It is better for your body. In fact, it delays diabetes. It delays the onset of diabetes and in the Muslim world.
Most of us are darker individuals. We are dark, the color of our skin is dark. Diabetes incidence goes up by the color of your skin.
The more darker you are the more higher preponderance for diabetes you have.
It's an interesting correlation.
So Alhamdulillah Allah subhanho wa Taala gave us a month of Ramadan so that we may also stay away from a disease that has unfortunately become pandemic within the Muslim population.
My brothers my sisters Islam.
Fasting is not only Ramadan but also in the months before Ramadan. And Allah subhanho wa Taala ordained a number of fast which are ready
commended. Number one being the month of chawan this month the Shabbat that we are in at this point in time, the month of Shabbat and if you think about it just like every Salah we might have a have a prayer before it and a prayer after it. Like for example the whole prayer for Raka prayer before it we have a Sunnah and after we have a Sunnah in the same way, the month of Ramadan has a son of fasting before it and as soon as fasting after it the son of fasting before it is the month of chawan all of the month of chawan and the Sunnah after it is a six days of Shabbat

There are certain days however, which are not recommended to fast those days that are not recommended to fast include days

or the day of Easter, it is not recommended to fast in those days.
Also not recommended to fast also it's haram to fast on the days of E

Also, it's not recommended to specify certain days in the year only for fasting such as the month of Raja

So a new intention every single day is obligatory

Every single Muslim who is sane,
he is post puberty
and is resident

Right? This is saying so there are three levels there is completely sane, partly sane and completely insane.
The completely sane, must fast, the partly sane encouraged to fast and the insane. They don't have to fast at all more be encouraged because they are completely cannot comprehend even what you're saying.
Also, the non resident does not have to fast and that is from the Baraka and the blessings of our religion, that Allah subhanho wa Taala has allowed the non resident to not fast even if he even if he is traveling or traveling for a short distance only. Who are those people who don't have to fast There are two types of

He has to fast and make up for the fact that he has missed as well, because he was only temporary. Why does you have to make it up? Well, because Ramadan only comes once a year. So the Sharia doesn't want us to miss the blessings of the fasting. So it ordains on us too fast. That is why the menstruating woman who has a temporary excuse to not fast because of menstruation is asked to make it back. Why? Because Ramadan comes once a year, whereas Salah she is not asked to make up the Salah. Why? Because Allah comes every day,
five times a day. So she is not in danger of missing out the Baraka of Salah makes sense, right?
So the temporary excuse the first person is sick.
