If you're going on a journey, if you're going somewhere and you really depend on your parents,
what do you want? You want to be connected with your parents? Isn't that so? Right? Similarly, if you're going somewhere and you really depend on your spouse, you really depend on your friends. Wherever you are, what do you want? You want to make sure that you're connected with them, no matter how far away you are, isn't that so? You want to make sure that you have your cell phone with you. You have access to the internet so that any question any concern, any problem, anything you have, you can just communicate with them directly. And you can get the answer.
The Koran is our connection with Allah soprano.
You have a problem? Who can solve it? Unless

and other Hadees we find out and as we learn, he reported that the Prophet sallallahu Sallam said, Verily, Allah has chosen people amongst mankind.
People are all the same, isn't it? We learned that from the Quran, people are all the same everybody is of equal status. But Allah has chosen some people who are these people. They are the people of the Quran. They are the people of Allah and His chosen ones.
What does it mean by people of the Quran?
Those who believe in the Quran, those who study the Quran, those who recite the Quran, those who learn the Quran, those who memorize the Quran.
Those who practice the Quran, those who hold on to the Quran, they are the people of the Quran
And who are they?
The people whom Allah has chosen.
Everybody is the same, who is chosen
those who have the Quran
what is the virtue of learning and teaching the Quran?

Because remember, recitation alone is not enough, you have to be able to understand what the Quran says.
So they recite the book of Allah and also ponder over it, except that peace descends upon them. And mercy surrounds them, and the angels in circle them. And Allah remembers them in his gathering.
Imagine, Allah remembers those people who remember of law, by reciting his book.
Allah mentions them. A lot talks about them.
If you ever find out that you were quoted in an article in the newspaper, how do you feel your name is there? How do you feel special, isn't it? Similarly, if somebody is mentioned, maybe on the TV or maybe somebody mentioned in a gathering, how do you feel feel so special? That they remembered me they actually thought of me? So according to this Hadith, when a group of people when they gather together, reciting the book of Allah, reflecting over it, which insha Allah you will be doing for the next year and a half? What did the Prophet sallallahu Sallam say that Allah remembers those people as well?

What is the virtue of learning and teaching the Quran?

But how many of us are really able to go and learn and master the Arabic language living over here in this country, in this day and age, how many of us, especially as women, with responsibilities of our families, it's almost impossible for us to go out there to learn the Arabic language.
So our focus in this course is to facilitate you to understand the Quran in Arabic and one of the best ways is through the word to word translation.
