Is it going to be restful? No. No matter how much we sleep during the day, it's not equal to sleeping during the night. Remember that.

No matter how much you sleep during the day, it's not equal to sleeping during the night, in the night when you sleep at the time when your body naturally wants to sleep. And if you sleep at that time, your sleep will be more beneficial. It will be as though you have slept for several hours.

And in the day when you sleep, even if you sleep for many, many hours, when you wake up, you're still exhausted, you're not fresh. It is said that the number of hours that you sleep during the night, it's like as though your body has rested twice the amount of those hours.
