00:01:26--> 00:01:30

So are familiar with, to some extent to quite an extent,

00:01:31--> 00:01:38

is an event. One of the most noteworthy events from the life of Rasulullah, sallAllahu, alayhi, wasallam

00:01:39--> 00:02:21

and the struggle Miraj, I'm going to talk more so today about what it exactly represents and what it means and how we can also derive lessons and benefit from this particular moment from the life of the prophets a lot, he said, but at the same time, just to be able to understand exactly when and where and how it occurred. At least travel Mirage occurred in the 11th year of prophethood, the 11th year of prophethood. That means 11 years after the start of the mission, and the message of the Prophet salatu salam 11 years from the moment of it caught up, it caught up Bismillah becon Liddy Haluk

00:02:23--> 00:02:50

Elisa will Meraj occurred. According to the majority of the scholars majority of the historians, it occurred in the month of Rajab, and majority of the historians are of the opinion that it occurred at the end of the month of Rajab, which is part of the reason why we are gathering here tonight to try to understand exactly when it occurred. While we talk about the significance of it.

00:02:52--> 00:03:04

We use these words a lot will miraj but to understand exactly what they mean, is Sora is a word in the Arabic language, which means to travel by night,

00:03:05--> 00:03:23

to travel a long distance at nighttime to undertake a journey at nighttime. I'll me Raj refers to ascension, the word in English is ascension, to ascend, to move straight upwards from Rouge. And so that is when it occurred.

00:03:24--> 00:03:41

That it occurred in the 11th year of the mission of the prophets, Allah the salam, according to most that occurred towards the end of the month of Rajab 27th of Rajab is quite popularly known, and what it means it means to travel by night, and then ascend into the heavens.

00:03:43--> 00:03:57

More importantly, and I'll go ahead and also mention this here, straw will mirage. There is a lot of detail that we have about this event, from the life of the Prophet sallallaahu Salam, just to give you one reference,

00:03:58--> 00:04:09

the most extensive and prolific work on the life of the prophet Salatu Salam is a 13 volume work called Saluda, Russia.

00:04:11--> 00:04:57

And it was written by a lemma, a Sunni hate crime, Allahu Allah, Allah. And in that work, when it comes to Illustra, will mirage. He has written 145 pages just on this event. So that's how extensive it is. That's how much detail there is. If you go to the CETA podcast, I covered it in seven sessions, each session being a little longer than an hour. So there's over seven hours of just detail going through this entire event and everything that transpired in this event. And everything the prophets a lot is from experience and witnessed on this night. Obviously, we don't have that kind of time to go through that much detail. And I don't think that that would be best for us to

00:04:57--> 00:04:58

focus on here in this forum.

00:04:59--> 00:05:00

You

00:05:00--> 00:05:45

it'll just become like very busy with a lot of details and it'll be hard to kind of grasp exactly what we're talking about. We will touch on some of the details. But what I would prefer to do largely is focus on what exactly was the circumstance of the prophets, Allah Islam? What did this night mean and represent for the Prophet salAllahu alayhi wasallam. And then subsequently, what can we take and derive from this particular event from the life of the prophet Sallallahu sallam? So let's exactly understand where the prophets Allah, the Saddam is at this particular moment. If we say it's in the 11th, year of prophethood, nimueh. What has the prophets Allah, he's been through,

00:05:45--> 00:05:57

he has been through over a decade of preaching and teaching the message of his song. And he has been through a decade of denial, opposition

00:05:58--> 00:06:08

and persecution, and, and complete an utter disregard and disrespect for his mission and his message.

00:06:09--> 00:06:33

To understand a snapshot of what that was like. They spent three years isolated boycott in the Sharapova we thought of outside the city of Mecca, where they were being starved to death. No one could interact with them, no one could do business with them. And they were being completely isolated and they were being starved and suffocated to death. He has gone through three years of that.

00:06:35--> 00:06:49

The prophets a lot, he said, um, has had to with a very heavy heart, send nearly 100 of his followers including his own family members, his own daughter Ruqayyah, the Allahu Taala and her and her husband,

00:06:50--> 00:07:03

Earth Mondo na are fun that the Allahu Taala and who he has had to send away nearly 100 of his followers, including his most beloved family members into seeking asylum and refuge in East Africa.

00:07:04--> 00:07:17

The prophets a lot he certainly has witnessed his companions being tortured, murdered, in cold blood in broad daylight in the streets of Mecca, relentless, vicious, ruthless.

00:07:18--> 00:07:51

And then most recently, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam has suffered the loss of who can easily be described as the most important person in his life. And that was his wife of 25 years, the mother of his children, the first person to believe in Him, the strongest of his supporters had the gentle Cobra not the Allahu Taala and she passed away. And the prophets Allah the psalm lost such a pillar that he relied upon, and that he sought strength from

00:07:54--> 00:08:35

near merely three weeks later, the prophets Allah the psalm suffered the loss of the other most important person in his life. And that was his uncle Abu Khalid Abu Talib was the man he was the uncle of the prophets, Allah the son but that does not that word uncle doesn't even begin to capture what he means to the prophets, Allah Lisa, the Prophet sallallahu Sallam as we know to review that lesson, his his father passed away before he was born while his mother was pregnant with him. His mother passed away when he was only six years old. His grandfather who was taking care of him passed away two years later when the prophets Allah, the son was eight years old. From that point on

00:08:35--> 00:08:43

forward from the age of eight, the person who took care of him the person who raised him, the person who looked after him and supported him was a Bhutan.

00:08:44--> 00:08:49

And when the prophets Allah, the sum received the message from Allah, it corrupt Bismillah Bismillah, the hudec

00:08:50--> 00:08:57

I will call it will not accepting or believing in this message, supported the prophets Allah.

00:08:58--> 00:09:05

He supported the prophets Allah exam, he defended the prophets a lot. He said, ammoniated the prophets a lot each of them and he kept his enemies at bay.

00:09:07--> 00:09:08

And Bhutan, he passed away,

00:09:10--> 00:09:11

back to back.

00:09:12--> 00:09:24

And the death of a Bhutan is a particularly very heartbreaking moment. From the life of the prophet Sallallahu Sallam where the prophets Allah the psalm sat by the side of his bed,

00:09:25--> 00:09:29

and he begged and pleaded with him.

00:09:30--> 00:09:48

He urged him cutting mutton had to look behind Allah. Say the words just once. And if you say them, I will vouch for you on the Day of Resurrection on the Day of Judgment. You wanted him to embrace the religion Nightline, Allah, Muhammad Rasul Allah.

00:09:50--> 00:10:00

And Abu Talib said to the prophets, Allah, Allah Deena Abdul Muttalib that I cannot leave the religion of our forefathers away of my forefathers and he passed away

00:10:00--> 00:10:02

without accepting the message of the prophets a lot is

00:10:03--> 00:10:07

the prophets Allah He said I'm was so devastated.

00:10:08--> 00:10:21

So heartbroken that Allah had to console him in the Quran in Nicoletta demon bapta When I can Allah Hey, I think Manisha don't second guess yourself, don't question yourself, don't doubt yourself. There was nothing more you could do.

00:10:23--> 00:10:29

You cannot guide who you have loved Allah guides him to wherever He wills. This is not in your hands, there was nothing you could do.

00:10:31--> 00:11:20

And on top of that, the passing of authority have also removed a major obstacle for the people of Makkah when it came to the persecution of the prophets, Allah the Seminole Muslims, it gave them It made it open season. And there's a narration that describes that a little while after Abu Talib had died, the prophets Allah He said him was walking in Makkah. And one of the just, you know, young troublemakers from the streets of Mecca, walked up to the prophets, Allah the salam and grabbed him by his shirt and started to speak to him so rudely and with profanities so obscene Lee spoke to him. And then he said to the prophets, Allah the sound that Abu Talib is dead, who will protect you now.

00:11:22--> 00:11:29

And then the prophets Allah, He said, of understanding how desperate the situation in Makkah had become.

00:11:30--> 00:11:47

He traveled to the second largest city in Arabia at that time after MCCA, home to the second largest tribe after Quraysh, which was thought if in the tribe of Bonita Keefe, and the prophets allottee some traveled there by himself, he had Zaid of Nahata with him.

00:11:48--> 00:12:03

And they went there and the prophets Allah the salam went to the leadership to try to reason with them, that I have this message that is good for your people. They rejected the prophets Allah the salam disrespected him.

00:12:04--> 00:12:10

And then when the prophets a lot, he said, I'm trying to leave their city quietly, peacefully.

00:12:12--> 00:12:18

They set they set all the troublemakers in their city after the prophets, Allah they said

00:12:20--> 00:12:23

they unleashed them upon him like wild dogs.

00:12:24--> 00:12:28

And they started to stone the prophets a lot, he said,

00:12:29--> 00:12:31

they threw rocks at him, they stoned him.

00:12:33--> 00:12:41

they stoned him all the way from the city of thought into a place called cognitive my nozzle and some of the locals at that time refer to it as cognate the island.

