And if you look deeply in the history of that, you can also find that that name has a reason similarly, Allah Subhana Allah has given the Book of Allah subhana wa tada names. Actually Allah subhana wa tada has given the Book of Allah many names, not just one name. Some of the scholars they actually said that the names of a large book, they are near 100 names. Others they said a little bit less than that 90 odd names others they said 55 names such as some of the later scholars of aluminum Koran, as Akashi, and others. And these

names are names which are descriptive, there are descriptions of the book of Allah subhanho wa Taala. But there are a few names.

A few of these names are names, which are primary names of the book of Allah subhanaw taala. These names Allah subhanaw taala, has given to his book and used recurringly throughout the Quran again and again. Now the first of those names is of course, none other than the Koran itself. So let's get talking about recall. Remember, when we were talking about the names and we're talking about a multiplicity of names, realize that the Arabs have a practice and also other cultures have a practice that whenever they name something, with multiple names, they actually are doing that because they find this particular object to be so valuable because they're trying to give it more

We will be discussing the two different ways that Allah subhanho wa Taala has allowed for this book to be preserved. Allah subhana wa tada has placed the quality of preservation in the very name of the Quran. So Allah subhana wa Taala calls the Quran the Quran, ie the recital and Allah subhana wa Taala calls the Parana Kitab as well, the book which is to be written down, okay.

by memorization. And you must already know and if you don't know that, know that there's millions of people out there who have the Quran committed to heart entirely So okay, so they could literally recreate the Koran within a matter of days, if we were to lose all of the copies of the Quran and around the world. I mean, there's hundreds of 1000s actually, perhaps millions, if not in the billions copies of the Quran around the world, right? If we were to presume that all of these copies were to be lost, within a moment's notice, we could have people around the world gathered that could reproduce a copy of the Quran, entirely the same as the original copy. Why is that? Because they've

memorized it, they've committed it all to their heart, right? So this is the two mechanisms of the preservation of the Quran. It is a very, very powerful way of preserving the book of Allah as Kitab Al Kitab is the second name and Allah subhanho wa Taala starts off the Quran by referring to and Kitab as well. A lot tells us in the beginning of the Quran, in the second tour of the Quran and Islamic radical kita Bulava fee. That is the book which has no doubt within it.

suite, I will be revealed. So the entire suite would be placed wherever the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam would, you know, encourage the Sahaba to place it, right. So there is that angle of preservation there as well. But generally people are memorizing, okay, then, in the name of Kitab, Allah is giving a hint that eventually and very soon, so it will become a Kitab. And that's exactly what happened during the lifetime of the Sahaba, in a very, very short period after the death of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam were in Abu Bakar, had gathered, along with the commission of different Sahaba, the Quran, he was the one who commissioned it, and he commissioned a group of

Sahaba, such as aids and other companions, who were very, very knowledgeable and scholars of the book of Allah subhanaw taala, gathered into a book form.
