgiveness from Allah subhanho wa Taala. But don't ever go to someone and say to them that you're not a Muslim, no matter what they do, if they say la ilaha illAllah Muhammad Rasul Allah, they are Muslims. And it's not your job to go and save someone your own state or your narrow Muslim. Leave that for other people to do.
Okay, so we have another exercise. Now we're going to go back into our groups. And this is what I want you to think about. Abdullah and Yusuf are 18 years old, and they meet for the first time at a conference in Greenland Masjid, they get talking about the prayer, Abdullah says that he normally manages to pray his five daily prayers, although sometimes he misses for john, as it's so early in the summer, use of cells that he prays on average, two times a day, not five, but two times a day, as he's too busy with his studies with hanging out with friends, and he doesn't have time to pray all of the prayers. And if you were Abdullah, how would you advise us to start praying? What would you say to him, that would encourage him to start praying all of his prayers. So if you can go back into groups, so number 1234, whichever one you're in, and you have about five, five minutes? So
what would you say to us?
Time management, okay, so basically needs to manage this time bearer. So it doesn't mean prayer doesn't mean that you can't play with your friends, it doesn't mean that you can't do anything else. All it means is that you've got to manage your time. So when you're playing with your friends, you take a break for 10 minutes to go and pray and then you come back and you carry on.

Okay, so nothing you say to me say you will get more reward. Right? So for example, if a person was working, and they were told, if you work for another hour, we'll give you 100 pounds, who wouldn't do that? Might you go and you want more money, so you get more reward. Likewise, with the prayer just by praying that one prayer which won't take you more than five to 10 minutes, you're getting more reward. And allow will love you more.
Tell him about the punishments of non praying. So one of the punishments is that a person that has a brain may be punished in the fire of hell, they'll be punished in their grave, maybe that person will even leave Islam, if they're not careful. They need to be careful, it's a dangerous situation.
Okay, encourage people to pray with you. That's a good way of doing so if you're playing with your friends. And you know, they don't pray. When the time of prayer comes. Don't just don't pray with them, or go off by yourself and tell them about prayer. Tell them to pray together. Let's take a break. And everyone pray together. Let's pray in congregation. And that way you're encouraging them, but you will also get the reward. So for all of their prayers, you get the reward as well, because you're the one that encouraged them. The next thing that we're going to speak about is delaying the prayer. So the first thing that we spoke about was abandoning the prayer abandoning means that a person doesn't pray at all. Delaying means the person prays, but they pray very late. They pray after the time finishes. So forget a little prayer for your time they pray when they wake up after the sun has risen, and so on. That's what delaying the prayer means.
It is not permissible to lay the prayer beyond its specified time by consensus of the scholars. So in Islam, there's two things number one, you have to pray. You can't abandon the prayer. You can't leave the prayer and number two,
You can't delay the prayer. So every prayer has a time. My Everyone knows that. You look at your timetable, there's a time for the prayers. You have to pray in those times. So you can pray further at night, prayer in the morning, you have to pray each prayer at its own time. And you can't delay the prayer outside of that time. If you do your sinful, you still have to pray. So even if you wake up at nine o'clock and you're finished at six, you still have to pray. But you're not sinful. You're sinful, because you delayed the prayer beyond its time. Allah subhanho wa Taala says in the Salah to cannot earn more money, Nikita Mota, the prayer is enjoined upon the believers at appointed times.
So you can pray all five prayers at once in the morning, or five prayers at once in the evening. You have to pray every prayer at its own time.
Unlike was the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, Truly it is not sleep, that is the neglect. Rather the neglect is that a person does not perform the prayer until the time for the next prayer enters. So that's what it means to be forgetful in Islam, that you leave your prayer off until the time of the next prayer comes and you don't pray at a proper time.
Some of the scholars said that it's such a big sin, that if you delay the prayer, and the time of the prayer finishes, even though you still have to pray, Allah won't accept it for me. So you still have to pray. But you won't get any reward for that prayer. Because you delayed it after it's time. And so it's an important thing when the time of prayer comes, you have to pray within that time as well. Otherwise, it is a sin in the sight of Allah subhanho wa Taala unless you have a valid excuse, right? So Islam is a religion of mercy. And Islam knows that sometimes it's difficult for a person to pray at the proper time, for one reason or another. So if there is a valid excuse, then it's
allowed. What are those valid excuses, for example, a person that's sick, or a person that's traveling, they can combine the prayers or change the times of the prayer, because if a person is sick, it's difficult for them, maybe to get up and pray five times a day, if they're really sick, right, not just like a small headache, right? Probably sick is difficult for them. Or if they're traveling, and they're on an airplane, and they've traveling like for seven, eight hours, it's difficult for them to pray. And so now that's a valid excuse. So now you can delay or change the timings of the prayer. A person who's asleep. So if a person for example, genuinely doesn't wake up,
over example, they they're sitting at home and they fall asleep, to sit on the couch, and then they missed the time on the prayer, that person is forgiven, so long as they tried their best everything in their power. So they put the alarm on, they ask someone else to wake them up. So if you put your alarm on in the morning, and you still overslept, then it's okay. But if you don't even put your alarm on, you don't even try to wake up professional, then it is a sin. So you have to do everything that you can in your ability. But then even if after all of that you still sleep you're a heavy sleeper you didn't make up or maybe the day you were extra tired, then inshallah you will be okay.
And likewise a person who's forgotten. So maybe someone's really busy that day, they didn't even notice the time so the time of Muslims come in and they're so busy, obviously like working or doing something Hello right not watching TV, but doing something which is good and they're so busy that they forget the time of the prayer, and then they look at the clock and they all handle all the time is gone, and then they pray there inshallah will be okay. So if you have a valid excuse, you're sleeping, you forgotten, you're traveling, you're sick, something like that, then it's okay. Otherwise, it is a sin in the sight of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