00:12:42--> 00:12:46

I've been to that place. It is three miles outside of time.

00:12:47--> 00:12:49

For three miles they threw rocks at him.

00:12:51--> 00:12:54

And he bled so much from his body.

00:12:56--> 00:12:58

That is blood poured into his sandals.

00:12:59--> 00:13:07

His sandals became soaked with his blood and dried and became glued to his feet

00:13:09--> 00:13:13

that they'd been Hadith had to rip them off the feet of the prophets Allah

00:13:16--> 00:13:19

and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam may do at that time.

00:13:20--> 00:13:25

Very famous, beautiful to our he turned to Allah subhanaw taala and sought refuge in Allah.

00:13:26--> 00:13:57

Allah Ilica Dorf, acuity O Allah, I complained to you have nothing else but my own weakness. 00:14:03--> 00:14:17

00:14:18--> 00:14:27

In them Yeah, couldn't be calling your husband fella Uber, even if that's the case. So Allah as long as you are not angry or upset with me, I don't care what these people do to me.

00:14:30--> 00:14:35

And then he asked Allah subhanaw taala that oh Allah I asked you

00:14:36--> 00:14:37

be newlyweds HC.

00:14:38--> 00:14:49

With your light, your guidance your blessing. Allah the saleha Ali I'm good lineable Akira that can fix all the problems of this world in the next

00:14:51--> 00:14:53

Alliant Zillow, biggest akattak

00:14:55--> 00:14:59

Allah again, Zillow be a harder book that oh Allah you not be angry.

00:15:00--> 00:15:40

with me and you not be upset with me, look alerts bah bah bah, I will continue to serve you go until you are pleased with me. Whether Hola Hola, Quwata illa big and there is no ability to do good or strength to fight evil. Unless you grant it Oh Allah, He made this dua. And then he was given the opportunity, given either Ali Salam came to him, brought the angels responsible for the mountains and said Yara Sula. If you give the word if you issue the command, Allah will cause these mountains on either side of this town to merge into one another, crushing and bearing and erasing these people.

00:15:42--> 00:15:59

But the prophets, Allah, He said them, he made the DUA, that no I don't want that. And I pray and I hope that they will accept Islam. And if they even don't, then Allah will bring forth someone from their children and their progeny, who would believe who would believe and who would accept that message?

00:16:01--> 00:16:23

The prophets Allah, the son went through this event, then when he tried to go back home, okay, when somebody has a terrible experience, they go back home. And at the very least, you have some relief at home, when he tried to go back home, that people have thought if sent the word to the people of Makkah, saying Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he came here to our town

00:16:24--> 00:16:26

to ally with us against you.

00:16:28--> 00:16:31

They slandered the prophets, Allah, the sermon tried to say that he was a traitor,

00:16:32--> 00:16:36

that he went there to fight against Makkah.

00:16:37--> 00:16:53

And they blocked him from entering and they said, if he enters, we will arrest him and we will try Him for treason and make and execute him. And the prophets allowed him to spend three days this was the only time in his life he ever went back to the cave of Utah. After receiving that revelation.

00:16:54--> 00:17:04

He went back to the cave of Hadar and he spent three days there until he was finally able to receive some protection and security. And he was able to go back home to Mecca.

00:17:06--> 00:17:09

The prophets Allah He had been to been through so much.

00:17:11--> 00:17:16

And the prophets Allah, he certainly never had a quote unquote, low point.

00:17:17--> 00:17:32

He never lost an ounce of his faith in Allah, his trust in Allah. But in terms of circumstances, this is what we would describe as a very, very difficult tragic time. It's hard to imagine something more tragic than this.

00:17:34--> 00:17:36

And at that particular moment,

00:17:37--> 00:17:39

the prophets a lot he said them tells us

00:17:40--> 00:17:43

that one night he went home

00:17:45--> 00:17:46

and he laid down in his home,

00:17:47--> 00:17:57

fully just suck for Beatty. He says that the roof of my home, it miraculously opened up the ceiling.

00:17:59--> 00:18:02

And I was commanded

00:18:03--> 00:18:05

to go to the GABA.

00:18:06--> 00:18:09

He went to the huddle where the Kaaba is the Hatim

00:18:10--> 00:18:23

on the side of the Kaaba that was originally a part of the Kaaba, the prophets a lot, he said and went there. And he was ordered to lay down there in the Hatim and he laid down there.

00:18:24--> 00:18:29

And Gibreel and Myka II and he was salam, the angels of Allah.

00:18:30--> 00:18:39

They came to the Prophet sallallahu sallam, and he said for Shaka nabina had the heel Ilahi they opened the chest of the prophets, Allah He Salam.

00:18:40--> 00:18:45

And then they washed the heart of the prophets, Allah, the serum,

00:18:46--> 00:18:49

Mum, Lu and Iman,

00:18:50--> 00:19:01

that they washed the heart of the prophets, Allah He Solomon filled his chest with faith, with light, with new with strength, with conviction.

00:19:03--> 00:19:25

And then they asked the prophets a lot he said him, they presented Djibouti Laude Salam presented to the Prophet salallahu Salam, an animal. The Prophet sallallahu Sallam says that it was a white animal duck but in a beard, Donal burly, well, focal Hemara it was smaller than a mule, but larger than a donkey, and it was white.

00:19:27--> 00:19:34

And it was presented to the prophets a lot. He said when he was asked, he was informed that it was the Buraq

00:19:36--> 00:19:45

and he was asked to ride the animal and the prophets a lot, he said and says, You're the HUD, the HUD were who are in the Aqsa turfy.

00:19:46--> 00:19:50

Its first step landed as far as the eye could see.

00:19:51--> 00:19:53

It moved at the speed of light.

00:19:55--> 00:19:56

And

00:19:57--> 00:19:59

Gibreel Alehissalaam was alarmed

00:20:00--> 00:20:02

Light of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

00:20:03--> 00:20:15

and then the animal stops. Within moments within seconds, the animal stops and the Prophet sallallahu sallam was requested to get down and pray.

00:20:16--> 00:20:22

And after the prophets Allah Leeson prayed to the gods. And then when he got back onto the animal

00:20:23--> 00:20:36

Gibreel Ali Salah master prophets are some Do you know where you just prayed? And he said, I don't. He said, You prayed in a beautiful place out of them, thank you, Abba, what illegal Mohajer and one day someone will move here. It was Medina

00:20:38--> 00:20:43

and then the prophets Allah He said, um, the animal moved again and it stopped very quickly.

00:20:44--> 00:20:48

And again, the prophets Allah ation was requested to pray.

00:20:49--> 00:20:52

Given either Ali Sam said, Do you know where you prayed? And he said, No, I don't.

00:20:54--> 00:21:03

He said, You prayed at the place. Where Musa alayhis salam, Allah subhanaw taala spoke to Musa Elisa will kill them Allah Musa crema.

00:21:05--> 00:21:11

Then he got on the animal. And within again, a couple of moments, the animal stops.

00:21:12--> 00:21:14

And the Prophet saw some was requested to pray.

00:21:15--> 00:21:20

And he said, Do you know where you just prayed? The prophets a lot? He said, No, I do not.

00:21:21--> 00:21:31

And he said that you were you just prayed at the place where one of the greatest miracles that humanity has ever witnessed the birth of a Saudi salaam

00:21:32--> 00:21:33

you just prayed at that place.

00:21:36--> 00:21:38

And along this journey,

00:21:40--> 00:21:44

the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam, as Allah mentions in the Quran

00:21:45--> 00:21:49

that we showed him our signs.

00:21:50--> 00:21:54

We showed him our signs, Alma Shahid, I got

00:21:55--> 00:22:18

the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was able to see different things. Miraculously, Allah subhanaw taala showed him these different things. Some of them were very difficult. Some of them were very heavy. And some of them were very remarkable. One of the things that the prophets a lot he sent him saw, that he witnessed

00:22:19--> 00:22:24

was that there was this remarkable fragrance coming from one place.

00:22:26--> 00:22:43

And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asked, ye Jibreel Maha Yoga, Hatha Yoga, what is remarkable fragrance. I've never smelled anything like this. And Gibreel Ali salaam informs the Prophet sallallahu sallam, how the hero had to mash it or the eternity from Whoa, la dia.

00:22:45--> 00:22:53

Phil around the great tyrants he his daughter had a chambermaid

00:22:54--> 00:22:55

a servant girl.

00:22:56--> 00:23:00

And she believed in the message of Musa alayhis salam.

00:23:02--> 00:23:03

And one time

00:23:04--> 00:23:09

the daughter hears the maid, say Bismillah, the name of Allah.

00:23:11--> 00:23:15

And so she immediately informs her father

00:23:16--> 00:23:24

and fit her own decides to make her an exempt. make an example out of her that in my palace, you define me.

00:23:25--> 00:23:38

And he tortured her to leave her faith. And she said, No, she refused. She had children, small children fit on brings the children and he threatens to Burn them alive in front of her.

00:23:41--> 00:23:44

And as a mother, her heart is heavy.

