This is something that you need to speak to a counselor about, or a therapist about, or a psychiatrist about. Because there could be some underlying issues that are going on that are causing these intrusive thoughts. They could be stemming from stress that can be stemming from anxiety, they can definitely be from chiffon, they can be EagleEye they can be some

symptom of some other mental disorder. So these things need to be weighed properly and looked at correctly just answering them this format because if it's just if it's just wastewater from Shetland and we seek refuge from it, if it has intrusive thoughts from anxiety, then we got to get to the core of the anxiety. If it is intrusive thoughts from other underlying mental issues then we got to figure out what those are. So this is not something that you can just answer in in in a black and white format. It's not something you just answered a black and white format unfortunately, because you could give advice that could do more harm than do good but if you find these thoughts will not

go away even after you seek refuge and ship on even after you've tried so many times if you find that these intrusive thoughts will just not leave you then this is something I have to speak to a professional about pinchy Yes, counselors sometimes are expensive, but you can also find I don't know where you live but you can find
