And then there's the expressive component, meaning how you behave in
response to that emotion. So you may not have control over how you experience the emotion, and how your body reacts to it. For example, you cannot eliminate the sadness in your heart, nor can you control those tears and that heavy breathing, but you certainly have control over the expressive component of your emotions. And that is what you say, and what you do. And at times, remember that what we feel meaning our emotions are actually a result of our judgment. So for example, if we interpret a situation as upsetting, but then we also realize that it is not all that bad, then yes, we may feel sad as a result of our judgment. But we may not feel angry, or at least our sadness will
not be extreme. So to not grieve and to not be in distress, we need to do two things then first is try to change the way that you interpret the situations that you are in, try to give a positive spin, find the good in that situation, find that light, because be a decal, hide in Allah's hand is all good. So this is why you go hire a professional, you go hire a lawyer, to defend you or to fight for you. Because you know, that you cannot do that yourself. And just like that, you do your best, you know, you do whatever you can to the best of your ability. And then where you see your limit, where you see, you know, a something
that prevents you from you know, going forward. Now you know that things are beyond you. That is where you must depend on Allah subhanaw taala indeed you are upon the clear truth.