00:23:46--> 00:23:51

And she starts to shake and waver a bit as anyone would.

00:23:52--> 00:24:01

And this was one of those instances where miraculously, her baby speaks to his mother Do not be afraid. Allah will take care of us

00:24:03--> 00:24:06

that on the other side of this fire, Paradise awaits us

00:24:07--> 00:24:09

and for our own,

00:24:10--> 00:24:13

murdered all of them the whole family

00:24:14--> 00:24:25

and Djibouti rod he said um, tells the prophets a lot he said them that this is where the remains of her family are. And this is the fragrance that you are experiencing.

00:24:27--> 00:24:40

The prophets a lot he said them sees this example. This is miraculous. This doesn't make sense in terms of the worldly realm. Allah subhanaw taala was disclosing to him matters of the unseen

00:24:42--> 00:24:46

and the prophets a lot he said, um, sees that there are these people.

00:24:47--> 00:24:50

They go, they have a seed in their hand.

00:24:51--> 00:24:59

They go to the ground, and they put the seed in the ground and they cover it with dirt. As soon as they cover it with dirt. You

00:25:00--> 00:25:08

instantaneously, the seeds sprouts, and a whole tree grows out of it and immediately gross fruits

00:25:10--> 00:25:11

a miracle

00:25:12--> 00:25:14

and he says to Gibreel What is this?

00:25:16--> 00:25:19

And Gibreel Ali Salam says the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam,

00:25:20--> 00:25:26

that these are the people who strive in the way of Allah for the truth.

00:25:28--> 00:25:34

That their smallest, most humble efforts are rewarded in this way by Allah.

00:25:35--> 00:25:38

Their effort could be as small as a seed.

00:25:39--> 00:25:44

But Allah subhanaw taala will give them their reward like this tree laden with fruits.

00:25:46--> 00:25:48

So everything that we're seeing right now,

00:25:49--> 00:25:59

going back to remember, the situation of the Prophet Telavi Salam, such a difficult moment in his life, so many challenges, tragedies.

00:26:00--> 00:26:28

But Allah subhanaw taala shows the prophets Allah, that Allah has something better for you. Well, Allah Hera to Pharaoh like Amina Lula, what is about to come is better than what has preceded and he shows him Medina. And then the prophets, Allah these him was able to pray at the place where Allah spoke to Musa and they're easily son was born without a father, to remind to connect him to remind all of us of the power of Allah subhanaw taala.

00:26:30--> 00:26:41

And then the prophets, Allah, He said, was able to see that he's able to experience that remarkable fragrance of someone who made such a remarkable, unbelievable sacrifice

00:26:42--> 00:26:43

for the sake of Allah,

00:26:44--> 00:27:03

that look at their reward in the hereafter. That Allah shows the prophets Allah loves him and we are able to now understand this, that when someone strives for the sake of Allah, they strive for the truth, they strive for what is correct, then this is how Allah will multiply and grow their rewards in their hate.

00:27:06--> 00:27:12

But at the same time, the prophets Allah the sun was shown some other things that are very heavy.

00:27:13--> 00:27:15

The prophets a lot he some saw

00:27:17--> 00:27:18

that there's

00:27:19--> 00:27:20

some people

00:27:21--> 00:27:22

that

00:27:25--> 00:27:31

there, their heads are being smashed crushed, with these big rocks.

00:27:34--> 00:27:37

And after their head is completely smashed and crushed,

00:27:38--> 00:27:48

that it returns, it returns back to its original form. And then that happens over and over and over and over and over again repeatedly.

00:27:50--> 00:28:02

And he says ma they LGBT man Ha, what is happening? Well, who are these people? Why is this happening to them? Gibreel Alexandre says, Hola, Latina, Tirtha CalU Russophone are in the Salah.

00:28:03--> 00:28:09

These are the people who are too busy and occupied with their own lives

00:28:11--> 00:28:13

to make time for Allah subhanaw taala

00:28:14--> 00:28:15

they didn't have time to pray.

00:28:17--> 00:28:25

They didn't have time for Allah subhanaw taala. And so this is their punishment, till the Day of Judgment.

00:28:27--> 00:28:29

Then he saw some people

00:28:30--> 00:28:34

that they were eating

00:28:35--> 00:28:37

these vile, nasty things.

00:28:39--> 00:28:40

And when they would eat them,

00:28:41--> 00:28:49

it would just destroy them and come out the other side. And it just kept on going on and on and on and on and on.

00:28:51--> 00:29:04

He said Man, how will I get Jibreel? Who are these people? Why is this is happening to them? And he said How will I leadin Allah you aduna sadaqa Amalia him. These are the people that would not give their zakat. Allah blesta Allah gave them wealth.

00:29:06--> 00:29:12

And there were people that were in need, but they neglected their responsibility, and they would not give them charity.

00:29:15--> 00:29:18

He saw that there were some people

00:29:19--> 00:29:21

who would

00:29:23--> 00:29:28

gather together all of this like firewood, they were gathering wood.

00:29:30--> 00:29:34

And they would keep on gathering, getting gathering and gathering it

00:29:35--> 00:29:41

to the point where it would become so heavy, they would keep carrying it that eventually would crush them.

00:29:43--> 00:29:46

It would literally pulverize them under its weight.

00:29:47--> 00:29:50

He said Man How would I urge every mother What is this?

00:29:51--> 00:29:59

And he said these are the people who are trusted by others. Amana? They were trusted by others and they

00:30:00--> 00:30:02

He betrayed the trust of people.

00:30:05--> 00:30:12

And similarly, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was shown some other really horrific scenarios.

00:30:13--> 00:30:24

People who that used to backbite about other people, people who would slander other people, he witnessed all these horrific things.

00:30:25--> 00:30:27

And this was once again a reminder

00:30:28--> 00:30:36

about our responsibilities and what we need to be mindful of, and what our duties and our responsibilities to Allah Allah

00:30:39--> 00:30:45

and then finally, they arrive at eliquids

00:30:46--> 00:30:49

Jerusalem and they arrive at Al Masjid Al Aqsa

00:30:51--> 00:31:16

as Allah mentioned in the Quran, Subhana Allah de as Sarabi Abdi he, Laila Minal Masjid Al haram, MI, ll Masjid Al Aqsa, Allah de Baraka hola hoo, that all glory and perfection belongs to Allah. He is the one who took his chosen servant Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam from Al Masjid Al haram in Makkah to Al Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem.

00:31:17--> 00:31:23

And that place and muscle, Aqsa, Allah says, We have blessed the entire region around it.

00:31:26--> 00:31:27

The prophets Allah, He sent him arrives there.

00:31:29--> 00:31:40

And there is a place where Jabril Ali Salam goes and says, tie the Buraq to this place, every single prophet, the 1000s upon 1000s of prophets who have come here.

00:31:42--> 00:31:43

They would tie their animal here

00:31:45--> 00:31:46

and he tied his animal.

00:31:48--> 00:32:09

And then Gibreel ra Salam led the Prophet sallallahu Sallam to the middle of the compound of Alexa. When you go there today, we're familiar with some of the sights, the Dome of the Rock, unless you deliberately, the Masjid that's at the, the Qibla direction at the front of the compound.

00:32:10--> 00:32:19

And there's many many different other structures as well. But AXA, the sacred compound is the entire area is Aleksa.

00:32:20--> 00:32:21

The whole thing is sacred.

00:32:23--> 00:32:36

And he takes him there to the front of the compound. And they're the prophets Allah He said them was greeted by the souls of all the prophets that Allah subhanaw taala had ever sent.

00:32:37--> 00:32:44

One of the narrations in the Muslim ummah, Muhammad Rahim Allahu Allah, Allah says, there are over 100,000 prophets that were sent.

00:32:45--> 00:32:56

Allah subhanaw taala says in the Quran will equally mature Rasool the prophet or a messenger was sent to every single group of people, culminating in the finality of the prophets, Allah the center.

00:32:57--> 00:33:00

And all of those prophets souls were gathered there.

00:33:02--> 00:33:17

And then the prophets a lot he sent him says, for HANA to salatu, for among to him, and then I was informed that we that you will pray now and the prophets Allah He said, I was asked to lead all the prophets in prayer

00:33:19--> 00:33:20

at Mercy, merci, Luxa.

00:33:22--> 00:33:22

And,

00:33:23--> 00:33:26

obviously, when we talk about tragedy,

00:33:28--> 00:33:30

and pain, and suffering,

00:33:31--> 00:33:35

this is an extremely tragic time for our ummah.

00:33:37--> 00:33:43

We with the massacre in the genocide of our brothers and sisters in Hassan May Allah subhanaw taala granted victory.

00:33:45--> 00:33:45

And

00:33:46--> 00:33:48

what's remarkable

00:33:49--> 00:33:52

is that mercy Luxa

00:33:53--> 00:33:56

Lockwood's other Mubarak Mubaraka

00:33:57--> 00:33:59

that sacred Holy Land,

00:34:00--> 00:34:06

that is where Allah subhanaw taala took the Prophet salallahu salam to give comfort and tranquility to his heart.