So if you wake up, like two minutes before, and now you're not wasting time, not just sitting there in bed thinking, What do I do, right? But you're actually going and you're making a shower. Because it's connected to the prayer, it's something which you have to do in order to pray, then you okay?
Because without it, you can't pray. So because you busying yourself in something which leads up to the prayer, then it's okay. Whereas if we just sat in bed, lie down for about a go and went and had a snack, maybe had something to eat had a drink, then now you'd be sinful. But if you're busying yourself with taking a shower, because you know, you need to pray, then you're okay. Other scholars say no, you can't delay it out of the time, you have to pray straight away. You have to pray straight away, like what the Buddha was saying, you have to pray straight away, and you don't do anything else. You just pray in whatever state that you're in.
Even taymiyah said time is given preference, except for one who was a staple had forgotten as their time begins when they wake up or remember. So basically, what you do is that you busy yourself with the prayer. So if, for example, you wake up in the morning, and you find yourself that you need to take a shower, then you go and take a shower, even if the time is going to expire. You go and you take a shower, you busy yourself with the prayer, right? Like for example, if someone was for example, just say you went out camping, right? And again, you woke up and there's only two minutes left. And you don't know where the Qibla is, you don't know which way to pray. You don't know what
the direction is. If you're busy trying to find the direction and you can find it within that two minutes. That's what you do. You find the direction of the Qibla and then you pray. So you busy yourself with something which is connected to the prayer and then inshallah It's okay. Likewise, if you're asleep and forgotten, like you said before, that's a valid excuse anyway. So if you were sleep, you overslept or you forgot or something, then inshallah you're okay as long.
What are the preconditions of the prayer we just kind of mentioned this very quickly, so we'll go over it again. Number one is that you're free from impurity. So that means for example, that you have to make Udo you have to make awesome. So if someone goes to the bathroom, if someone for example, has a wet dream, like you said, if someone, for example, has clothes, which are there to anything like that, they need to free themselves from impurity, they have to clean themselves. The professor Sallam said, there is no prayer for the one who is impure until he makes will do. Okay, so you can't pray until you make will do. Number two, the prayer time. So you can't pray until the time

So you obviously have to face the direction of Makkah, wherever you are, you have to face matter. Because normally you watch like that, and water doesn't get in between the fingers, make sure that you wash in between the fingers, as well. So you wash your hands three times what you do after that.
You put water into your mouth and your nose, how do you put water into your mouth and your nose,
you get water into your right palm
and you drink from it and you pour it into your nose all at the same time. So some of the water will go into your mouth, part of it will go into your nose. So you do it once right, when you put the water into your mouth, then it is also the sooner to gargle if you can to make sure that the water reaches everywhere in your mouth. So don't just put in your mouth and spit it out. Make sure that the water moves around your mouth goes towards the back of the mouth, then spit it out. Right for the nose it is the sooner to blow the water up and to blow it out again, to make sure that again the water goes up into your nose and out properly. Where do you start from?
You start from the tip of your hair and what you do, you go all the way back to the bottom, right the back of your head and then all the way back forward. So you literally go back and forward once. You simply go back once and you come forward once that's all there is and then with the same water that's already on your hands, you do your ears, how do you do your ears, you put your index finger inside the ear, your thumb around at the back, and then you wipe in and out. you wipe in and out. Okay, how many times you do the IRS once as well. So the hair and the IRS are done once where it is
simply wiping over them. You don't touch your neck you don't have to wipe your neck. You don't have to do anything else it is simply the hair and the IRS. What do you do after that?