00:34:08--> 00:34:14

That is where Allah took the Prophet sallallahu sallam, we needed the strength to continue.

00:34:16--> 00:34:19

It is the place of that strength, it is a place of tranquility.

00:34:20--> 00:34:27

And that's why we see that no matter what it is unleashed and afflicted upon

00:34:28--> 00:34:34

our brothers and sisters there, we see that strength in tranquillity, the dignity

00:34:35--> 00:34:42

that they manifest that they model that they represent.

00:34:43--> 00:34:48

And this goes all the way back to that moment. At the time that the prophets Allah,

00:34:49--> 00:34:53

Allah took the prophets are some there at his most difficult moment.

00:34:54--> 00:34:56

Because that is a place of strength.

00:34:58--> 00:34:59

The prophets Allah ism led all the way

00:35:00--> 00:35:01

prophets in prayer there.

00:35:03--> 00:35:04

And then

00:35:05--> 00:35:06

Gibreel Ali Salam,

00:35:07--> 00:35:09

he takes the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:35:11--> 00:35:16

And he says that from here, now, you will ascend.

00:35:18--> 00:35:23

And from there the prophets Allah determines you believe Ali Salam, they ascended upwards into the heavens.

00:35:25--> 00:35:31

And when they ascended up into the heavens, when they reached the gates,

00:35:33--> 00:35:35

of leaving this worldly realm,

00:35:37--> 00:35:39

like this whole universe as we know it,

00:35:40--> 00:35:42

they're leaving the worldly realm.

00:35:44--> 00:35:48

Do you have any doubt A salaam, he knocks at the gate? And the angels

00:35:50--> 00:35:54

in an amount that cannot be enumerated are waiting there.

00:35:57--> 00:35:59

And they ask you breathe Alisha,

00:36:00--> 00:36:03

who is with you? And he says Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:36:04--> 00:36:06

And they ask, is it time?

00:36:08--> 00:36:14

Is it time? They've been waiting for this moment for Allah knows how long? And he says yes, now is the time.

00:36:15--> 00:36:32

The gates open, and they welcome the Prophet sallahu Salam. And from there Allah subhanaw taala takes the prophets Allah determine this miraculous journey, where he passes through the seven stages of the heavens. This is an outside of this worldly realm.

00:36:34--> 00:36:38

This is the realm of the unseen, something we can't even comprehend.

00:36:39--> 00:36:46

And they arrive at the first stage of the heavens, and they're to the prophets. Allah museum was greeted by Adam Alayhis Salam,

00:36:47--> 00:36:51

the father of all of humanity. And he welcomes in he greets the Prophet sallahu Salaam.

00:36:54--> 00:36:56

And he makes the offer the prophets Allah the Sunnah.

00:36:58--> 00:36:59

And from there they proceed

00:37:00--> 00:37:12

and they reach the second stage of the heavens. And they're the prophets of Allah he's him was greeted by Yahia alakea Salaam, and is of no Maria. Allah Himself

00:37:13--> 00:37:20

and they welcome in the Greek the prophets a lot is from the honor of the prophets, they make dua for the prophets, Allah Lisa.

00:37:22--> 00:37:24

And then the prophets Allah is in proceeds

00:37:25--> 00:37:33

and they arrive at the third stage of the heavens. Where did the prophets Allah His home is met and greeted by use of Allah, his sunnah.

00:37:36--> 00:37:45

And he is greeted by him and welcomed by him. All of this think about this. This is reaffirming for the prophets, Allah, he said that you are not alone in this struggle.

00:37:46--> 00:37:53

You are not alone in this struggle. These are all your brothers in prophethood, who went through this before you

00:37:54--> 00:37:56

who survived all of this.

00:37:58--> 00:38:04

Everything that they went through, and he's prays with them, he leads them in prayer, and now he's meeting them one after another.

00:38:06--> 00:38:22

And then the fourth stage of the heavens, he's greeted by Idris and he salah, one of the prophets of old one the earliest of the prophets after Adam Ali Salam but before knew how to use Allah and he greets him and he welcomes him.

00:38:23--> 00:38:24

He makes the offer him

00:38:25--> 00:38:30

and then the prophets Allah listen proceeds to the fifth stage of the heavens,

00:38:31--> 00:38:35

where he is greeted by Haroon Alayhis Salam.

00:38:36--> 00:38:41

The prophet Harun Ali Salam welcomes and greets the prophets Allah visa honors him

00:38:42--> 00:38:44

and then the sixth stage of the heavens

00:38:45--> 00:38:51

where the prophets Allah ism is welcomed and greeted by an honored by Musa alayhis salam

00:38:54--> 00:39:09

and there's a very interesting moment when the prophets Allah Islam is departing from their Musa they sound looks very sad. One of the angels asked Musa alayhis salam, what makes you sad? This is a joyous occasion. Why are you sad? And he said, I'm sad on my own people.

00:39:10--> 00:39:14

Because he, Muhammad Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam,

00:39:15--> 00:39:17

his time in the world is so short.

00:39:20--> 00:39:25

But so much of his ummah will go to paradise and will follow him into Jannah.

00:39:27--> 00:39:29

But most of my people did not listen to me.

00:39:31--> 00:39:43

And then the prophets Allah, He said, is welcomed and greeted, and honored and hosted on the seventh stage of the heavens by none other than his forefather, Ibrahim Mannix.

00:39:46--> 00:39:49

And his interaction with Ibrahim Ali Salam is so beautiful

00:39:51--> 00:39:54

that he's reminded in that moment

00:39:55--> 00:40:00

of the power of Allah subhanaw taala and that puts your faith in trust.

00:40:00--> 00:40:11

Sinhala, we are being reminded to put our faith and trust in of Allah put our faith and trust in Allah, Almighty Allah mood, you know the Rebekah Illa who no one has any idea of the armies of Allah except for him.

00:40:12--> 00:40:13

But trust Allah.

00:40:15--> 00:40:19

that Ibraheem Alehissalaam shows the prophets Allah doesn't replace God the beaten my mood.

00:40:21--> 00:40:35

It is a reflection of the garba in the heavens, it is the Kaaba of the heavens. And Ibrahim Ali Salam shows the prophets Allah the salam that 70,000 Angels do tawaf here every single day.

00:40:37--> 00:40:42

And after an angel has been given the opportunity to do throw off here,

00:40:44--> 00:40:48

they will never have that opportunity ever again for eternity.

00:40:49--> 00:40:53

70,000 new angels do throw off here every day.

00:40:55--> 00:40:56

You can't even do the math.

00:40:57--> 00:41:02

This is the army of Allah. This is the power of Allah, The Quadra of Allah.

00:41:03--> 00:41:04

This is what we believe in.

00:41:06--> 00:41:09

He shows the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

00:41:11--> 00:41:15

that the martyrs, the martyrs

00:41:18--> 00:41:23

the people who are killed unjustly for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala

00:41:25--> 00:41:41

that their souls until the Day of Judgment, fee Hiawassee to us, that they are placed inside of these green birds that are flying around in paradise, eating and flying and enjoying themselves until the day of judgment and resurrection.

00:41:43--> 00:41:49

He shows the prophets a lot he said on that all the children Subhanallah

00:41:50--> 00:41:57

how powerful after what we've been witnessing all the children who are taken away from their parents

00:41:59--> 00:42:01

who die why they while they are young,

00:42:03--> 00:42:05

that they are cared for

00:42:07--> 00:42:08

in paradise.

00:42:09--> 00:42:16

And there are special nannies and maids that are created by Allah

00:42:17--> 00:42:22

the nannies of Jana of paradise, that look after them.

00:42:24--> 00:42:30

And all of this this whole operation is going on under the supervision of Ibrahim Alexander

00:42:31--> 00:42:32

G.

00:42:34--> 00:42:34

Suhana.

00:42:37--> 00:42:38

See, that's where the

00:42:40--> 00:42:43

that's where the strength of a believer comes from.

00:42:45--> 00:42:49

This is what we believe. That is more real than this. Dunya

00:42:51--> 00:43:00

Allah says when I've been hired to dunya Allah Allahu Allah at this world, the life of this road is gameplay. It's like a fever dream. This life is the dream.

00:43:02--> 00:43:03

So nightmare.

00:43:05--> 00:43:08

It's a pointless kind of like dream.

00:43:09--> 00:43:22

When the Dar Al Hijrah tele he'll hire one. The real life is the life of the hereafter. I live in a Vitaly Bradie Allahu Taala who used to say, and that's when the Yemeni dama to interview. People are asleep when they die is when they really wake up.

00:43:25--> 00:43:26

So

00:43:27--> 00:43:31

after and then Ibrahim Ali Salam says to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

00:43:33--> 00:43:34

that

00:43:35--> 00:43:36

I have some

00:43:38--> 00:43:43

advice for your followers

00:43:45--> 00:43:47

Ibrahim Ali Sam sent us a message

00:43:49--> 00:43:50

he said tell them

00:43:51--> 00:43:55

in the janitor toolbar to tidy we'll talk about

00:43:57--> 00:44:05

paradise is extremely fertile soil. It's extremely fertile soil.

00:44:08--> 00:44:10

Its water is pure and good.

00:44:12--> 00:44:19

What a hockey iron. However, it's just a wide vast open field.

00:44:22--> 00:44:23

Meaning there's no trees

00:44:25--> 00:44:26

the trees need to be planted.

00:44:28--> 00:44:30

one another the rasa.

00:44:31--> 00:44:34

And the way that they can plant trees in Paradise

00:44:36--> 00:45:00

is by saying Subhan Allah Alhamdulillah La Ilaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar. So tell them to make the Dhikr of Allah and every time they make the Dhikr of Allah trees will be planted in paradise. And the hadith of Bokhari tells us about the trees in paradise. Lonely acetal rocky Buffy the Neha me at Amelia Taha there

00:45:00--> 00:45:06

If someone rode a horse for 100 years, they could not cross through the shade cast by that train.

00:45:09--> 00:45:15

Hadith and Timothy mentions that if a baby camera was born,

00:45:16--> 00:45:24

and it started to walk around the trunk of the tree, it would grow old and die before it could go all the way around the tree.

00:45:26--> 00:45:33

Those are the kinds of trees planted in paradise for saying Subhan Allah Alhamdulillah Allah Allah Allah Allah Allahu Akbar.

00:45:36--> 00:45:37

Then Gibreel Ali salaam

00:45:39--> 00:45:40

takes the Prophet sallallahu sallam,

00:45:42--> 00:45:47

to a very remarkable place, just look nude in light.

00:45:48--> 00:45:53

And there's this brilliant, magnificent, huge tree.

00:45:54--> 00:46:03

The prophets Allah Islam says, I can't even describe the leaves of the tree are as huge as his giant clay pots, and all kinds of colors.

00:46:05--> 00:46:05

It's remarkable.

00:46:07--> 00:46:08

And

00:46:09--> 00:46:11

you breathe out a set of stops.

00:46:12--> 00:46:17

And the Prophet system was walking in, he stops and he looks back at Gibreel Ali Sam and he says, Why aren't you coming?

00:46:19--> 00:46:21

And he said, No, I stay here.

00:46:22--> 00:46:23

I don't move forward.

00:46:24--> 00:46:30

You are meant to go further. You are going where no creation has ever gone before.

00:46:31--> 00:46:32

This is your honor.

00:46:34--> 00:46:38

Through Madonna Fetta della for Canada Hosseini.

00:46:39--> 00:46:44

Allah says in the Quran, that he went near and then he was pulled even more near

00:46:46--> 00:46:51

and the distance that remained between them was very minimal.

00:46:52--> 00:47:01

And then it was a private moment between the prophets or something Allah subhanaw taala the prophets Allah the salam said that he went into sujood

00:47:03--> 00:47:07

and the tree closed around the prophets Allah the Sunnah.

00:47:09--> 00:47:12

The prophets Allah the Psalm said, Then I was in the Presence of Allah.

00:47:15--> 00:47:17

And he said that I praised and glorified Allah.

00:47:20--> 00:47:24

And Allah subhanaw taala gave me certain gifts in this moment.

00:47:26--> 00:47:27

Healed my heart,

00:47:28--> 00:47:29

filled my soul.

00:47:31--> 00:47:32

Some of the gifts

00:47:33--> 00:47:37

that Allah gave to the prophets, Allah him to bring back to us.

00:47:38--> 00:47:38

Amongst them.

00:47:40--> 00:47:43

Allah subhanaw taala gave to the prophets Allah He said, I'm certain Fatiha

00:47:45--> 00:47:48

the last concluding verses of Surah Baqarah.

00:47:52--> 00:47:56

And Allah subhanaw taala gave certain gifts for this ummah.

00:47:57--> 00:48:02

One of the things the prophets, Allah the Sunnah mentions is that Allah subhanaw taala said

00:48:03--> 00:48:13

that a gift to the ummah of the prophets, Allah ism to us is that whenever any one of them either a hammer, I had to him

00:48:14--> 00:48:15

be hypersensitive,

00:48:16--> 00:48:20

whenever any one of them intends to do a good deed,

00:48:22--> 00:48:29

a good deed is written for them, well has to be actually a failure and every good deed is multiplied by a minimum of 10.

00:48:31--> 00:48:42

Then if the person follows through with the intention and performs the good deed, another good deed is written for the person and again every good deed is multiplied a minimum of 10 times.

00:48:43--> 00:48:48

But then if the person intends to do something evil,

00:48:50--> 00:48:52

nothing is written, no sin is written.

00:48:54--> 00:49:02

If the person follows through and commits the evil, only one sin is written for the person

00:49:03--> 00:49:04

and it is not multiplied.

00:49:06--> 00:49:12

And then if the person repents, or it follows it up by doing a good deed,

00:49:13--> 00:49:23

it is wiped away and erased and removed, and they just did a deal if they repented or they did a good deed, that in of itself is good. A good deed is written in every good deed is multiplied 10 times.

00:49:25--> 00:49:29

But if a person intends to commit a sin,

00:49:30--> 00:49:35

and then they do not commit the sin, they don't follow through. They don't commit the sin.

00:49:36--> 00:49:42

Then a good deed is written for the person because resisting temptation in and of itself is a good deed.

00:49:43--> 00:49:49

The person intended to do something bad, just didn't go through with it.

00:49:51--> 00:50:00

And a good deed will be written for a person. And again, every single good deed is multiplied a minimum of 10 times that this is

00:50:00--> 00:50:02

As a gift to the ummah of the prophets, Allah Lisa.

00:50:03--> 00:50:17

And then of course, Allah subhanaw taala gave the gift to the prophets Allah the serum of the daily Salawat the daily prayers that Allah subhanaw taala gave to the prophets Allah He sent him 50 prayers in a day.

00:50:18--> 00:50:23

Hum Sina Salawat Phil Yomi will Leila 50 prayers in a day

00:50:26--> 00:50:33

the Prophet sallallahu Sallam thanks Allah subhanaw taala profusely for these blessings and these gifts.

00:50:34--> 00:50:36

And then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:50:38--> 00:50:52

The tree the professor says opens up and he rises from the sujood Jibreel Ali Salam is waiting for him. And he rejoined Zebrina Ali Salam, and they began to descend through the stages of the heavens.

00:50:55--> 00:50:56

As they are descending.

00:50:58--> 00:50:59

They happen by

00:51:01--> 00:51:03

they come by once again, Musa Ali Salam.

00:51:05--> 00:51:08

And Mousavi Salam asks the prophets a lot and What did Allah give you?

00:51:10--> 00:51:14

He mentions it. And then he says that Allah gave us 50 prayers in a day.

00:51:15--> 00:51:17

And he says that

00:51:19--> 00:51:28

that this will be too heavy on your OMA, they will not be able to perform this first Aleta FEAF ask Allah to make it less.

00:51:30--> 00:51:33

So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he goes back,

00:51:35--> 00:51:36

goes back into servitude

00:51:38--> 00:51:55

is in the court of Allah subhanaw taala. And he asks Allah on our behalf, to lighten our burden. And Allah subhanaw taala says, that have to Mochica becomes the salah Watson, I removed five prayers from your mama.

00:51:57--> 00:51:58

So now it's 45 prayers.

00:51:59--> 00:52:24

And then the prophets Allah He said I was coming back and Musa Ali Salam says what happened and he says, Allah made it 45 prayers, and he said, This is still too much. facilita FEAF ask Allah for less. So the prophets, Allah the same goes back, re enters into the quarter of Allah subhanaw taala and asks for Allah to make things easier on us. And Allah again says I removed five prayers.

00:52:26--> 00:52:31

Then he comes back and Musa alayhis salam says, What's the report? He says 14 prayers.

00:52:32--> 00:52:43

And he says, That's too much. ask Allah for ease. And the prophets Allah the same goes back. And he asks Allah again. And Allah removes five prayers.

00:52:45--> 00:52:46

And then he's coming back.

00:52:47--> 00:53:23

Descending. mutualisms is what happened? He says, 35 prayers, He says, there's too much. So the prophets are some goes back, again asks Allah, Allah decreases it to 30. Once again, the prophets Allah has some descendants. Musa Ali Salam says what happened? He says it's 30 He says that's too much. Then again, the prophets Allah the same goes back, asks Allah for more ease on RBF Allah makes it 25 prayers in a day. Again, he's coming back and Musa Ali salaam says, what happened? He says it's 25 said that's still too much. So the prophets, Allah Islam goes back once again.

00:53:24--> 00:54:13

He asks on our behalf, and Allah makes it 20 prayers. And again, he's coming back. Musa alayhis salam says 20 is too much. So he goes back once again. Once again, he asks on our behalf, and Allah makes it 15 And then he's coming back and musante Strom says it's still too much. So again, he goes back and asks Allah subhanaw taala on our behalf once again, your Allah my Allah, please my Alma and Allah makes it tender. And again, he's coming back and musante Salam says this is too much, firstly, to fief. So he comes back again. And again. He presents our case before his Lord and asks Allah to lighten our burden. And Allah subhanaw taala makes it five prayers. And he comes these descending

00:54:13--> 00:54:44

and he meets musante Sam again, he says what now? And he says his five prayers. And he says that under generous to Almighty, I experienced my Alma they are two prayers in the day and they couldn't keep up with that. Even this will be too much. And the prophets, Allah the Psalm says, No, I'm not going back again. That's enough. And then announcement is made in the heavens. Hum Salawat phillium. You will Leila five prayers every day. I have mandated upon the people and whoever will perform these five prayers will get the reward of 50.

00:54:47--> 00:54:59

And you see, talking about the Prophet salatu salam, going back and forth and back and forth, and back and forth, and back and forth. We find it tedious talking about it, listening to it, but the Prophet

00:55:00--> 00:55:02

He tells him never got tired of going back and forth.

00:55:04--> 00:55:07

And this represents so many beautiful powerful things

00:55:08--> 00:55:11

that the scholars they mentioned. Number one,

00:55:12--> 00:55:15

that's how much the prophets alabi some cares about us.

00:55:16--> 00:55:19

That's how much the prophets Allah ism cared about us

00:55:20--> 00:55:24

that he kept going back on our behalf, asking on our behalf.

00:55:25--> 00:55:32

His concern for the allies was so deep in his soul, that he kept going back for us.

00:55:33--> 00:55:34

Number two,

00:55:36--> 00:55:39

Allah subhanaw taala who knows everything

00:55:40--> 00:55:42

Allah Who because he Shana Ali,

00:55:43--> 00:55:46

nothing happens without the permission the decree of Allah.

00:55:47--> 00:56:03

Allah subhanaw taala Of course, knew, in his infinite knowledge and wisdom that it was five prayers. But why decrease it little by little? Because Allah subhanaw taala wanted the prophets Allah He said, I'm coming back to him again and again and again. repeatedly.

00:56:04--> 00:56:10

Because Allah subhanaw taala wanted to speak to His Beloved, over and over again

00:56:13--> 00:56:19

exactly how Allah subhanaw taala calls us five times a day. Hi yah Allah Salah here AlFalah.

00:56:21--> 00:56:54

There's a hadith Guzzi in Buhari that when we stand in Salah we the kala Abdul Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen kala Allahu Allah Allah Hamadani Abdi when we say Al hamdu lillahi rabbil aalameen Allah responds to us. My servant is praising me. When we say Rahman Rahim, Allah responds to us ethna Allah you have the my slave keeps on praising me. When we say molecule Medina, Allah responds to us Majid any Abdi My servant glorifies me.

00:56:56--> 00:57:17

Allah subhanaw taala calls us to talk to him and he kept calling the prophets Allah these come back over and over and over again. And the prophets Allah reason was eager to put his head on the ground before Allah and talk to Allah subhanaw taala over and over again. And that's why what did the prophets are some tell us a solid to me Orajel movement. The Salah is the ascension of the believer.

00:57:18--> 00:57:53

When we pray, when we put our face on the ground before Allah, we are sharing that experience that the prophets Allah the psalm had when he was in the Presence of Allah subhanaw taala there's a hadith of the prophets Allah He said him now authentic narration that says that our caribou Maya Kunal abdomen Robbie, he was Sajid. This closest the servant is to his Lord is when they are in this position of sujood that when a servant puts their head into such that fee per domain or man, that person's head is before Ramadan before Allah subhanaw taala.

00:57:56--> 00:58:00

Then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam on this journey of Illustra will miraj

00:58:02--> 00:58:07

he was also shown a glimpse of paradise he was shown a glimpse of hellfire

00:58:09--> 00:58:11

and similar to what we talked about,

00:58:12--> 00:58:23

in paradise, the prophets Allah the sun talked about such things where he talked about the palace. Granted the Janna granted to her deja Radi Allahu Taala and

00:58:25--> 00:58:27

that she has a palace in Paradise.

00:58:28--> 00:58:30

Carved out of a singular Pearl

00:58:33--> 00:58:36

it is 30,000 feet high.

00:58:38--> 00:58:41

It has 70,000 rooms inside of it.

00:58:43--> 00:58:51

And at the door of each room there are 70,000 Angels welcoming the inhabitants of this paradise

00:58:52--> 00:59:06

that that's agenda that awaits the prophets a lot he said them said that he saw in paradise Robina two men fit that in well Lavina two men that have been Latino have missed a brick of gold and a brick of silver, and the cement in between them was musk.

00:59:08--> 00:59:43

The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said Fear and Harun like the Quran says fear and Harun Mima in rady asin rivers and streams of pure clean water. That doesn't smell bad. When haram 1111 yatta yatta Moo rivers and streams of milk that never go bad and sour. One Harmon hungry and let the tiller Shut up rivers and streams of the pure wine of paradise that is not intoxicating. It is not damaging. When haram in acelin Mustafa in rivers and streams of pure honey

00:59:45--> 00:59:57

and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said I saw things Malla I know that no eyes have ever seen what I've done and some you know, ears have ever heard what a hotter Allah can be Bucha

00:59:58--> 00:59:59

and no matter

01:00:00--> 01:00:07

Ain't no heart can imagine a comprehend how magnificent and glorious and remarkable it is.

01:00:09--> 01:00:11

And the prophets, a lot of sin was shown a glimpse of hellfire

01:00:14--> 01:00:17

and the punishment, the horrors that await the people

01:00:19--> 01:00:20

who defy divide Allah.

01:00:21--> 01:00:29

Specifically, the prophets have some highlighted a lot of the things where people inflict violence upon one another.

01:00:30--> 01:00:34

Where he talked about that there were these scissors made of iron

01:00:36--> 01:00:39

that were heated in the fire until they were red glowing.

01:00:41--> 01:00:47

Then people's tongues were yanked out of their mouths, and they were severed with that with those scissors

01:00:48--> 01:01:02

over and over and over again. So these were the people who used the tongue that Allah gave them to assault and to attack the honor and the dignity of their fellow believers. May Allah protect us? May Allah forgive us all.

01:01:04--> 01:01:09

The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam descends back down to Aqsa

01:01:11--> 01:01:17

and from there, he rides a Buraq and Gibreel Ali Salam accompanies the prophets Allah nation back to Mecca.

01:01:20--> 01:01:23

When the prophets a lot, he some arrives back to Mecca, it's still nighttime,

01:01:25--> 01:01:27

but it's very close to Fajr time.

01:01:29--> 01:01:33

And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is

01:01:35--> 01:01:37

just so invigorated

01:01:39--> 01:01:41

and just so overcome

01:01:42--> 01:01:44

with excitement and joy

01:01:46--> 01:01:51

for what he has just experienced. This is the most remarkable experience any human being has ever had.

01:01:53--> 01:01:56

And the prophets Allah ism rushes out of his home

01:01:57--> 01:01:58

and he's headed to the huddle.

01:02:01--> 01:02:02

And at this moment,

01:02:04--> 01:02:08

the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he runs into Abuja.

01:02:11--> 01:02:15

And Abuja Han says, Why are you so excited this early in the morning?

01:02:17--> 01:02:23

And he said, I had the most miraculous experience

01:02:24--> 01:02:25

said what was that?

01:02:26--> 01:02:28

And the prophets Allah He starts to tell him

01:02:30--> 01:02:31

and Abuja while

01:02:32--> 01:02:33

being the

01:02:34--> 01:02:36

troublemaker that he was,

01:02:37--> 01:02:39

he says to the prophets a lot he said

01:02:40--> 01:02:41

that

01:02:43--> 01:02:44

we

01:02:45--> 01:02:51

don't talk about it yet. Let me gather the people together, everyone should hear this.

01:02:53--> 01:03:04

And the prophets Allah He said, mentors are haram and Abuja, hell goes out into the street, and he starts corralling people together, sending them into the haram

01:03:05--> 01:03:08

to create a crowd to make a scene.

01:03:09--> 01:03:15

And at that time, Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala and who is headed that way?

01:03:17--> 01:03:22

And Abuja Hatzis Abu Bakr, and he says that Abu Bakr Have you heard what your friend is saying?

01:03:23--> 01:03:26

And Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala and who says to Abuja, hell,

01:03:27--> 01:03:30

that you are a troublemaker.

01:03:31--> 01:03:33

I don't trust a word that comes out of your mouth.

01:03:35--> 01:03:47

But, and then I Bucha tells him that he says that he went from here to biller to Sham and from there he went to the heavens and all this.

01:03:48--> 01:03:52

And Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala and who says to Abuja, hell, that

01:03:54--> 01:04:01

I don't trust you. But whatever he has said, I accept it. Absolutely without doubt.

01:04:02--> 01:04:04

And work under the law no enters into the haram

01:04:06--> 01:04:18

to be there with the prophets, Allah the Sunnah. Now when the crowd has gathered around wujiang tells the prophets Allah Islam, tell them what you were telling me and the prophets Allah, he starts recounting the events

01:04:19--> 01:04:21

of Elisa will mirage.

01:04:23--> 01:04:24

And

01:04:25--> 01:04:45

one of the individuals there when the leaders of Quraysh multimeter ID very interesting figure because he was not Muslim. He did not become Muslim before he died. But at certain moments and occasions, he had shown some empathy for the Muslims when they were being oppressed, like in the boycott.

01:04:46--> 01:04:55

He says to the prophets a lot he said, like he curses him and says, Why are you insulting our intelligence you expect us to believe all this.

01:04:56--> 01:04:59

And Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala and who immediately

01:05:00--> 01:05:10

jumps to defending the honor of the prophets Allah He sent me he says how spear How dare you speak in this vile way to him, watch your mouth.

01:05:11--> 01:05:22

And then Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala and who moves up sits right in front of the prophets Allah, the Prophet sallallahu Sallam finishes narrating the events of the night

01:05:24--> 01:05:28

and that's when some of the leaders of the Quraysh

01:05:29--> 01:05:32

they start to challenge the prophets a lot

01:05:34--> 01:05:38

and they say to the prophets a lot is that okay, if you say

01:05:40--> 01:05:41

that this is what happened.

01:05:43--> 01:05:44

Then let us test you.

01:05:45--> 01:05:49

We have some people here who have been to Al Aqsa

01:05:50--> 01:05:56

because the kurush they used to travel for business to blood to Sham we have people here I've been to Alexa.

01:05:57--> 01:06:11

So why don't you describe Alexa to us. And these people will confirm whether you're right or wrong like the architecture or you know, the structures and the layout and all of that. Now the prophets a lot isn't was there in the middle of the night

01:06:13--> 01:06:18

experiencing miracles, leading all the prophets in prayer.

01:06:19--> 01:06:21

He wasn't there to study the architecture.

01:06:23--> 01:06:34

So the prophets a lot he said, um, said that I didn't know where what to say to them. And at that moment, the prophets a lot. He says, that Jibreel ra Salam Kingda.

01:06:35--> 01:06:57

Right in front of the prophets, Allah, Allah. And in one narration, he opens a wing of his and projected on to his wing, was the whole compound in the layout of a Luxa and Gibreel Ali Salam starts pointing at things, zooming in pointing at things, and the Prophet sallallahu Sallam just starts describing what he's looking at.

01:06:59--> 01:07:13

There's a structure here, it has this many doors, it has that many windows, it has these kinds of arches, this that, that this he starts describing in detail, remarkable detail, mind blowing, they don't even know what to do with this. They're all baffled.

01:07:15--> 01:07:18

They're speechless. flabbergasted.

01:07:19--> 01:07:34

And I've worked out the Allahu taala. And who, so remarkable. Every detail the prophets, Allah The sun provides. There's a structure here, Abu Bakr the Alana was sitting right in front, he says, Sir, Doctor, you are correct. You have spoken the truth.

01:07:35--> 01:07:36

You speak the truth.

01:07:38--> 01:08:00

And then he described to me is this a doctor? He describes her doctor sadaqa sadaqa sadaqa. He says, echoing everything the prophets, Allah says by saying, you speak the truth, you speak the truth. You speak the truth. The prophets Allah the sun pauses he turns to Abu Bakar nothing Ilana when he says unperson Do you are the truth for why your faith is true.

01:08:01--> 01:08:04

Said such support and conviction for the Messenger of Allah Salamis.

01:08:05--> 01:08:06

That's what made them special.

01:08:08--> 01:08:09

That was their EMA.

01:08:11--> 01:08:14

Then the prophets Allah He said them is not finished.

01:08:15--> 01:08:20

The prophets Allah at some den says that on my journey back

01:08:21--> 01:08:24

very strategically, Giuliani said I'm slowed down

01:08:26--> 01:08:28

and showed the prophets a lot he said

01:08:29--> 01:08:31

that there is a caravan

01:08:32--> 01:08:35

of the Quraysh coming back to Mecca.

01:08:37--> 01:08:46

And they were searching in the area for their camel that had gotten lost.

01:08:47--> 01:08:55

And the prophets a lot of them could see from the air from the vantage point where the camel was that it was in the valley over.

01:08:57--> 01:09:07

So the prophets a lot he says, You have a caravan that is on its way back to Mecca are like okay, we all knew that that's not a big deal. And he says they are they have been delayed

01:09:09--> 01:09:15

because their camel got lost and they will eventually find their camel in the valley over this okay, we'll see.

01:09:16--> 01:09:23

This How far is the caravan and the prophets Allah the Psalm said it should be arriving by the end of the day today.

01:09:25--> 01:09:26

I'm going to fast forward here for a moment.

01:09:28--> 01:09:32

That caravan got more delayed than the prophets Allah at some expected

01:09:34--> 01:09:35

they were on their way back.

01:09:36--> 01:09:42

Evening time was approaching. And if the darkness started to come in Mark at a time

01:09:43--> 01:09:49

they can't travel in the dark they would have to stop and camp out before they reach Makkah and then coming to market the next day.

01:09:51--> 01:09:55

The Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu Sallam authentic narration states

01:09:56--> 01:09:58

Allah subhanaw taala extended that day

01:10:00--> 01:10:03

So much so that the people in Makkah started freaking out after a little while.

01:10:07--> 01:10:09

Isn't this like, really long?

01:10:10--> 01:10:12

Like, Why won't this day and

01:10:14--> 01:10:22

what is it just me or it just feels like the days really. They just started feeling like, this is not normal. They don't know. That's how they tell time.

01:10:25--> 01:10:27

But Allah extended the setting of the sun

01:10:28--> 01:10:29

extended the day

01:10:30--> 01:10:38

until the caravan arrived. And as soon as the caravan arrived, all the people that had heard the prophets have some say this the Russia the caravan.

01:10:39--> 01:10:40

And they asked them,

01:10:41--> 01:10:53

that's what happened. And they said, Yeah, we would have gotten here earlier. But we have lost one of our camels and it had a bunch of the merchandise on it. So we were looking for it. We couldn't just leave it behind.

01:10:54--> 01:10:58

So where did you find it? And they said it was in the valley over? Oh, no.

01:10:59--> 01:11:03

And then they say, We were sure we wouldn't make it today.

01:11:05--> 01:11:14

But I don't know what happened. It seemed like the day would never end. We just kept getting more and more daylight. So we kept on going and here we are Subhan Allah.

01:11:16--> 01:11:22

And this way Allah subhanaw taala fulfilled that proof from the Prophets Allah.

01:11:24--> 01:11:25

And

01:11:26--> 01:11:29

the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, this was the morning time.

01:11:32--> 01:11:38

Later that day, when it was time for the her Gibreel Ali Salam came to the prophets a lot of Salaam

01:11:39--> 01:12:00

and then Jibreel Ali Salaam. This is a famous narration called the Hadith Imam Gibreel. The hadith in which gibril Ali Salam led the prophets a lot, he said within prayer, and then for two days straight, starting with that thought, all the way through the Fajr of the next day and then the thought of the next day, all the way through the Fajr of the third day.

01:12:01--> 01:12:05

God ran a salon led the prophets Allah ease him into prayer,

01:12:06--> 01:12:22

showing the Prophet sallallahu Sallam the timings of the prayer on the first day, the first go around, they prayed at the beginning time of each prayer, and on the second go around, they prayed at the end time of each prayer, demonstrating therefore what we call them the Wakita salah the timings of the prayer

01:12:25--> 01:12:25

and

01:12:27--> 01:12:30

so one of the most important lessons

01:12:31--> 01:12:33

of Elissa will miraj

01:12:34--> 01:12:38

is this gift of Salah that Allah subhanaw taala grant

01:12:39--> 01:12:48

that when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam his heart was so heavy, and he had been through so much. Of course Allah called them on this miraculous journey

01:12:49--> 01:12:51

and showed him everything he showed him.

01:12:52--> 01:13:00

The Ludia whom in it now Cobra, all these remarkable signs. But then Allah subhanaw taala gave him the gift of the prayer

01:13:01--> 01:13:48

that you can have the same exact experience every single time you stand up and pray to Allah subhanaw taala and you enter into a conversation with Allah that's why the prophets Allah the same said you are let's go right to it for Salah, the coolness of my eyes, my peace, my tranquility, my Serenity was placed within the prayer either has ever who am going further I ILA salah, as soon as the Prophet sallallahu sallam was dealing with anything, anything came up, that was upsetting. That was distressing. The prophets Allah the sun would at once immediately go to the Salah, go to the prayer. And the Prophet sallallahu Sallam told us, he reminded us time and time again salatu Mirage

01:13:48--> 01:13:53

and movement that this is your opportunity to be able to talk and connect to Allah subhanaw taala.

01:13:54--> 01:13:55

And

01:13:56--> 01:14:01

Allah subhanaw taala gave this entire gift to the Prophet to love him at the most difficult moment of his life.

01:14:03--> 01:14:10

Because within our greatest difficulties and hardships, Allah subhanaw taala places our greatest blessings

01:14:12--> 01:14:17

that are remarkable things that are experienced by those who believe

01:14:19--> 01:14:21

even in the midst of tragedy,

01:14:23--> 01:14:24

that

01:14:25--> 01:14:35

when the whole world had turned against the prophets, Allah, Allah subhanaw taala took him on this miraculous journey to meet all the prophets, and then to be in the presence of Allah subhanaw taala.

01:14:37--> 01:14:40

And that's a very powerful reminder for us.

01:14:42--> 01:14:57

That in the most difficult of moments, that is when we are to have the greatest strength. And we can only find that strength by turning to Allah subhanaw taala by connecting to Allah, that we never despair, but we only become stronger in our convictions.

01:14:59--> 01:15:00

And there

01:15:00--> 01:15:01

There's a particular narration

01:15:02--> 01:15:03

that

01:15:04--> 01:15:07

really is Subhanallah so powerful

01:15:10--> 01:15:11

it's a hadith of Bokhari

01:15:14--> 01:15:18

and also a hadith in the Muslim ummah Muhammad

01:15:19--> 01:15:29

there on the night of his Assawoman Raj. When the prophets Allah the son was being given a tour of paradise semi ifI Gianni beehive watches when

01:15:32--> 01:15:34

somebody Alfie Gianni behind watches him

01:15:36--> 01:15:37

the prophets Allah decem heard

01:15:39--> 01:15:40

footsteps

01:15:42--> 01:15:43

she doesn't really matter

01:15:44--> 01:15:45

what is this?

01:15:46--> 01:15:50

And Jibreel Ali salaam, Cetera the prophets Allah Islam have that Billa Luna

01:15:53--> 01:15:54

This is beloved.

01:15:55--> 01:15:58

When he walks on the earth, His footsteps go into heavens.

01:16:01--> 01:16:23

And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said I flava Bilal below the successful when the Prophet SAW Selim returned from the journey with His Holy Miraj, he actually had a hadith in Bukhari and Muslim says, he asked me I had Disney be urged Emelina and Malta who are in the covenant Islam even fatten. Tell me what you do. That is so remarkable and special.

01:16:24--> 01:16:27

They need Samira to lay letter hashanah lake

01:16:28--> 01:16:44

that I would hear your footsteps in the heavens. They need you they give you Jenna Billa Allah the Allahu Taala Anhu. He said, ma i mean to this is a man. Think about who Beloved, I think Alana is this is a man who was dragged through the streets of Mecca.

01:16:45--> 01:17:00

This is a man who was tortured within an inch of his life on a daily basis. This is a man that the people that would beat him that would torture him that would brutalize him, would become exhausted

01:17:01--> 01:17:07

from torturing him, but he would never get exhausted of saying I hadn't heard I hadn't.

01:17:09--> 01:17:12

And not giving up his ima not giving up his faith.

01:17:15--> 01:17:16

There was an ounce.

01:17:18--> 01:17:22

Allah says in the Quran, 11 Oklahoma, Oklahoma in Erbil imagine

01:17:23--> 01:17:26

that if somebody is tortured to the point

01:17:27--> 01:17:29

where his life is threatened.

01:17:30--> 01:17:34

He can say what his torturers want to hear,

01:17:35--> 01:17:44

to spare to save his life, as long as he still has his faith in his art. That concession exists. It's in the Quran.

01:17:45--> 01:17:47

And some Sahaba took the concession

01:17:48--> 01:17:49

because they needed

01:17:51--> 01:17:54

beloved Yolanda never took that concession said Now

01:17:55--> 01:17:57

somebody has to shout.

01:18:00--> 01:18:02

Somebody has to let them know.

01:18:04--> 01:18:04

I had on

01:18:07--> 01:18:07

nonstock

01:18:09--> 01:18:13

he made the Hijra the migration from Mecca to Medina.

01:18:14--> 01:18:16

From the day that he arrived in Medina,

01:18:17--> 01:18:20

he said yeah Rasul Allah, I am in your service.

01:18:21--> 01:18:28

And he never left the site of the prophets are never again. If the prophets or some was about to lead the prayer bill, Allah was calling the other.

01:18:32--> 01:18:36

And so the prophets lot he said, This man says what do you do

01:18:38--> 01:18:40

that I hear your footsteps in paradise?

01:18:41--> 01:18:45

He said my name is Rama lentil Islami Arja Andaman fatten

01:18:46--> 01:18:51

the thing I can think of jasola mean and Neela Attahiru to Hurun Tamil

01:18:52--> 01:18:52

whenever

01:18:54--> 01:18:56

I lose my will do I go to the restroom.

01:18:58--> 01:18:58

I lose my will do.

01:18:59--> 01:19:01

I wake up from my seat.

01:19:02--> 01:19:09

I do a proper we'll do a good we'll do. FISA antimalarial will Anna regardless of the time of day

01:19:10--> 01:19:32

in Lhasa late to be delicate to who markets have Allahu Li and Solea and then after performing that proper will do to hold on Tammen I then go stand and I pray to Allah subhanaw taala even if it's not time of the first prayer, I pray time I'll just pray, pray to the gods for Allah.

01:19:34--> 01:19:35

I pray some nothing.

01:19:36--> 01:19:37

I'll pray something extra.

01:19:38--> 01:19:51

But that is my routine. That is how I live my life. That is how I organize my life. That is what I have prayed to prioritize in my life. Again prayer. And the Prophet salatu salam said that this is that beat.

01:19:53--> 01:19:53

This is that

01:19:54--> 01:19:56

that gives you that honor

01:19:57--> 01:19:59

and elevates you to such a status

01:20:02--> 01:20:03

So may Allah subhanaw taala

01:20:04--> 01:20:16

grant us the ability to be able to pray and to fulfill our prayers, to be able to pray on time to be able to pray regularly to make prayer,

01:20:17--> 01:20:42

what our life revolves around, and that may Allah subhanaw taala make that prayer, our source of serenity and tranquility. May Allah make it the coolness of our eyes. May Allah subhanaw taala allow us to be committed to this prayer in this salah, and may Allah subhanaw taala protect us from ever taking this prayer for granted and ever been neglectful of our salah. I mean our blood me. So this is just

01:20:44--> 01:20:54

a short snapshot of Elisa with me, Raj, one of the most remarkable moments of the life of the prophets, Allah the Sunnah,

01:20:55--> 01:21:17

and how Allah subhanaw taala provided such strength for the Prophet to love him at the most difficult moments of his life. And Allah subhanaw taala gave that gift of Salah and we have the ability to be able to access that same strength today by again, committing ourselves to the worship of Allah subhanaw taala.

01:21:18--> 01:21:41

And, you know, whenever we have an opportunity to gather like this to learn and understand our history, this is our tradition, how the HEMA I feel about equal, this is your this is your heritage, the Sahaba they used to tell their children how the HEMA on federal, my I feel about eco, this is your heritage fella today, you

01:21:43--> 01:22:15

never lose it, never lose it. And that's why it's so important. Right? And we've always hamdulillah had these kinds of events and Insha Allah, we will continue to have these kinds of programs, that whenever we come upon that moment in the Islamic calendar, the lunar calendar, the HEDP calendar, which is the occasion of one of these major events from the life of the prophet to Luddism Inshallah, we'll make it an opportunity where we can gather, and we can remember

01:22:16--> 01:22:23

the lessons and the benefits and the wisdoms within these particular moments from the life of the Prophet salallahu Salam.

01:22:25--> 01:22:36

Also, whenever we learn, we get the opportunity to learn a small snapshot from the life of the Prophet sallahu Salam, it should increase within us

01:22:37--> 01:22:40

a desire to be able to learn more and more about the life of the prophet Ceylonese

01:22:42--> 01:22:45

because the life of the prophets Allah, the sum is a gift that keeps on giving.

01:22:46--> 01:23:20

It's an endless treasure given to us by Allah subhanaw taala. So I encourage everyone that pick up a Syrah book, go listen to the Sierra, the series on the Sierra, the life of the prophets and Luddism and keep increasing your knowledge, the scholars the generations of the past, going all the way back to the generation of detail of your own the children of the Sahaba even the descendants of family members of the prophets, Allah the serum, the Al Bayt, they used to have this practice of they, every year would go through a revision, a discussion, a study of the life of the prophet to love it.

01:23:22--> 01:23:25

Because the facts don't change, but we change

01:23:26--> 01:23:32

and no matter what's going on in our lives, what's going on in the world, what's going on with the ummah.

01:23:33--> 01:23:47

We will always find renewed lessons and insights and wisdoms gems that we can benefit from in the life of the prophets Allah Islam. So may Allah subhanaw taala granted Sophia credibility, I mean Arabic Allah mean

01:23:48--> 01:23:55

Dr. McLachlan Baraka lafay Come, Inshallah, we're going to have Salatin Asia at age 50.

01:23:56--> 01:23:58

Unless timing has changed, so late 15
